4-4.5 ‘BOOM’ stars!!!!
Every time I finish one of ARR’s ‘Until’ books, all I can think is- Damn, I love these Mayson boys! This is a story that is sexy, sweet and will keep a huge smile on your face.
Nico Mayson is the only Mayson brother that hasn’t settled down. He’s got a hectic life working as a bounty hunter and he’s not looking for a woman to complicate it even more. Then he sees Sophie, and it’s over. There is no reason to deny his feelings, Nico Mayson has just felt his ‘boom’. He doesn’t know Sophie, but he’s seen it with enough of his brothers to know that she is the girl for him.
Sophie Grates is a bit on the shy side. She’s a loner, she keeps to herself. She’s had things that have happened in her life that make her keep others at arms length. Nico is bound and determined to take down those barriers. Nico wants Sophie and he isn’t shy about it. Sophie feels the connection they share, but she’s not sure if she can handle a relationship. Especially with someone like Nico. Covered with tats and piercings, he intimidates her at first. The more she gets to know him, the more she sees how sweet he is to her. How patient and understanding. Nico is willing to take it slow with Sophie, but he’s not letting her get away.
When Sophie and Nico finally get together... scorching hot! These Mayson boys know how to turn up the heat!
Nico is a lot like his brothers in some ways. Strong, protective, sexy and determined to get his girl. He’s also a little different. He didn’t fight his feelings for Sophie. Not for one second. I adored that about him. I loved how patient and understanding he was with her past. He knew what was best for his girl and did it. Always. And his little dog. Love it! Sophie’s a great heroine. She’s been through a lot and closed her self off. It takes strength and determination to be able to trust again and open yourself up. Sophie did that. It wasn’t easy for her, but with Nico’s help, she was able to.
These couples seem to move so fast, and normally thats a huge turn off for me. For some reason, in this series, it just works. Sophie and Nico are so different, but they are perfect for each other.
This is a sweet, funny and sexy series with just the right amount of drama and angst to keep you on your toes. The Mayson curse is something I never get tired of reading about. I’m not a huge insta-love fan, but the romantic in me loves the fact that when these boys find their ‘one’ and feel that ‘boom’, it’s over for them. I think it’s great that this author gives us such amazing epilogues. I often feel cheated by rushed endings and no closure/epilogue. The epilogue for Until Nico was fantastic. I’m really sad there are no more Mayson boys to write about- but excited for Kenton’s book! I”m sure we will get some Mayson love in there! Until Nico doesn’t have the most original story line, but it’s highly entertaining. These books are guilty pleasure types of reads you won’t want to put down. If you’re looking for an enjoyable book with a sexy alpha male- pick this up!

3.5--Addicting--Stars!
Seriously, this series is like book crack. I just eat it up. I have loved all of the Mayson boys! They are possessive, alpha, and whipped for their women.
Nico was no exception....
And that piercing...
Each book in the series features a different brother. But they've all been plagued by the Mayson curse.
Sophie is Nico's "boom"!
It was love at first sight. Nico was whipped within 5 minutes of meeting Sophie...trying to plant babies and plan a wedding within a few weeks.
All things I would normally find nauseating but just seem to work in this series...don't ask me why.
I was all on track to love this one as much as the others in the series but the ending was a bit too OTT for me. I didn't think the addition of the "villain" was necessary to the storyline, not to mention it was obvious to me who it was from the get go.
Don't get me wrong, I still liked this one a lot and would definitely recommend it if you're a fan of the series. Not everyone can stomach how whipped these Mayson boys are. However,
So excited to see that some other characters will be getting a spin-off series.....Kenton? Lars? Leo?

