I like the story of Irresistible more than the art. The art just seems too bright and cartoonish for my taste. The story is good, if not great: It centers around a young man named Frank Sharp who has the power to force the will of anyone he touches, essentially making them do whatever he fancies at the moment. He reminds me of the Purple Man from Jessica Jones, and similar to that character, Peyer writes him as a bit of a bully and a punk - with a lot of ego and no sympathy from us readers. I like this choice as I feel it's a realistic approach to someone with that power. That being said, while they give the villain some interesting stuff to do, Batman is a bit of a let-down in this. He doesn't do much or enough - and a villian like Sharp should be an easy win for him.
TLDR: Get this if you need a new Batman story to read or are a completionist like me but it is not necessary reading.
