Thank you for wanting to know more about me. I have been a practicing therapist for over 25 years. I have been the Clinical Director of the Hollywood Sunset Community Clinic, the Chair of Antioch University's Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Graduate Psychology Programs. I have also been the Director of Counseling at a private high school in Los Angeles.

I am the author of three non-fiction books centered around improving relationships and a mystery series featuring a California based psychologist/therapist named David Unger. Pure coincidence. ...more

Secret of life

Some of us know the song The Secret of Life by James Taylor. He sings that the secret of love is opening up your heart and the secret of life is enjoying the passage of time. It is hard to argue with either of those. The more you open your heart to love or life the more of it you will find.
