Kresba ze začátku ušla, ale postupně se zlepšovala až na mírně nadprůměrnou. Některé postavy vypadaly po celou dobu dobře jako například Teito a takové ty více fešné postavy. :D Trošku mě zamrzelo, že všichni nebyli takový fešáci jako v anime. :D Řekla bych, že tím důvodem, proč nebyli všichni tak pěkňoučcí, byly jejich nosy, protože byly takové orlí, prostě moc rovné, líp to říci nedokážu. :D Ale ostatní věci či stvoření mimo lidí vypadaly opravdu pěkně.
Příběh byl nic moc, ale k tomu se vrátím později, protože konec mě úplně dostal. Ne, že by to vyvrcholení bylo nějaké přeborné, ale úplně mě to emočně vyvedlo z míry. Ještě asi dva dny po tom ve mně přetrvával pocit euforie, takhle v dobré náladě jsem se opravdu hodně dlouho neocitla. :D A to ta příčina tohoto pocitu byla opravdu hloupá. :D
Z nějakého neznámého důvodu mě totiž hrozně moc zasáhlo to, že všude najednou nastal mír. Hlavní hrdina nevykonal pomstu a místo toho svému nepříteli pomohl. Úplně mě dojalo to, že svět může být takové hezké místo bez násilí, vraždění a podobně. :D Jako what? Vážně jsem to nechápala. :D
Příběh měl hodně gay momentů, což mi bylo trochu nepříjemné. :D A taky dost matoucí, protože ani na konci jsem se nemohla rozhodnout, jak to se všemi, u kterých jsem měla velké pochybnosti, vypadá.
Žádnou z postav jsem si snad ani neoblíbila. Maximálně se mi líbil jejich vzhled, ale to neznamená, že budu mít ráda i jejich charakter. :D Hodně postav se mi zdálo moc přecitlivělých, dokonce i na konci celé série byla sekce, kde vyhrál v katagorii: Kdo nejvíc plakal? (nebo nějak tak :D), Teito, který se dobral na číslo kolem 20, což bych řekla, že je celkem dost. :D
Na druhou stranu se mi líbil backstory hlavního záporáka. Řekla bych, že o něm by se dalo říci, že jsem si oblíbila jeho i jeho slečnu. :D Ale dosti by mě zajímalo, kdo byl její otec. Byl to opravdu sám velký šéf? Řekla bych, že ano. Trochu mě mrzí, že jsme se nemohli o této pozici dozvědět o něco více.
Mimochodem uděluji velké plus za vymyšlení "Raggs no Chinkonka", protože tu písničku jsem si, když jsem ji slyšela poprvé, zamilovala. Pamatuji si, jak jsem si hned musela zapsat celý text na papír, abych si ho mohla číst a popřípadně naučit.(ten text byl samozřejmě v češtině, japonsky neumím, tehdá ani anglicky) :D Teď se mi ta písnička nelíbí tolik jako předtím, stále ji ale považuji za dobrou.
Děj mě popravdě moc nebavil a spousta věcí jsem nechápala. Možná to bude tím, že jsem nedávala pořádně pozor, ale to si nemyslím. Prostě tam bylo moc věcí nevysvětlených. Normálně by mi to ani nevadilo, ale když mě nudilo to, co se tam dělo, tak jsem těmto věcem dávala větší pozornost.
Obálky vypadají docela hezky, některé dokonce i velmi dobře. Zdá se mi, že na nich jsou vykresleny lépe obličeje, než v manze. To ale není tak neobvyklé.

So the mind control is them sending brain waves that cause fear into Teito and Ouka whenever an order isn't obeyed until Mikael and Rafael obey to keep their masters from being hurt. That's effective and sadistic. It seems like Mikael's memories have been erased/altered so I imagine Rafael's have been as well.
The fact that Ouka's father is the one trying to kill her isn't a surprise. If the eye of Rafael can only be used by a woman and they have short life spans due to overuse of the eye; simply stop using it so much. I also agree that it's an absurd tradition to only have a female ruler, both should rule equally since they are voted onto the throne. It's also not a surprise to learn that he's working with the same person who was manipulating the Pope and is Landkarte. Landkarte says that Ouka needs to die because he doesn't want to be sealed and I don't think he was talking about Ayanami.
I wonder if Landkarte was always bad.
Nanase, the lead scientist is a very sick individual, which is saying a lot because the Emperor and General Oak are more than okay to manipulate, brainwash, and murder children for the sake of power. (Sounds like politicians today).
The Chairman adopts Teito which is a whole new level of weirdness; this makes him a member of the Barsburg family.
We learn that since Ayanami is in a human body he can't absorb all the 7 ghosts, he's currently at his limit with 2 and a 1/2. So Castor, Lab, and Frau are being kept prisoner. Castor heals Haruse because he protected Kuroyuri when he was nothing more than a doll. I hope this doesn't come back to bite them in the ass, but I'm sure it will.
Perhaps the biggest reveal is that the Ouka that we know isn't even the real princess, but a replica. The real princess died in a science experiment when she was 3 (I think she was 3). Ouka's father knew about the replica and that's why he's fine with her dying, but I have no idea if he knew his real daughter died long ago. Nanase mentions that the replicas will move as long as it's joined with the eye of Rafael . . . so if it's removed they become nothing but a doll.
Wish I cared more about Ouka. I hate her situation and I want them to save her, but after that, I could care less if she's included in the story.
On a side note, I keep thinking that Teito may be the reincarnation of Eve and I just want to put that out there just in case it's revealed to be true.

Il y a vraiment des éléments dont je ne m'attendais absolument pas ! L'ensemble se rejoint, c'est saccadé mais d'une très bonne manière.

Teito is back in his deep psyche and trying to read the lock that is on Verloren's body (the cage) and the Eye of Mikael starts to try to repair the broken lock but Ayanami interferes and is able to control the Eye of Mikael because if he doesn't obey Teito will be harmed in the process. Later Teito is given a mission to protect the princess at her birthday ball where she will decide who her fiance will be. To protect her though Teito will disguise himself as one of the suitors but in order to do so he is adopted by the Chairman. After Hakuren Oak makes sure that Teito can dance he brings Mikage (baby dragon) to Teito and shows him some of the things that prove Teito was not in the military for the past two months and was actually at the church.
This was a nail biter volume. So much happened and there was a huge twist that readers will enjoy. This volume also showed so many emotions that when it ends you will be wanting more. The interactions between Teito and Ouka were refreshing to see and readers will be glad to step away from Ayanami and witness other characters throughout this volume.

I just love the interaction of Ayanami and the brainwashed Teito. It is so cute!
Ayanami is forcing also Mikhail to obey him, while the Ghost Trio is trying to infiltrate the Military.
Teito is given a special mission, where he has to protect Ouka during the masquerade. Finally they reunite!
Teito is fighting to remember the truth, while the rescue mission is beginning. There are so many emotional scenes again in this volume. The fight itself,
Finally we find out a shocking truth about Ouka. I haven`t seen that coming, that`s for sure. Now Teito and Ouka face their opponent...