Let's be honest, if you're looking for an unpredictable and angsty book with unbelievable sexual tension, you will not find that here. But yet as another reviewer, J, said, these books are like crack. Highly predictable, steamy, insta-pretty much everything crack. Yes I know I hate insta-anything, but for some reason it just works here for me. The Mayson brothers take their "boom" shit verra seriously. And when they feel it and set their sights on the woman? Well they go after them with the determination of a mac truck.
And once they catch them? Well, I swear these boys have the sperm with the accuracy of a heat seeking missile. So word to the wise, heroines
Just saying.
After practically devouring the last book, I was dying to get my hands on Nico. Deliciously tatted up Nico.
Did I also happen to mention the piercings? And I'm not just talking about his ears
Poor Sophie never stood a chance.
When she first meets Nico when he finds her phone and gives it back to her, sparks fly immediately.
But c'mon. That's not really too surprising here.
Nico knows right away that Sophie is his boom, and he pursues her relentlessly. Not that she puts up much of a fight. Oh she has her doubts for maybe all of 2.5 seconds, but Nico certainly sets her straight on those.
You won't find anything here that you haven't read before, but that's not to say I didn't enjoy it. Because I did. I really did. Nico was delicious. Its hard not to fall hard for these Mayson boys.
Plus with the few new faces that were introduced here, I was highly intrigued on where it would lead. Let's say I'm even more excited about the spin off Aurora has in the works. I only ask that Lars is right after Kenton.
So why not 5 stars then? To be honest, after how much I loved Until Lilly, this one fell a bit short. I'm not saying I expect every book in the series to blow me away, but still. I thought this could have been a much shorter book, as some of it felt a bit drawn out and I found my interest waning toward the end. I loved the steamy sex scenes, but I wanted just a little more story. I'm not sure that all the craziness at the very end was necessary. I almost felt that it was just thrown in to spice things up or something? But really, it just had me rolling my eyes. The whole "bad guy" thing was highly predictable, and I knew right away who it was...and it still had me scratching my head at the necessity of it. Short of adding some drama to the mix, it brought absolutely nothing to the story for me.
The one thing that I really love about this series are the sugar sweet epilogues, and it certainly delivered on that end. I absolutely loved it. It was the perfect conclusion. I read it with a big goofy smile on my face. So while it wasn't a 5 blow me away star read, it was still an enjoyable one and I'd gladly recommend it for fans of the series.
Now if I can just get my pervy little hands on Kenton's book sooner... Because the teaser at the end had me going a little

Loved the jolt of insta-love that Nico go for Sophie. More than that, I respect that he didn't play games. Sophie is a shy heroine that was waiting for the right man to show her how to open up and live. It's awesome that the man for her was not only a great match with patience and a lot of love to give but he's got the sexy tattooed bad boy vibe that lends that little extra thrill. The plot was interesting and the writing solid. The series had been hit and miss for me but this one was definitely a win. Safety: No others once they meet. No rape or abuse.

I'm gonna give this 4.5 Stars. Honestly, Nico deserves 10 stars just for him alone. He's one of the most talked about as a favorites in this series. Ever since I started book 1 I've heard from quite a few readers that Nico is their favorite. I get it. I really do. For being the last brother to find his boom, he truly was the perfect hero. He's got that bad boy look that woman so easily fall in love with, but what really tips him over is how incredibly sweet he was to Sophia. Man will this guy make you swoon! The fact that he's a dick to everyone else made his sweet behavior to Sophia more special.
Why only 4.5 stars then? As sweet as Sophia was, I gotta admit I struggled with her. She was so fearful of life and in part she is probably the biggest reason Nico has hearts falling everywhere. His sweetness and the way he cared for her was due to her fearful nature. We got to see that side of him because of it. But in every book, too much of something is not always a good thing. At some point she has to let Nico in and start trusting. She does do this, but it took awhile for her to get there. In this case it was just a bit too much for me. However, that is the ONLY complaint I have.
Nico IS everything good that everyone was telling me and I think he will have many more followers to come. I just have to mention that book 1, Asher and November's book is still my favorite. It was the combination of a good hero AND a good heroine that really gets me excited about a book. I loved their dynamic and they stay in first place for me with Nico being right on their heels.

