"A Very Compelling Thriller Balanced Between Good and Evil"
This is the third and last story of the Gypsy Spirit Books by Marianne Spitzer. Lena's growing older, wondering where her life will lead her. The amulet fastened to her neck by her great-grandmother's spirit will keep her safe and hopefully help her learn to make wise decisions. Lena is now 15 years old and is adventurous, inquisitive, and brave. She also has a special talent which far surpasses those of most spirits. The bad news Magdalena reveals to Annamarie is that Daniel's and Garret's spirits have returned and are more forceful. They had escaped before Josef could eradicate their evil spirits. Lena breaks the latest news she's received from spirit Grandma Magdalena: Lena will be going to the land of her ancestors which may lead her to her destiny. I really enjoyed the confrontational back and forth events of the evil spirits and Marianne's close-knit family. The story line moves more rapidly than the other two books, and provides more thrilling suspense. As a series, Marianne Spitzer has produced a very moving, cozy tale along with intriguing conflicts with spirits. This series is also suitable for young adults (YA) readers.
