This was a wonderful read by Arthur Conan Doyle. Similarly like with other Sherlock Holmes stories it is a mystery. The story revolves around a young lady, hard up, in seek of work and offered a role as governess, but, the offer seems too good to be true. Before taking the role, the lady goes to Holmes for advice. However, it isn’t long before Holmes gets a telegram asking him to visit to solve a further riddle.

The story is quite dark, in part Hounds of the Baskervilles esque and quite gothic in storyline.

Fun little graphic novel version of the classic Sherlock. Quick and enjoyable!

Loved it.

This graphic novel re-tells Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic tale of a governess hired under suspicious circumstances at Copper Beeches. The page length and format are too short to really do justice to the complexities of Doyle's works, however, graphic novel/mystery fans will likely enjoy it regardless.
