I really wanted to like this book more than I did. I read the other reviews and this book had been on my TBR list for a while so I gave it a whirl. No, I have to admit, the other reviews were right. I can usually deal with "unbelievable" but this was too far-fetched even for me. I just about laughed out loud when the third guy showed up.

I enjoy a sense of fantasy with my erotica. Barely any erotic book I've read could be called 'realistic' but this one even pushed my limits. If it had been longer or there had been more of a plot, maybe I could have gone with it. I don't know. I do like the way Opal Carew's mind works though.

This was one fantasy tale that came true for Lori, well, sort of. She spies one gorgeous man from across a subway, and thought perhaps he’s noticed her, too. After weeks of having erotic dreams of this stranger, she learns her best friend, Marie, finds love while on vacation, and after a whirlwind romance ends up getting married to Drake. Marie sends Lori a selfie of herself and her husband. Lori is dumbstruck as she gazes on a photo of her best friend and her husband, the man that has starred in all her erotic dreams. I love how Ms. Carew weaves this story thinking that Lori has lost her dream man and a chance at love. But Marie’s husband, Drake, is one of triplets….and let the sexy fun begin. Everything that happens to Lori is wild and over-the-top sexy fun. Don’t think too hard, it’s erotica and a fun fantasy read. Three is the prequel to Three Men And A Bride, Marie’s story. At 50 pages it packs lots of sexy goodness, just wished it was longer.

No longer able to avoid her best friend, Lori agrees to a weekend visit at her new husbands family cabin only to discover Lori's husband is making sexual advances on her and she can't resist! What to do?? Enjoy this quick, hot sexual escapade that includes two more hunky men and Lori's kinky friend Marie! This is the first in a series, yet can stand alone. If you enjoy these men you can continue on to red additional stories or be satisfied where this one ends!

This was such an awesome story. Here Lori was dreaming and fantasying about this guy she had only seen a couple of times.

The one thing I love about this story is the twist you have along away. It is has some surprises along the way. I love when she went to the cabin to spend time with her best friend that just got married.

Lori comes face to face with her dream guy and finds herself having one amazing sexual pleasure with her best friend”s brothers. Yip, I said it brothers as in plural.

This book is truly hot and steamy and you might need to either have toys on hand or take a cold shower afterwards. So recommend this story.

This was definitely hot, but, it lacked any story or connection. I didn't get why Marie was okay with everything, and she didn't explain until after, and Lori thought she was doing something bad, and continued anyways. Also, Marie would've figured out her friend thought she was lusting after her husband, because, duh, triplets!

So, all the stars for the hotness, but none for story, or smarts, of the people involved

Three (Three, #1) by Opal Carew is a good read. Very hot and packed with steam this ménage story is the start of a series. Lots of steam and sizzle but lacked substance and will not appeal to everyone do to content. I am posting an honest review after reading an ARC copy of this book.

This was an okay quickie only 34 e-pages. No real story, more a depiction of a scene between three brothers who are identical and two women who are best friends. One of the women is married to one of the brothers. It got so confusing at times that I was not always sure whose hands and mouths were on whom. Ms Carew is one of my favorite authors but I will stick to her full length novels.
