I thought it was pretty good for teens and college students who are considering becoming a psychiatrist. My mom gave it to me because I was so unsure about her work and what her role was a a physician but this book cleared it up for me. It was easy to understand for the most part but once I get into college level pre-medicine studies and become more familiar with some of the terms I'll reread it again.

The book assumed you knew nothing of the subject of psychiatry. It started very basic and went from there. If your interested in the subject but don't know much about it i would recommend this book. I had little knowledge of psychiatry. I loved this book.