★★★★ 4+ Stars!
If you've read any of the previous books in this series, you know all about the Mayson boys and their 'Boom'. The feeling they get when they meet 'the one' and know that that's the person they've been waiting for and will stay with for the rest of their lives. Asher, Trevor and Cash have all found their 'ones' and now it's time for Nico. Until Nico is once again a perfect addition to this series. So far, I've enjoyed every single one of the books in this series but I have to say, Until Nico might be my new favorite of the series.
From the moment badass, pierced and tattooed Nico Mayson meets the sweet and shy librarian Sophie Grates he knows she's the one. Granted, they couldn't have been more opposite, and other might not understand why the two of them are even attracted to each other, but to them, they're a perfect match. He makes her feel safe, and she makes him feel whole. Now all Nico has to do is convince Sophie they're made for each other.
"I don't know what's going on in that pretty little head of yours, but know this - you run and I will find you."
Nico pursues her and he keeps pushing her to give them a chance. Sophie's past hasn't made it easy for her to trust others and to let anyone get too close for her. So at first she does everything she can to keep Nico at a distance (which was a little bit annoying, but I understood where she was coming from). For the past years she's been leading a pretty much solitary life so she doesn't have a lot of experience when it comes to relationships, but Nico doesn't take no for an answer and promises to patiently teach what it's like to be in a relationship.
"You are not going to push me away. It's not going to work. You push me, and I will push back."
Then, when she finally gives in, other people (luckily no annoying exes) and circumstances keep coming up that make it even harder for them to be together. But, when one of the Mayson boys want something, they go for it and they stop at nothing to protect what's theirs.
"Girl, now you're stuck. There's no way out of this. Even if you tried, he would hunt you down."
So, even though there was quite some drama and suspense, all in all, Until Nico was a sweet, fun and sexy read with hot, protective alpha male and an endearingly quirky heroine. If you're looking for a relaxing read that will make you laugh out loud more than once, I would highly recommend giving this series a try!

Overall Opinion: This was a pretty light read that I read quickly, so that tells me that I was engaged in the story. I did enjoy it, but I guess I just wanted more. There was hardly any angst up until around the 85% mark, and then it was quickly resolved to get a HEA. I don't require a lot of angst in my books, but there needs to be some type of conflict for the mcs to work through. And the main reason for my lower rating...
Brief Summary of the Storyline: This is Sophie and Nico's story. They meet when Nico finds Sophie's phone and they get together for him to return it. He knows instantly that Sophie is his "one", and starts a strong pursuit of her. There is some hesitation on her part, but he gets through to her with patience and care. There is some family and coworker drama, some sweet moments, and some sexy times...and they do get a HEA ending.
POV: This alternated between Sophie and Nico's POV.
Overall Pace of Story: Good. I never skimmed, and I thought it flowed well.
Instalove: Yes. It has the "boom" that supposedly happens with the men of the H's family when he finds his true love, and the H claims to have loved the h from first sight. The h takes a little longer to develop stronger feelings.
H rating: 4 stars. Nico. I liked him. He was hot, possessive, and a good combination of hard and sweet.
h rating: 3.5 stars. Sophie. I liked her quirky awkwardness, but her constant crying later on in the book got on my nerves.
Sadness level: Low. No tissues needed.
Push/Pull: Yes
Heat level: Moderate/high. They have some hot scenes and chemistry, but I felt like it was used as filler at times and became too much.
Descriptive sex: Yes
Safe sex: Not really.

Possible Triggers: Yes
Closure: This had a cute (far) jump ahead epilogue with a HEA.

Loved this book! I loved it as much as the first in the series Until November.
I love Nico's dirty talk. I love how Nico is committed to Sophie throughout the whole story and how overly protective and possessive he is of her. That is hot!

There is something about the Mayson brothers that just makes me smile.
Until Nico is the last book in the Until Series and we finally get Nico, the youngest brother’s story.
This is the rebel in the family…not the family business for him…he’s a bounty hunter!!!!
Now, we know that the Mayson men are cursed…yes, they fall instantly in love with the woman they are meant to be with!!!!
And for Nico…..just the same as his brothers. He meets librarian Sophie Gates, a timid on the surface woman dealing with the demons from her past.
Nico is soon on the pursuit to woo the woman of his dreams. Nothing or no one will stand in his way!!!
I loved the interaction between these two. It’s funny and sweet! Nico is totally smitten!!!! Sophie is it!!!!! He has been waiting for her all his life and he ain’t gonna let anything stand in his way…
And Sophie….hell, what an unexpected side she had….all hidden until Nico….wow wow…
The sexual chemistry between them is beyond explosive, hot and totally sizzling……and totally wicked….
A bit of suspense, some twists and turns and of course romance.
I really enjoyed this series….and it’s one of those that I probably read again.
So, it’s goodbye to Mayson brothers series but not forever….because I am sure they will make an appearance in the next book Until July!!! Which I am totally looking forward to.

