While the illustrations and characters were really cute, the story itself was no particularly interesting and a little bit sexist that the girl mouse did all the work while granny fell asleep and the boy mouse just plodded along beside her. I think we all know who is responsible for leaving that door open.

Voihan Tiheikön väki! Mikä nostalgian määrä tätä kirjaa lukiessa tulikaan, vaikka kyseessä onkin Jill Barklemin luoman väen uusia seikkailuja kertova teos. Yhdessä välissä omaa lapsuuttani minulla oli mahdoton Tiheikön väki - vaihe menossa. Toivoisin pääseväni lukemaan näitä tarinoita enemmän omille lapsilleni.
Kuvitus oli kerrassaan ihanaa.
