Some good stuff in here, some stuff that didn't interest me, but I bought this book for the Constance Brown chapter; getting the code for the Composite RSI was worth the price of the book alone, a must have if you want a divergence indicator that actually works. As a price action, volume profile, and DOM trader, RSI/composite RSI has become the one indicator I use that I find wholly works in assessing a read on a given trend in whatever timeframe.
