(虚淵玄 Urobuchi Gen) is a Japanese writer for visual novels, light novels, and anime. He is known for his dark style, nihilistic themes, and tragic plot twists, earning him the fan nickname "Urobutcher." Some of his more popular works include the 2003 visual novel Saya no Uta, the 2011 anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica, the 2012 anime Psycho-Pass, the light novel and anime Fate/Zero, and the 2013–2014 Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Gaim. I really enjoy this last volume, I like how the characters each meet their 'endings', I like how this round of the Holy Grail War ends, there are plenty of characters whom I grew to like and I'm happy with the how their stories develop right to the ending parts.

Name one hero, who was happy…
I think it is, what Fate/zero shows us, that even the grates heroes of the history, wasn’t truly happy and have so much bitter inside.

The ending was slightly different from anime

The whole story is good, but it could have gone a whole lot better if

a.) the ending matched the brilliance of the narrative preceding it,

b.) the introspection of the two principal characters was pushed to a minimum, and

c.) one of the character's fate is not predictable from the get-go. Kariya's death would have made a more meaning if he had done a good move by himself that impacted the Battle. But no, he was just like...there, a Master being eaten alive by worms. And even Waver Velvet, although he's almost useless, was seen a development at the end when he stood up to Archer. Sansa Stark has just found a contender on being the most pathetic/helpless character ever written. -_-
