Ryohgo Narita (成田 良悟, Narita Ryōgo) is a Japanese light novelist. He won the Gold Prize in the 9th Dengeki Novel Prize for Baccano!, which was made into a TV anime in 2007.[1] His series Durarara!! was also made into a TV anime, which began airing January 2010
There are two traits found in most of Narita's works: * Narita writes extremely fast, one volume a month if he wishes - with tons of spelling errors and missing words as a tradeoff. The editors like to leave them sometimes just for fun, though. * His work titles often have an exclamation mark at the end (i.e. Baccano!, Vamp!, Durarara!!, etc.).
I'm still not as in-love with the characters of this series as I was with the Etsusa Bridge books, but the consecutive climaxes of this two-parter (II and III are two halves of the same story) had me completely engrossed.
Also, there's a love story involving an Absolutely Adorable alraune with glasses, and honestly I probably would've given the book 4 stars if her part in the story played more prominently.
the conclusion of Vamp 2+3!!! amazing, impeccable, extraordinary!! so much chaos, so many characters, so many crossroads, so much blood, so much love, so much hate, so many twists, so many turns, so so good! the plant vampires' love story has my entire heart, I could cry. 10/10.
