An exciting end to a really cool story arc. Can the ponies rescue Rarity from her nightmare form? Will Luna have the strength to face her own demons?

A thrilling story with plenty of action and humor. Great artwork that keeps the story moving.

I really enjoyed the Nightmare Rarity story arc. Looking forward to see what the Mane 6 face next.

The moon henchmen remind me a lot of the rat creatures from Bone, which is a good thing. Love Luna's armor, and the canonical moment when luna's hair went from the plain blue in the first episode of mlp:fim to the flowing dark blue mane in the rest of the series like Celestia's.

Solid conclusion to the arc with a good message about not overthinking what your friends think of you - after all, they wouldn't be friends if they didn't like you at least a bit lol.

I love it so much! Its so dark dealing with the pony's biggest fears and self doubts. Each character having to go through their own nightmares and concur their own self doubts and worst dreams. I love every character in this arc (especially Luna and Spike). Such a great group of comics! I think this is my favorite set so far and a must read for anyone who likes the series or says its too girlie.

Issues 5-8 are one story

Luna and Celestia fight the invading evil forces from the moon. The ponies attempt to free themselves from the dungeon.

This story is dark like the first installment. I did not like it quite as much but it is still good.
