First, I didn't like this book because it starts with a note from the writer mentioning the Arabian spring and there is absolutely nothing about that.
All main characters are from Great America and it's full on american action story. That's what earned the only-one star.

The beginning is really good action. Since I hadn't read the previous book, some of the story could have fet a bit muddle with characters background lacking but no, because a huge part of it is rewritten so... don't think I will ever need to read book 1.
Despite insta attraction, there is no relationship and that's a relief since I don't think Lynn Ames should write love stories. She should write american action movies because that's were she has a great flow.

3 1/2 stars. I liked the story but for me it's a little drawback that I'm not that into one of the main persons. Probably why I had a little problem with the last book in the series too.
Nice and fast paced book, if somewhat unbelievable, but hey it's fiction :-)
Rated it 4 here since it did have a little surprise at the ending which I liked in this case.

I think i have just spent the last handful of hours with an exceptionally riveting action book. I can't believe i gave the first book in this series just 3 stars with what I have read from this book i might have to go reread and perhaps review my ratings.
This was exceptionally good beginning to end. I mean...suspenseful-check, action-check, reconnaissance-check, thrill-check, romance-check, bad guy/good guy-check.
Bottomline, go get the book.
