Red Phoenix introduced me to Fire Play in this HOT novella!



It's always a pleasure to follow Brie as she explores her ever increasing devotion to Sir. We had a moment to catch up with some of the characters we met at the Center from the last series. Even Tono and Faelan show up just in time to cause some angst in dear Brie.

On the spicier side of things, we witnessed creative uses for rose petals, balance beams, and we got to see a great scene with a Violet Wand.



The highlight of the novella was the public scene involving fire play. It was well written and a joy to watch through Brie's experience…

(disclaimer: I tried to find a few photos or GIFs of Fire Play that wouldn't get me in trouble with Good Reads, and was unable to do so. What I did succeed in doing was ensuring that my browser history makes me look like a confirmed sexual deviant.) So here's what you get instead:

"My fiery Goddess," he growled as he caressed her other thigh. Brie held her breath as she watched him set fire to her skin. The flames danced upon her body before he swept them away. It was extremely sensual on a level she had not experienced before. She could feel the excitement of the crowd as they watched Sir skillfully control the fire to the graceful rhythm of the music.

Brie's emotional relationship with Sir is quickly catching up to their explosive sexual relationship, which is a joy to see.

Sir was not rough, buy always demanding. He had a way of using her for his own gratification, but making her feel completely cherished in the process.

It was like a dream, their open emotion mixed into the physical act of making love. In that moment their was no Dom, only a man desperately in love with his woman.

Red Phoenix does it again, and creates an endearing, sexy, blazing hot story with our beloved Brie. I am never dissapointed with these brief glimpses we are given into a day in the life of Brie. What a life she has, and it is truly a treasure to get to continue on Brie's journey after graduation. Life with her Master is never dull, and he is keeping her on her toes with new scenes to try. This time we get to be mesmerized with some fire play between Master Thane and His Brie. Wow, what a scorching scene that was! (pun intended) I find myself fascinated with the sensuality of fire play, and Red Phoenix writes a wonderful scene involving it. The other treat in this installment was to see Brie go back to the school, not as a student but as a collared sub. She got to reminisce with an old friend, and also see some others from her past. Of course her Master has a surprise for Brie that involves using her senses, and she learns a thing or two about the merits of what to do with rose petals. Life is good for Brie and her Master, but there is someone on the sidelines who is willing to add some waves in their smooth sailing relationship. Will the couple be able to handle the conflict that arises, or will this be what drives them far apart?
This story may have been short, but it was packed with hot sex, and some exciting events that kept my eyes glued to the page. As always, I look forward to the on-going saga with Brie and her Master. I am excited for the next book as we will get to travel to Russia with Brie and her man. I am sure there will be many surprises along the way, and I can't wait for the journey!

The story of Brie continues to amaze me. I felt nostalgic as Brie was revisiting the places she had been when she was still in training and meeting some people from the Training center. I liked reading about Lea and i'm glad Brie has a chance to meet her again, of course i'm most happy to see Tono again the dom i was hoping Brie would choose as her master. The most amazing thing of this book though was not all that but the fire play in the Haven. I was wondering what Sir had as a special talent and i think the fire play can count as one!!!

In this next chapter we follow Brie as she continues her journey with her New Master. As Master continues to test Bries submission and open her up to some "HOT" new experiences, we feel their love and deep connection come out in full force!!! I've been reading Brie's series since the submissive training center and I have to say I love all the books. There's always something that makes you to want to keep reading. I love how patient and understandable her Master is with her. How he leads her and helps her grow as we'll as himself. I enjoy how their love for each other increases in every book

This story between Brie and her Master just keeps getting better and better.

In the latest addition we are able to look at Brie's life with Master. They are still growing, playing and trying new things with each other. I am loving Master's sense of humor, and that is shown with the task he wishes Brie to complete while at work. Also loved their play time at The Haven. But a wolf from the first book still is having a hard time accepting that Brie is not his. I had to hold my breath as I read the outcome of what would happen when her Master caught her with the wolf. I was so pleased that Master realized he was partly to blame and did not wish to teach her a lesson the hard way.

I must give this part away. I got so goo goo gaga when I read Master say to her. I Love You Brie ... Followed by a few more lines ... Just turned me into a puddle. There is more but OMG anyone that is a fan of this story totally gets it.

Red Phoenix lovers have in a way become what I would imagine crack addicts are like, we anxiously await our next fix of this amazing story line !!!

Whew! I literally read this book all in one sitting because once I started I just could not stop! (I think I may need to check myself into a Red Phoenix addicts rehab center. Just sayin...)

