I'm saving the overall review for the final volume, as there's nothing really there to distinguish each volume from each other.

Book 4 of 7 in the lovely library editions of the amazing Giant Days series, in my Tackleverse readthrough. This was a book that starts complicating the friendship drama and starts making it really interesting, when you can see everyone's points and no one exactly is in the right or wrong.
This book contains: Susan's sisters! Dean's video game girlfriend and almost-marriage. Esther's protest arc. Ingrid's spectacular painting of the trio on their wall! The nightworld-esque art (fantastic) in the garage chinchilla story! Esther vs. Emilia vs. Ken Lord, Daisy setting Ed up on a mediocre date. Escalating interpersonal drama as McGraw is unfaithful to Emilia, Esther befriends Emilia, Ingrid monopolizes Daisy, and just about everyone is hurt! Pool sharks, Emilia's brothers, McGraw's backstory, apartment issues, and moving apart.
And then bonus stories: a "What If?" comic about what if the trio had never met in the first week, and a funny holiday story about Esther getting a turkey, running into Shelley Winters (!!), and some chaos from Des Fishman.