These are uber alpha-heroes…..over-protective, strong, tough, manipulative, controlling, bossy, won’t ever take no for an answer with a hidden tenderness and will do anything to protect those they love and not forgetting how sexy and hot they are!!!!
Until Nico is the last book in the Until Series and we finally get Nico, the youngest brother’s story.
This is the rebel in the family…not the family business for him…he’s a bounty hunter!!!!
Now, we know that the Mayson men are cursed…yes, they fall instantly in love with the woman they are meant to be with!!!!
And for Nico…..just the same as his brothers. He meets librarian Sophie Gates, a timid on the surface woman dealing with the demons from her past.
Nico is soon on the pursuit to woo the woman of his dreams. Nothing or no one will stand in his way!!!
Sophie, at first is a bit wary about Nico…..she’s a bit off men after something that happened in the past and also does not believe that she’s anything special…..

“Fuck yes, they do! You just don’t notice, and they’re too chicken shit to talk to you. No man wants to give a woman the power to crush his ego, and baby, I hate to tell you this, because I like that you don’t realize how beautiful you are, but you are the kind of woman that could make a man feel like he has it all, or make him feel like he has absolutely nothing.” – Nico
I loved the interaction between these two. It’s funny and sweet! Nico is totally smitten!!!! Sophie is it!!!!! He has been waiting for her all his life and he ain’t gonna let anything stand in his way…
And Sophie….hell, what an unexpected side she had….all hidden until Nico….wow wow…
The sexual chemistry between them is beyond explosive, hot and totally sizzling……and totally wicked….
A bit of suspense, some twists and turns and of course romance.
I really enjoyed this series….and it’s one of those that I probably read again.

Well, this was the final installment in the Mayson Brothers series..I am thinking this one was my favorite! I adored Nico, who is the gruffest of the brothers. He is also tattoed...EVERYWHERE...and pierced...EVERYWHERE..(if you know what I mean?? Think..Prince Albert! LOL) To top it all off, when he finds his "one"...or in his words; "his BOOM"; he becomes the most possessive, protective guy!!! I loved every minute of what he dished out to his woman!!! I felt for Nico, as he always had in the back of his head that he wasn't good enough for Sophie. She was this innocent librarian who didn't know her sex appeal!! This couple was like fire and water; but they made it work in the best of ways. Their sex life...WHEW! It had more than sizzle..and throw in a few nipple clamps and restraints and you have some sexy times between this couple!! I felt this installment was a lot more polished than the others, and the storyline had some major bumps in the road. Through all of the drama, sex, and love, there was also a ton of humor that had me laughing out loud more than once!!! This was just an over all enjoyable book.
The reason for my four stars though, is that there was something that Nico went and did behind Sophie's back...I felt that realistically she would have freaked out on him..(and rightfully so) but she just blew it off..It rubbed me the wrong way that she blew it off like that. Otherwise though, this was the perfect ending to such a wonderful series that I have enjoyed very much!
I loved that the author included a wicked Epilogue, and gave us a taste of what is to come in the future for the Mayson family! It isn't over until the fat lady sings..and she has kept very quiet thus far! LOL
I just want to mention that I felt ARR (author) has really come into her writing well through out this series. The first book, I felt it was so very similar to KA's books. As each book has come out, her own unique voice has shined through more and more..I have enjoyed watching her grow as an author through out this series, and I most certainly look forward to what is next for her! This is a series that I recommend when you are looking for something that is fairly low on the angst, and very high in the romancs and sex!!! Gee, my two favorite things!! LOL

Unfortunately, this one didn't work for me.
The book didn't really have any point. It just felt like Nico's book had to be written to round out the series. Nothing new or fresh was in this story. Hottie Alpha find his boom, rushes his woman in the relationship, she has issues, he's gonna help her fight her demons, they're going to have LOTS of hot sex, a big climactic drama will ensue and they lived happily ever after. TAAAAA DAAAAA
There really wasn't anything to sink your teeth into. The flow and pacing was awkward. It takes place over approximately a year with a bunch of time jumps. And to top if off, Sophie was quite the bland leading lady.
So, I'm giving a generous two stars. One star for the hot sex and one star for Nico's piercing......which I think should have gotten WAY more screen time.

