It took some guts to pose for this photo. But I wanted to be true to my desires at last, and yeah, impress this guy I met. In my street clothes, most people wouldn't even guess I am gay and those who know assume I am a top, but I am not. This guy, he is really cute and kind of flamboyant, but he has a core of steel. What a pleasant surprise; considering that BDSM or D/s is not favorite theme when it comes to romance.

The D/s tone is light here so I have no problem. I enjoy how the two men explore both Rob's fetish as well as Jamie's kink preference. I enjoy reading Rob's dry tone; Jamie, at first, I think being quite a jerk and he doesn't really explain why.

Yap, I'm indulging my inner "kink" diva
These are really way to short to go into pages of reviews but
it's hitting the spot at the moment.
I didn't like Jamie. He's an ass and (I don't like dudes with red hair)
He did grow on me later on when he decided to let his ashole ways go.
I did like Rob. A whole lot actually and I liked what they became at the end.

Oh wow, I LOVED this one!! First of all, the photo that was used for the prompt - that was gorgeous! To be honest, I was quite surprised by how much I liked this picture, I've never been a big fan of lace on men or women alike, but together with the leather and that body? Holy bloody hell. Learned something new about myself right there.
Aaaanyway, back to the story. What I really loved about it, and what I find in surprisingly few BDSM books of any kind, is how Jamie and Rob tentatively try to find out each other's likes and dislikes during their playing, how they tread forward and step back when something becomes uncomfortable - in short, how they get to KNOW each other. In so many stories, the participants just simply know, and I'm always left wondering: 'hey, am I the only one having cautious, sometimes awkward first step experiences?' So, that made the story so much better for me.
What I also loved was how refreshingly un-stereotypical it all was. Rob is the muscle-bound guy, but he likes to allow Jamie to take control (I think one of my favourite moments is when ), whereas Jamie is the cute, small one, but he's the one who likes to be in control. And he's very good at that.
The lace thing really was the icing on the cake - very unusual and it just perfectly suited Rob.
Jamie's short temper grated on my nerve sometimes and this story wasn't perfect - but I loved Rob and Jamie so much I'd have gladly read more about them, preferably in novel-length.

Really fab kinky f*ckery from Jane Davitt! I loved this HOT little short.
I'll admit, I have no desire to see men in lingerie (even this killer photo-prompt can't change my mind). But I think this author did a bang-up job of writing a story that was just the right amount of spicy and sweet. My one complaint? I know I'm being peevish but I dislike when an English author is trying to write a book with American characters and some Britishisms sneak through. "Fancied" should be banished from this book.

Another hit story for the LHNB M/M event. This story was awesome! I wasn't sure if I was gonna like Jamie but he turned out to be a good guy. I did like how he gave Rob that 'push' to not be embarrassed about what he likes. (I wish I could flip thru all the photos!)

Another little novella from the LHNB event. 4 stars from me.
This one features Rob and Jamie who are both looking for things they desire, but don't normally get. Kinks, fetishes, all sorts in this one, but I have to admit it was the picture for the prompt that absolutely grabbed me and made me read this story. 10 stars for the picture!!

This could have been 5 stars... but somehow I felt let down too much for that. I know the author isn't the character, but I was enjoying this until Rob not only kink-shamed himself, but also kink-shamed other cross-dressers. So the needless going on about that, as it could have easily been replaced with something else making as much if not more sense, made me clench my teeth hard and forced me out of the story, an observer only after that.
I liked Rob quite a bit, but didn't find this story very erotic. That may be due the fact that I was so early on distanced. The misunderstanding was a tiny bit over-dramatic. For some reason I find myself thinking "what a pity!", because this story had so much potential and I liked the overall prose and writing style. Maybe if written as a novel with more time at hand...?

This is a lovely freebie from the talented Ms. Davitt. She always does an excellent job with her characters. These two are delicious and their getting to know each other's kink is a delight. She turns something which seems a bit too feminine into something sexily arousing. Definitely recommended for m/m lovers who enjoy a bit of lessor featured kink.

I read this one without first reading the prompt so it took me a while to figure out this was about a particular kink. I thought this was a great addition to the Love Has No Boundaries stories. You can tell this one is done by a more experienced writer as this held my interest throughout. It's a lovely sexy story that doesn't feel too long or too short but just right. And now that I've got a look at the photo i'd say this story more than fulfilled the prompt.
