Tinder’s whole world is unraveling. The young vampire hunter was always at a huge disadvantage against his infinitely stronger and faster enemies. And now that the vamps have started teaming up and coming after him, his chances of survival are looking grim.
As he goes from hunter to hunted, one of his only allies is Bane. But can Tinder trust the gorgeous, mysterious vampire? The two share a complicated history, and sleeping with Bane was such a mistake…though the overwhelming attraction between the two of them might make some mistakes worth repeating.
This m/m paranormal novella is approximately 27K words in length, and the second book in The Tinder Chronicles. It contains explicit language and graphic sex between hot men. For adults 18+ only.
Tinder seems to have lost his zeal for killing vamps. Or at least the ones he manages to get to know first. Poor guy, he's starting to get a complex. And then to find out he's got a rep among vamps that are just trying to live. Heh.
Well, Tinder is a stubborn one. Even though he's managed to get to know a couple vamps that weren't out to kill him, he still doesn't trust it. Or Bane.
Stubborn. Hunter.
I enjoyed Hunted even more than Tinder and I'm looking forward to diving into the next book!
I am not a fan of vampire books, that being said, I LOVE these. Tinder is such a great character and I really like the unique take on the genre.
Tinder comes from a long line of vampire hunters who has dedicated his life to eradicating the earth of the bloodsuckers. Things are changing though, he's met a couple of vampires who are going against everything that Tinder thinks he know about them. He's torn, he's confused and he's still snarky as hell which I love.
I'm pretty happy to get to know Bane better, he is just so good. So good at making Tinder crazy in every possible way. And I'm really loving Lee too, I can't help but feel bad for him a little and I hope there is a lot more of him in the next installment. Tinder is still Tinder. I want to hug him and smack him upside his head all in the span of one page.
I can't give too many specifics without a BUNCH of spoiler tags, but Tinder gets everything he's ever needed and didn't even realize he wanted (at least out loud) and then he 'Tinders' it all up and we're left with the cliffhanger we knew was coming. I can't wait for the next one!
I normally don't get into the whole vampire thing. The books tend to be corny and are very 'formula'. Sunlight, suck your blood, blah, blah, blah. Not these though.
Although both book 1 and 2 were too short for my liking, they really pulled me in and kept me hanging on every word.
Tinder is a funny, smartass spitfire and Bane is his constant pain in the ass, even when he's constantly saving said ass over and over again.
The books bring a whole new meaning to the phrase 'love-hate relationship' and it completely works. So much so that not being able to find any type of info on when book 3 will come out is making me completely NUTS.
My only suggestion, other than READ THESE BOOKS, would be to rate them on both GoodReads & Amazon after reading, so that they get the attention they deserve -- and possibly speed up the release of the next in the series. :- )
Hands down ➎ ★'s
UPDATE: All 3 books are now available in a single purchase. BUY THEM, BITCHES! They are *awesome*!
This one left me with more questions than answers. Tinder and Bane’s relationship is tricky. To a certain extent I understand Tinder’s draw to Bane. What I question is Bane’s undying devotion to Tinder. Hasn’t been explained at all…doesn’t seem to make sense. Bane is like 500 years old and Tinder is an immature 20 something with a death wish. Tinder also seems to make a bunch of bone head moves, which means for whatever reason Bane has been keeping him safe for years.
There also seems to be a bit of a love triangle (and I use that word loosely) developing and that is annoying me to no end.

though Tinder went all Bella-Eclipse -like towards the end between his bloodsucking lover and his fellow hunter - arrrggghhhh it's still
cmon' people you gotta read this series!!!!
*** When the vamps started teaming up to get rid of the hunters and hunt in packs – Tinder finds himself at a huge disadvantage and his chances of survival are looking grim.
As one of the most revered and notorious hunters, he became one of the main targets of these vampires and find an ally through the sexy mysterious vampire Bane. Things got sticky between them when they both give in to their overwhelming attraction with each other. It was also revealed that they actually shared a complicated history and things may just get seriously fucked up with Tinder.