Nico Mayson understood the curse, he saw each of his brothers fall hard for 'the one' but he didn't expect it to happen to him. But when it did, he knew he wasn't going to run from it. The minute his eyes locked on Sophie, she was his. She just didn't know it yet. Getting Sophie to take a chance and let him in proves to be something that Nico is going to have to push for, but for every step back she takes - he's willing to take two towards her.
Sophie doesn't date, she barely has any friends... after her mother's death and the way her father failed her, trusting someone and letting them in isn't something she ever thought she needed. But from the first kiss, their first encounter, there is something about Nico that makes her want to actually try to face her past. But falling in love with a Mayson boy is the easy part, it's everything else that proves to be complicated, when someone is determined to stand in their way.
With every installment of the Until series I think that I've found my favorite of the bunch. Nico's story was one that I was anticipating because of teaser epilogue in the last book. I loved the idea that this man was not going to fight the feeling when it hit him, that he understood that it was just fate and that he'd embrace it. I expected Nico to be a bit more rough and tumble but completely melted when he went sweet. He was so cautious with Sophie.
For Sophie, I found myself actually liking her more than I expected to. I kept waiting for the moment where she'd go weak and I would want to bang my head against the wall - but that never came. Given her insecurity and her past, she stayed pretty level... even when she had to be chased down a few times.
ARR has given us a fantastic series with characters that you can't help but fall in love with. And with each book you get a handful of characters that hopefully will allow this series to continue on through the years. Kenton is next up in the lineup and I have that familiar feeling that his book might just top the last one.
I think my favorite part of this series is that we are given such great epilogues. I love seeing so much into their futures, seeing the kids at the age of nearing adulthood and the Mayson men having to deal with their daughters and the boys that are sniffing around. If you have not yet read any of this series, you need to get on board. Each one gives you a different story, and each one is gold.

Re-Read 4/15/15 to get the taste of Until July out of my mouth. And because INSOMNIA.

3.5 OR 4....or more stars...Depending on what mood you are in!
If you have read the other books in this series, you know that they all are very similar and kind of follow the same "formula."
So if you are in the mood for something...original, action-packed and/or super angsty, this ain't the read for you, homeslice.
If you are like me, however, and you are oftimes perfectly content to read same shit/different day type story lines, with sweet OTT love, uber alpha males, and borrowed Kristen Ashleyeverything "chin lifts" and "Eyes!" by all means carry on.
Because whatevs!!!
I enjoyed this installment a lot. Nico was a sweet badass with, of course, a tendency toward overbearing alpha-ness to the Nth degree.
But I liked his style.
It was also fun to get to see other characters from previous books pop in here and there (without taking over the story).
The only drawback for me on this one was that the mystery aspect of this plot was very...anticlimactic and kind of slow moving.
In fact, the whole time I was reading I was left with that "waiting for the story to get going" feeling.
Other than that, a very enjoyable read.

4 “Booming” Stars!!
For Nico Mayson, the day he went to return a lost phone was the day his life changed. He found his “boom”. (If you read the previous books you know this “boom” is the well-known “Mayson Curse”.)
The problem? She is a librarian with a broken past, trust issues that doesn’t want to get involved with no one. And Nico is not an exception.
She wants to try to date, and have a more social life but her fears always get in the way.
But if we know something about the Mayson brothers is that they always go after what they want and they always get it. They’re relentless on their quests and Nico is definitely not an expectation.
And Sophie, even scared, eventually falls for the charm of Nico. But he isn’t the only one wanting her, so when someone threats Sophie how hard can Nico fight for their relationship, when everything seems to want to keep them apart?
Rating: 4 Stars.
Storyline: Cute, sexy and romantic. It was a little predictable in the way that I could guess the plot twist almost from the beginning, so it wasn’t a great shock or surprise for me. But other than that, another amazing book in the one of the best romantic series ever.
Writing Style: First person, dual POV. Well written, sweet and engaging.
Character Development: I loved Nico. He was one of my favorite Mayson brothers, but not even his sexy tattoos made him beat Cash in my list. Nonetheless, just like his brothers, he is a perfect example of what a great alpha-male should be. Sophie was pretty good. Yeah, she was a little insecure and annoying in the beginning, but we could see where she came from, and overall, she was a nice heroine.
I love how this family got huge since the first book. I mean… SO. MANY. KIDS! I think the author went a little over the top on that department.

5 ‘I <3 Nico’ Stars!
“Don’t use your past as an excuse to not live your life.”
Hot, fun and seriously entertaining read. Also there is an amazing tattooed guy who you will fall in love with after reading the first chapter. So yeah…This is my kind of a book :) If you are looking for an easy (but absolutely perfect) read…then this is it!