This next installment of the Brie series continues us down the path of Brie and her Master, Sir. She learns all the ups and downs of being a submissive, including the punishment for disobedience. Ouch!

One of the great things about the Brie books that continue on where the Training Academy series left off is that not only do we get to see more of Brie's characters, but we get to learn more about her fascinating Master. He was so mysterious in the previous books! But luckily I am getting to see sides of him now that I never new existed! Awesome stuff, indeed! :)

Again, I would recommend this book to anyone who love the Dominant/submissive scene or just enjoys really well written erotica. But I would really recommend reading the previous series first.

After reading this book I'm left in a warm cocoon smiling and feeling deeply happy! New BDSM sexy scenes are introduce to Brie and the readers and I must confess just between us ;) that they put me on fire! But what put me in that warm cocoon of happiness is the sweet romantic turn of the story. Oh Yes!!!!! :) :) :) :) :)

I love this story as Brie finds herself I didn't care for the fire play. It looks like Mr. Wallace is dangerous like stalker. I hope that Brie and Thane can work through it.

Who knows my love of Red Phoenix?? Go ahead raise your hands!! Well this will not shock or stun you when I say "DELICIOUS and made me cry happy tears" to describe the new installment .



Incase you are not aware, Red has mad writing skills. I always feel like I am Brie and this book was noooo different. It starts out with a visit to the Training Center with Brie rocking her old uniform with a few new touches from Sir. I loved seeing Boa again and how he had to "keep his excitement" low so his domme doesn't punish him...giggles.... I had to say my favorite part was Brie and Lea getting to hang out for a bit. The two were such amazing friends and so I missed Lea like Brie has. I was sad to see that Brie was still getting crap from Ms. Clark and the other new subs for being collared by Sir. I wanted to stick my tongue out at them FOR my girl Brie so I shall here *Raspberry*!!! (Quick look to make sure Sir didn't see....SHEW!!)



Ok I know you wanna know...The Wolf/Mr. Todd Wallace. Yup he shows up and yup he makes a complet and total ass of himself while getting Brie in trouble....growl. I did feel bad for him with what he reveals to her BUT at the same time I yelled "Dude get a grip and move on already!!"

The last chapter of the novella totally squeezed my heart. Oh Thane....errrrr....Sir. He knows exactly what to say to make me melt. This chapter was a great peek into his soul. He is a good man and loves Brie BUT he can see a little bit closed off. This part of the book I finally understood him a lot more and it made me love him all the more. Oh I am sooo getting teary eyed remembering THE part of the chapter that got to me.....*sigh*

I am going to be biting my nails to the quick waiting for the 3rd installment of this series. It is gonna be a great one...I mean they are going to meet some special people in Brie's life AND a certain delicious Dom from Brie's past experiences.........

WOW!!! THIS BOOK JUST GOT HOT!!!!!!!! so i can going to recap some new things because since this is a novella i don't want to ruin it..



1.) this book deals a lot with fire play, Brie and her master will go back to the training school and have their own scene

2.) the wolf is back, and he is determined to get Brie back regardless of the consequences.



3.) Brie will be tested by her master. Will she pass or could this be the end of her new life?

4.) Brie has to deal with feelings for another DOM...

This starts where the first book ended and gets right into it. More Sex scenes that are...well you will have to read it. so so so so hot. More hotter than the first book.
Red has an amazing imagination and I can't wait to read the next one. I really need my Brie fix.
There is more interaction with Faelan and you find out a little more about him and his obsetion with Brie, Brie and sir share a scene at the haven as muster and submissive. You hear more from Leah, what she is doing at the centre and you find out why Brie had a problem with black African men (although Baron helped her get over it) You read more about some old Charters and some unpleasant news about Marquis Grey's sub Celestia.
What I really like about this book and which is the same as the other Brie books is the humour in it. In `Brie leans the art of submission' you find out Brie cannot cook and Marquis Grey tried to teach her how to cook an omelette but after 24 try's she just about did and it made Marquis sick.
In Brie After graduation 1, you find out that sir hates eggs. In this book sir gets his own back on Marquis Grey, by getting Brie to cook an omelette and the humour and banter between Sir and Marquis is very funny. I can't wait to read Brie after graduation 3. A great read, a great book.

I'm so glad that I've found these novelettes about Brie's submissive training and then her life as a collared submissive. It's the most fun I've had reading BDSM books. And I regularly find myself laughing at something she did or said or thought. My favorite line by Brie will forever be: I googled it, Sir.

