uh.. i didn't like it. there is a power imbalance and miscommunication. it has kind of a master-slave vibes, enough though the message was "someone who loves you doesn't mind providing for you" but yoh's career was completely dismissed by the author. the boy already has low self-esteem and thinks of himself as a useless person.. let the boy live his dream

Taikan Yohō/My Personal Weatherman follows Yoh - a shy and introverted struggling ero-manga artist who living with his senior from college,Mizuki Segasaki who is popular weatherman from a popular weather show.
To most people Segasaki is a kind and handsome dream guy but Yoh knows Segasaki's true self to be nothing like the gentle and friendly persona that he shows on television.
Yoh believes their relationship to be similar to a strictly "business relationship"- where Segasaki agrees to give him food and shelter in exchange for housework due to miscommunication between the two.
This leads Yoh to feel confused whenever Segasaki teases or dotes on him or becomes jealous of his friend.
Segasaki,on the other hand,has an obsessive love for Yoh that stated after he realized Yoh is the only person who sees his true personality.
Since Yoh has difficulties with paying for food and housing due to having trouble keeping a job as a mangaka he takes Segasaki's offer to live with him.
I kept waiting patiently waiting for the both of to admit their feelings but the characters refuse to have basic communication between each other from chapter 1-6.
On top of it the relationship between Yoh and Segasaki isn't exactly healthy especially on Segasaki's side.
The pacing is terrible and the story has plenty of other issues.
It's honestly frustrating.

「体感予報」は、全体として非常に良い作品でした。ストーリーには一部で誤解やコミュニケーションのズレが見られましたが。特に、作画は素晴らしく、キャラクタースタイルには非常に魅力を感じました。

一方で、性的な描写が多く、個人的にはもう少しプロットに重きを置いて欲しかったと思います。ストーリー自体には興味深い要素が多く、キャラクターの成長や関係性の発展をもう少し深く描いて欲しかったです。

Somehow I liked the j-drama adaptation better. The drama includes everything from the manga, but it fills the holes and gives more consistency to the story. It feels more complete.