The story:
Nico Mayson meets Sophie Grates after he has found her lost phone and contacted her in order to give it back. The moment he sees her something changes…He simply cannot resist her.
“I knew from the moment I saw her that she’s it- my boom.”
Sophie’s life has never been easy. She is still struggling with overcoming her past- the loss of a sibling, a father who preferred the bottle, etc. She is a total loner and is too scared to trust men. But when she meets Nico…she has no idea that this man is different and he is ready to do everything in his power in order to win her.
“I would kill for you, walk through fire for you, and fight your demons if that’s what you needed from me.”
The story is seriously sweet. Nico is a scary guy on the outside but such a sweetheart inside. He is patient and sooooo good to Sophie even though she pushes him away (constantly). She is charming and funny but really insecure. The story is slowly building with a bit of a mystery in it. The writing style is great- keeps your attention during the whole book. There wasn’t a moment when I was bored or wanted just to skip few pages!
I definitely recommend this book! You will LOVE Nico ;)

I really enjoyed this reread of Until Nico. It’s the perfect romance to just chill with. There’s a bit of drama but the relationship angst is low mainly due to Nico refusing to take no for an answer. I loved all his possessiveness in regards to Sophie. The minute he met her he felt the BOOM and all that remained was him making her his own. Their story covers a time span of several months so it added a more organic feel to their relationship despite the insta-love/lust Nico experienced. I loved that he was so patient with Sophie as she worked through her issues left over from a past event. The epilogue gives us a look into their life nineteen years down the road and me cheeks hurt from seeing how Nico reacts to life as a father and husband.

3 unexpectedly not so bad...bad boy stars!
I felt like I was waiting forever "Until Nico"! The little teaser at the end of book 3 had me completely hooked, so I was not expecting his tale to be so "mellow" if that is even the right word.
That Mayson curse of "BOOM" ~ you are in love is in full effect here. Just one look at sweet Sophie, the quiet librarian, and Nico knows he has met his forever love! Sophie on the other hand isnt so convinced. This poor girl doesn't have friends, doesn't socialize, and she especially doesn't date! Her life has not been easy and she has self constructed walls around her heart and mind....too bad Nico is a patient man and a complete bulldozer of wills!
This book is a fast romance! From the BOOM moment to full on lust, Nico moves fast getting Miss Sophie into his life, and permanently into his home. There isnt too much of a struggle to accept him as Sophie is consumed with all things Nico...I was suprised at the fast foward then the slow lolling normalcy of the relationship. Hell the major angst wasnt until over the 80% mark and it too was a quick wrap up! Kinda a little twisted, but nonetheless handled pretty effortlessly.
Overall, I liked the continued Mayson charm and dominance. I just wanted more from Nico. He looked every part of bad-ass...but he was just big soft teddie..so in love he was crazy! Sophie was ok, kinda shell-shocked but overall likeable. While i loved their steam and connection, I just didnt find this book to be my favorite of the series...I guess Asher just owns my heart!

What a nice story and at times a confusing one. It was a little hard to fallow with them talking to the mom in her house and then they are having sex, what? It was a little crazy writing with them going from place to place without telling us what is going on. I thought it was a good story and this guy win the prize for overprotectiveness for sure, hands down. He was just so in love at first sight with the heroine that this book was winner from that moment on. The meeting with the cellphone was just so hot. I truly enjoyed most of the book and their story that I just let the inconsistencies go. However, the fractured writing was too distracting for me to give it a 5 star. Great story just needed better editing. Those are my thoughts anyways.

It's like I'm in Alpha heaven when I start reading a book by this amazing author. I don't know where she comes up with her inspiration, whether it be her amazing hubby or just an overactive imagination. All I can say is keep eating what you are eating and being loved like you are loved Crystal because you are phenomenal.
Nico has climbed to the top of my book boyfriend short list. He is sexy, bossy, tender, loyal and POSSESSIVE.
He is PERFECT.
Sophia was I think my favorite heroine of the series. I think because she just was so "real" and had such a tormented past that I felt connected to her in some way. She didn't miss out on how special of a love she found. She adored Nico and I can honestly say he won the lottery on love when he found her.
I am in total LUST with the Mason clan. I don't want this to end but I'm so looking forward to the next series and also the stories of the offspring. I can't wait to see how headstrong the female Masons are and this is going to be one anxious filled wait till the next book.

