While this book is very dated in designs (circa 1960's or 1070's) the techniques really helped to shape my designing skills. I've had this book for years and it is still a valuable resource.

A good primer on basic pattern drafting. Good information on making the most basic patterns and how to change the patterns to add different elements and styles. Although the basic illustrations are good, I wish there were more detailed illustrations and maybe some photos of the finished fashions.
