His biography appears in the Marquis Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Education. Weinblatt was an administrator at The University of Toledo, retiring in 2004. He created and led the Division of Organization Development and was a program manager in the University of Toledo's Human Resource Development Center. Charles was also a successful employment consultant, a vocational rehabilitation counselor and a psychiatric counselor. Weinblatt continues to write in retirement and is currently creating new works of fiction. He lives in Sylvania, Ohio with his wife Fran, who is a special education teacher. They have two adult children: Brian and Lauren, who created the cover art for Jacob's Courage.
