has some delicious sounding recipes but the author was either drunk when she penned this book or only spent about 1/2 minute researching paleo diets. between the use of canola oil and listing chicken thighs on the "no" foods list, this book is an absolute mess. i would never recommended it to someone.

A nice book but not all together too amazing. I was sad that this one didn't have any picture examples, but I did still find myself notating a number of pages for recipes to try in the future. I haven't heard much about this book anywhere, but I still considering it a magical unexpected gift from the resale shops.

This is an okay collection of crockpot recipes, with an added section of recipes for "high endurance workout recovery." Could have used LESS chicken recipes and more of everything else, though.