"4 Nico & Sophie stars"
Another great book from ARR!
I liked this one a lot. I mean I always love ARR's books because I like her writing, her crazy stories and possessive alpha males...
"Until Nico" is the final book in the "Until" series and let me tell you it was a pretty good ending for everyone in the Mayson family.
Nico was crazy possessive alpha male and Sophie was the right mate for him. They were right for each other and Nico knew that from the first moment they met. You know the whole "BOOM" thing that Mayson family is cursed and they know when they find their "ONE". And he always get what he wants. And he wanted Sophie to be his forever and ever.....
He was like you're....
I enjoyed this reading and how their relationship started to grow...The only thing I didn't like was that there were some things happening but they ended really abruptly, and I would like for Sophie to be more strong and a little more sassy with Nico, she agreed with everything he said.
I needed some arguments and fights between them...
Or something like this...???
Mmmhmm yeah I would love that...
Ohhhh and they had some great sex scenes going on too.

SO
worth the wait! This series makes me go all fan girl and swoon over these completely over-the-top, bossy Mayson brothers. Sorry Trevor but I only have mad-love for Nico.

Until Nico is the fourth book in this series and like all the others, another good read. The fact that I can even say that is really puzzling to me because the whole series follows a plot formula that I usually don't care for: Insta-love. Every Hero in these books are hit my love/lust at first sight. They’re all alpha, badass, won’t take no for an answer, and know how to do their thing in the bedroom. They’re formulaic and pretty predictable. Yet every time a book comes out, I rush to snatch it up and sink into all that badass fluffiness. (I know, it’s an oxymoron, but it totally works here.) It defies all laws of logic that I would like these books but I have devoured every one of them and I’ve always had a pleasurable reading experience. That just goes to show you, that if the characters are developed well enough, and the writing is done right, an author can even make you like something you don't usually like.
One thing I loved about the heroine was that she was a book lover and a librarian. She dressed classy and put together, had a love of high heels, and she was a pretty introverted person. I liked her personality for the most part-she was sweet. In fact, Nico calls her sweet Sophie and I loved that.
Sophie had some rough experiences in the past. The loss of her mother, her father’s escape into alcoholism and a resulting incident which changed the course of her life and her attitude towards it. It was many years later, and she doesn’t ever date, meet people, or let anyone get close to her. Well, she doesn’t really stand a chance against Nico Mayson-and his BOOM!
Nico finds her lost cell phone and contacts her to return it. When they meet, she’s this classy, beautiful, and quiet woman. He’s completely covered in tats, piercings, and has a faux hawk. She works in a library, he hunts down criminals: a bounty hunter.They seem to have not a single thing in common. But of course, Nico knows right away that it’s not an option-he’s going to pursue her and she’s just going to have to accept that.
Nico is very patient with her. He’s very experienced and she’s a virgin because of her inability to get close to people. The lust and attraction between the two of them is instant and overwhelming. She’s extremely confused about the whole thing. He is definitely never someone she ever imagined being the one to get past her barriers and making her feel comfortable, but he has a way of getting through to her and making her push past her limits. He’s sexy, caring, and always looking out for her needs. I loved Nico and I loved them together. This was a perfect opposites attract couple and you really saw how they complimented and brought out the best qualities in each other.
Nico holds off for a long time (for a Mayson, anyway) and gently brings her sexuality to the surface. It was commendable considering from day one, he’s been completely turned on and had some naughty fantasies about what they could be doing together.
It may take a little time, but eventually, he lives out every single fantasy and boy did he make Sophie one happy woman. They were HOT!
As always, Ms. Reynolds included the past couples and we got more of the characters we love. This huge growing family unit is very close knit and loving. I’ve always loved how family plays such a big role in these books and you can see how everyone sticks together and supports each other-and gives each other hell too.
Another thing I liked was the fact that this big, intimidating guy has an adorable girly dog-a miniature pomeranian. He rescued her as a puppy and couldn’t give her up. I can just imagine him holding this little fluff ball-it just doesn’t fit and it’s so adorable.
Sophie has to work past her issues from the past in order to move into the future with Nico. Plus, there is someone out to hurt her and they have no clue who it is. But for the most part, this book is lots of sexy times and enjoyable family moments. This was a great addition to the series. There wasn't a whole lot I could say didn't work for me. If you liked the others in the series, I'm pretty sure this will be a winner for you too.