Wow. I mean, I just totally loved this series! There’s still the usual snarky banter between Tinder and Bane and that oozing chemistry was just too much to handle! Tinder was still careless as ever but you’d know that things between him and Bane are starting to get heavy as well. I also loved the not-so-official loved triangle this couple has with Lee. It was like Team Lee or Team Bane and I’m totally rooting for the non-human, of course! Don’t think that this is like some sort of a “gay” Twilight. Nope, it’s definitely not like that people. This story is wicked-funny but not in a ridiculous way. The whole fiasco about the vamps that led to Bane’s confession when he kidnapped Tinder was like the “awwee” moment of the series so far.
This is definitely one of the best vamp stories I’ve read from this genre. Worth every penny and just worth my damn time! I just loved it and I’m pretty sure that a lot of you folks will love it too!
I’m loving this series more and more. In Hunted we continue the story of Tyler “Tinder” Reynolds, the young man we met in Tinder.
Something is wrong, vampires seem to be suddenly recognizing Tinder on the streets! And they are hunting in teams. What will happen when a large group of them trap Tinder on a rooftop in the warehouse district? When Bane takes him captive, will things heat up? No spoilers, but yes, wow.
In this installment we have bands of vampires hunting for the hunters, some narrow escapes, some pretty darned hot sex, and hunters on the run! I can’t wait to start the third and final section! Oh wait, I don’t have to, now do I? ;-) Again, this story is no longer available individually, but I liked the cover!

I thought that the first volume "Tinder" had potential but fell short of the mark. It was interesting enough to read, but my feelings didn't get engaged. And my feelings are normally easily engaged. There was depth missing. In the Characters. In the plot. In the lovestory.
I had high hopes that this depth would develop in the second volume, because I get to spend more time with Tinder and Bane. But alas I no longer think that it is the brevity of these stories that keep me from getting emotionally involved. It's all too fast for me. Maybe I get the attraction. But when a love confession comes forward, I did not feel it. Where did this love come from? What does he love in the other person? Why him? What does it mean? There were no answers to my questions. I simply couldn't follow.
Otherwise I still think the story has potential. I wish I could grab the author and make her do a few changes - I think the story could work for me then. The idea, the world-building - all good. It's just the feelings that are missing for me.
I love Bane. Not sure how I feel about Tinder. I realize I stand alone with this. He is a hard hero to like. His self destructive tendencies are getting on my nerves. I am into the next book...I hope I will love this couple.as so many people do.
He has always assumed/brought up that all vampires are murderers. They don't possess humanity. Tinder is starting to realize that he needs to start to rethink everything he knows. He doesn't trust easily. Especially with Bane. He has a lot to overcome with Bane. He always just saw him as a vampire. Now that he has to see him as a 'person'. An individual. Someone he has feelings for and he is beating himself up all over it.
In this book, Tinder is still trying to figure out why the vampires are pairing up/grouping up. Tinder suspects/knows that Bane knows more than he is saying.
Bane rescues Tinder one night and takes him to his safe house. There Tinder finds out many things.
Truths.
But he also is left with questions. He hates being kept locked up(even if it is for his own good). He is bound and determined to escape. Plus he is fighting his feelings for Bane. Ever since having sex with Bane in book one, sex with others just isn't fulfilling.
I love this series. Tinder is a great character. I found myself annoyed with him at times but, he's young so it's appropriate. So many questions and I cannot wait until the next book. Another great read.
I have had this book in my kindle for months .. Now thAt I have read both books I'm hooked !! I swear I love Tinder but by the end of this book I'm ready to knock the sh!t out of him!!! Ms Land has totally intrigued me with this series!! Can't wait for the next book!!!
Vampires are hunting him and he still doesn't listen to common sense. Bane could have killed him how many times but he refuses to trust him. His heart knows that there is something special between them but he refuses to believe it. On to the last part of this. Enjoy I did.
Great series with a fun twist on the vampire theme. I need the next book soon though please. The love/hate relationship between Tinder and Bane is great.
This story is missing everything, because its written like a chicken without his head. So much is missing in this story and the way this parts ends it feels like blah, childish and annoying.
