This book annoyed me a little because of how good it was. Mostly because I think this is one of those books that I would have loved to have written or come up with the idea for. The narrator felt like someone living my life but a few years/decades into the future, prompting me to highlight passages and lines from the book, something I very rarely find myself doing. The format of the book is also something I enjoyed very much, and it was executed to perfection. A lot of times with books that aren't plot heavy and rely on a narrator just talking, they tend to be very heavy handed or preachy, but the writing style with this made it seem a little more realistic. It isn't trying to be give you a lot of smart or witty quotes or hot-takes, it's just trying to do justice with the format that has been chosen for it.
