J'ai l'impression - et ça ne se limite pas à ce travail - qu'il est important d'essayer de conserver un état d'esprit de débutant. Tout est nouveau pour un débutant ; il respecte ses aînés, et ne se préoccupe que de s'élancer vers son but. C'est vraiment la mentalité idéale. Mais dernièrement je me suis soudain rendu compte que parmi les auteurs de Jump, il y en avait maintenant jusqu'à six ou sept qui étaient plus jeunes que moi ! Je ne suis plus un débutant !

Hirohiko Araki ( 荒木飛呂彦) is a Japanese manga artist. He left school before graduation from Miyagi University of Education.

He enjoys the baseball manga Kyojin No Hoshii (Star of the Giants); the video games Mario Kart and Bomberman; and likes Prince and other African-American singers, as well as jazz, rock, and rap.

He is a recipient the Tezuka Award for manga.

Ah yes, Battle Tendency. We've now entered the era of Joseph Joestar. This rapscallion won't be leaving us for a long while, but he's very much welcome in this first entry leading up to the Pillar Men arc.

Where Jonathan was a saint, Joseph is much more scrappy and silly. There's no argument that Joseph might be the most intuitive of the JoJo's when it comes to battle prowess and he demonstrates that early on in this entry.

We do a time skip and now we're a generation separated from Jonathan and we're introduced to his grandson, Joseph. While Dio is no where to be found, Speedwagon has unearthed what will eventually be dubbed the Pillar Men. Straizo envies Dio's ambition and power and succumbs to the Stone Mask and Joseph now must face his destiny as he travels to intercept Nazi's looking to awaken Santana's powers in the Mexican desert and save his chosen uncle Speedwagon. There's a lot of silliness that inhabits this section of JoJo that helps the narrative a lot. We've moved on from the melodrama of vampires and light wielding monks and now have moved to mythical beings and Nazi mysticism come to life. There's a lot to love with Battle Tendency and I hope my nostalgia for this section of JoJo isn't too tinted.

I'm definitely looking forward to reading on.

Hacer el cambio de generación y entregar un nuevo Jojo es muy refrescante, disfruté mucho leyendo este volumen, porque es demasiado dinámico. Me gustaría saber más sobre el contexto en este mundo, pero entiendo que no es tan necesario, dado que una de las grandes ventajas erradica que estamos en nuestro mundo, no hay que crear algo desde cero, sino tomar lo existente y darle su componente bizarro. Cosas que me gustaría saber, quienes son el grupo del Tibet que sabían Hamon, cómo se crió Jojo nieto, cuál es el objetivo de estar en New York. Pero como digo, la idea es avanzar y disfrutar.

'ellipse et le changement de protagoniste dans ce 1er tome de deuxième partie du manga sont assez bien réalisés.
Nous avons assez d'éléments de la première partie qui font le lien pour être intrigué tout en épaississant directement le lore de l'univers. Avoir donné à Joseph un tempérament différent de son grand père était également pertinent.

Les dessins, découpages et contrastes sont toujours aussi incroyables.

joesph is so fucking funny bro UGH LOVE HIM. and... like i know in the anime like IMPLIED they are nazis but like... the fact we got like ACTUAL nazis.... and joesph wrote a sign saying "hey adolph" actually insane..... but also very much in character. Un nuevo inicio.

Luego de haber pasado por el primer Jojo, fue diferente y un poco curioso el paso a una nueva generación.

Por el momento, al igual que con Jonathan, Joseph siendo el inicio del la historia no es mi favorito, y lo siento como el típico niño mimado que tiene cierta actitud por haber crecido de cierta forma.

Pero al igual que con Jonathan, siento que ya cuando esté viendo el ultimo tomo podré decir que tiene un cambio significativo, ya sea para bien o para mal en mi opinión.

Still can't see why people LOVE this series. (maybe it gets better after the introduction of "Stand" power? IDK)
The story feels forced. Every character talks in a very explanatory and unnatural way that leads the main character to do something or to go somewhere in an unnatural way.