In Brie Submits to Her Master too, she felt the need to google something, but she also did new things with her Master. Fire play was something new to me, too. As far as I remember, I've never read about it before, and I'm glad that it was Brie and Sir that introduced me to it, because they make everything fun.

But poor Brie still can't get rid of her ex potential Dom, so that kind of put a damper on her happiness after the new experience, and she still feels guilty because of Tono, but she has Sir and plans for a trip, so it's safe to say she's over the moon.

Well Ms Red Phoenix has done it again. Se managed to bring the H.O.T. level to almost breaking my Kindle out in flames. Every installment of Brie just gets me wanting more. Seriously , I liken these novellas to drugs for readers. She has me addicted !!!

I love Brie to death, but I’m also mighty jealous of her. I mean what I wouldn't do to have him as MY master! In this chapter the playful side of Master emerges and we get to see more of his day to day dealings with Brie and I must say I think I fell even more in love with him.

The only problem I had with this book is the same one I always have with this series. It wasn't long enough. Now I have to wait for the next installment. Dang it Red… I love you but the waiting is going to kill me !!! ;-)

Quickly becoming addicted to this series. I am loving it way more than the first series. I love the developing dynamics between Brie and Sir. The complexities of both characters work well together. Super hot scenes but also some beautiful tender moments. Love that we are finally getting some background on Thane. She chose well. Faelan/Todd continues to grate me - although I am glad to see that his character is progressing in the way I thought of his character all along. Interested to see how far that goes. Fire scene was incredibly compelling. Utterly compelling - the only complaint is that I lived it so much I have to read the next one straight away and then very quickly there will be no more Thane and Brie left :-((

Another wonderful steamy read. One thing I've come to learn is that I can always count on Mrs. Phoenix to fulfill the "hot" factor at the same time supplying me with the knowledge of the BDSM lifestyle. My only dislike... [Master] can't be MINE! And dang it Mrs. Phoenix... I wish these novellas were longer. I want them to never end... they are never enough!!
Now, I'll struggle with waiting it out until the next installment and grasping at the tiny teaser quotes Mrs. Phoenix dishes out on her Facebook page. Torture, pure torture!!

I also loved Brie's journey, I love the fact that you started it from no experience at all for her, the idea of the training school and other beginners was a wonderful journey to go on throughout the series, I love all the characters and their paths as well, each one is a vital part to the series and for Brie on her journey.

The journey was intended for Brie but I found myself falling in love with Sir and his own personal journey to realizing what he wants and needs.

I have read and re-read this series over and over. I would love any other novellas you may entice us with, even on the other characters lives. I look forward to your future musings.

Freakin' LOVED IT! The journey just continues and it just keeps me wanting more and more! I love how Sir continues to teach her new things that are so electrifying and on fire..literally! Red Phoenix does it to us again, weaving us into Brie and Sir's world seamlessly as their journey together continues to unfold. This installment allows us to see more growth in their relationship as a D/s at the same time opening up more amazing experiences for Brie as she tests her boundaries. The trip to the Haven was inspiring! Totally blown away from start to finish, couldn't put it down!! If you haven't read the entire Brie series, go, get all the books and read this series, you won't be disappointed!

Another home run!
Sir takes Brie's back to the training center in this second short after graduation. The dynamics have changed and she finds herself the target of jealous subs...but that doesn't stop her from reminiscing and catching up with her bestie. Brie questions her worthiness, as she thinks over all Sir has given up to be with her.
After an emotional evening at the Haven, her first public scene with Sir as his sub, an encounter with the wolf, and stirred feelings for another Dom, Brie battles with her inner doubts and assesses her true desires and feelings.

Wow Faelen. I mean wow. For a character that I liked you're starting to freak me out a little. I really hope things turn out well on that front. Maybe not HEA for everyone but at least resolution. Additionally, Sir's specialty? HOT (duh!) I would totally let a trained professional do that to me I thought it was awesome! I also appreciated the closer look at Sir and who he is outside of the training facility as well as seeing his and Brie's relationship blossom into something more than just a D/s situation. As you can see from my reading list I'm a big fan of "The Brie" series. This one for me was just okay. I understand Ms Phoenix's need to wrap up some loose ends from graduation and was surprised about the stalker like behavior introduced (sorry don't want to spoil anything hence vagueness).

In all honesty this one was good, not great, which is what surprised me the most since I am usually a very satisfied reader after reading these shorts.

I loved Brie Submits to Her Master a lot more than the first book in the series. It was interesting to see the fire play. I had no idea you could even do something like that. It was very exciting. I also like watching Brie and Sir's relationship evolve. I can't wait to read the rest of the series and see what happens.
