Hello Everyone! My name is Pamela Kazmierczak and I am an author of several nonfiction books.
The majority of my books are cookbooks, as I love to cook for my husband and my two children, and I wanted to share the recipes with other busy people out there. I also publish other non fiction books about topics that interest me as well.
Breakfast, the Best and First Meal of the Day Recently, I saw a thing about breakfasts around the world, titled, "US Really Does Eat Dessert for Breakfast." When I read the article all the way through, I thought that this is definitely true. I want to try and give my kids better. I know that having something more substantial (and less sugary) is better and helps them get through the day. So anytime I get a chance, I look at the recipe books I have been accumulating and marking recipes that I know that my family would eat (picky eaters) and enjoy. There were quite a few recipes that I have marked for making for my family. It is worth the money asked.
I loved the recipes except for two problems... Some of the recipes are missing necessary ingredients and the instructions are written for experienced cooks only. I hope the author updates with the corrected recipes after all it is hard to make citrus blueberry pancakes without blueberries and there is no where close to 50 recipes listed.
Great book for pancakes , waffles and crepes. Would probably only do the pancakes but lots of variety. Will definitely try the banana recipes as I often have overripe bananas to use. Wish it included some nutritional values too
The recipes sound interesting, but nothing really called out to me. If I made any of them, I would probably switch out some ingredients to make it a little healthier. The book has a short introduction, then the recipes with titles, ingredients and how to make it. No pictures or nutritional information. There are suggestions for toppings too.
50 Quick and Easy Recipes For Breakfast – Including Pancake Recipes, Waffle Recipes and Crepes Recipes (Breakfast Ideas - The Breakfast Recipes Cookbook Collection 2) Short intro and then onto the recipes. Each recipe includes the title, list of ingredients, and how to make the dish. There are no photos and no nutritional information. Available are pancakes, waffles and crepes recipes. Didn't see any that called out to me-we'd have to substitute the ingredients for healthier choice. Some also have toppings suggestions.