I really enjoy this series and love all of the Mayson Brothers. My favourite of the series was Until Lily. After reading that one, I had high hopes for this one. But, unfortunately, I did not love this one as much as I did the last book. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it.
In this one we have Sophie Grates, who is a librarian at a school. An event in her past has caused her to shelter herself from other people. So, she mostly keeps to herself and definitely does not date. Things change when a man who has found her cell phone, named Nico, barges into her life and claims her as his. No matter how hard she tries to ignore or push him away, he doesn't give up.

I really enjoyed this book a lot. Story wise, it wasn't as captivating for me as Until Lily was. The main problem for me personally, was the heroine. I didn't like the way she whined...or how often she did it. It became a bit of an annoyance to me. I did like how she grew by the end of the book in that she found more confidence in herself. But overall, she was my least favourite heroine of this series.

Nico, on the other hand, was a über yummy, tattooed and pierced bounty hunter. I loved him!! He was sweet and very devoted to his family. I loved how he would do anything to protect his loved ones. He was another amazingly alpha Mayson brother. I could not get enough of him. I liked how bad-ass he was and was hoping for a heroine that would be kind of bad-ass like he was. Anyway, Nico totally made me melt and swoon. And, he was crazy determined on getting what he wanted.
There were moments while reading where I felt it was quite slow, which made it hard for me to continue at times. I started off really enjoying it, then to the middle where it was alright but a little bit boring, to the ending where I was kind of enjoying it again. The steam did help a bit. Nico was just so damn sexy, I wanted him for myself. It also helped that he was pierced in a certain region that just made him irresistible.

The ending had some over the top drama. Yes, it may have been too crazy, but it did manage to get my attention again. And I just couldn't help but love reading about Nico being a total bad-ass. I freaking adored the epilogue!! It was so sweet and awesome. I just really loved it!! I can't wait to read Kenton's book!! Even if this one wasn't my favourite, I am still going to continue reading what comes next. And I am a little curious if the the second generation will be getting a series as well. I really hope so.

So, if you have read the series, you know the Mayson curse! Apparently when a Mayson man meets his one, or his "Boom" that is it! It is all systems go!
Once you are willing to just go with it, and just take the insta possessive love as fact and go with the flow, it is easier to enjoy the books for what they are!
I have to admit, I did not really like the first 2, although book 2 was an improvement over book 1, book 3 I loved, and this was probably on a par with book 3. Or maybe I have just succumbed to the guilty pleasure of it all!
So, Nico and Sophie meet. Nico feels his "boom" which is rather inconvenient for him, but he is not going to fight it.
Sophie however, is very insecure and shy and scared, due to a traumatic even in her past. At times it was a bit hard to take how terrified of life she really was, so many years after the fact. I struggled sometimes with her character. Her complete fear of living and coming out of her shell. But who is to say, how something like that could affect her, so soon after the death of a parent, and losing another parent in an altogether different way.
And Nico, once he gets in there with Sophie, it is all systems go for him. He wants her knocked up, married and having met the family and he is not all that concerned what order that comes in!
Again though, and this has been my previous complaint with the previous books, the jumping so many months ahead, actually makes the story weaker, we miss the build up, the getting to know you, the best parts imo! So much time is covered in the 238 pages (according to Amazon) it feels almost like the author wants to fit in so much story and drama, that none of it is ever fully developed and explored as in depth as it should be. It all ends up feeling a bit rushed and flat. It is hard to get a proper emotional connection to the characters due to how fast the story goes. It feels almost at times like we are being told the summary of the story and not the story itself.
Writing - there were a few minor editing issues, such as the odd missed word here and there. Also, it is mentioned Asher and November have four girls at the start of the book, then nearer the end, they have only three.
It also felt a bit too much like the author was setting up her next series! With Kendall and his vague and mysterious women issues, and the same with Leo. It added nothing to this story at all, and given how quick it moves, it is just extra words that would have been better given to Nico and Sophie and giving their book some depth.
But I enjoyed it in the same way I enjoy a Greggs Sausage roll! It is not really going to fill me up, I know what I am getting and I will easily forget about it as soon as I am finished, but damn is it enjoyable at the time!
