This non-fiction find by Kingsolver reads as easily as her fiction works- it's interesting, thought-provoking, inspirational and educational. I am so intrigued by what we eat and where it comes from, and while I don't completely agree with her views in their entirety, the journey she and her family shares with us is an eye-opening story of the origins of our food that has further convinced me that the closer to nature (and consequently more expensive and, perhaps, work-intensive) we can eat, the better off we will be. Let's hope that this idea catches on quickly....less
