L. A. Masquerade by G.A. Hauser is based on the men in the Action! Series. This story may have been good if you have read the series, however as a standalone this should be titled “Do Not Bother.”
This was quick and extremely confusing. There were so many nicknames and names (new couple(s) each paragraph), that I found it very difficult to follow. At the end, I found out these guys are all from a particular series, so I will read that to see if that changes my feelings on this story.
This could have been a better read, if I had read the previous books. Teaches me again to NOT read books in a series out of chronological order. I will revise rating once I have more understanding of the characters. Sexy as hot though, lots of imaginary material. :)
Don't bother to read this unless you've read the series the characters are from, otherwise it's just confusing. Far too many povs of people you don't have a clue about.
