These books are delightful whodunnits with plenty of humor. I love how Chelsea has come into her own in this lovely small town. Of course Miss May and Teeny are always part of the action as well, with treats that sound so yummy, while the sleuthing continues! The story always keeps me hooked and wanting more!.

The ten books are:
- Dropping Like Pies
- No Cone Unturned
- Strawberry Short-dead
- Hot Cross Guns
- Whisking Everything
- Dead Velvet Cake
- Muffin But Trouble
- Pineapple Upside Down Cake
- Murder on the Orient Express
- Dead Man Cakewalking

It might help to read the previous boxset or at least book 1 to gain better insight into the characters featured in these stories, particularly Chelsea's love life. However, the stories work as standalones. Chelsea, Miss May, and Teeny take it upon themselves to investigate cases as amateur detectives, working together to solve various murder mysteries. They do their research online and approach witnesses and potential suspects. The writing is engaging, communicating directly to the readers and offering them insight into their investigations so they can follow the case alongside them. These are cosy mystery stories featuring endearing characters.

Apple Orchard Cozy Book 2 (#11-20) . . .

Miss May, Chelsea, and Teeny will keep the reader enthralled as they turn up clues and relentlessly chase the bad guys. You will love every minute you spend with them! This is a wonderful set of cozy mysteries to savor again and again. Below is a review of one of the books in this set to give you an idea of what’s inside.

Titles Included in Box Set 11-20 Are:

😍 DROPPING LIKE PIES (#11)
😍 NO CONE UNTURNED (#12)
😍 STRAWBERRY SHORT-DEAD (#13)
😍 HOT CROSS GUNS (#14)
😍 WHISKING EVERYTHING (#15)
😍 DEAD VELVET CAKE (#16)
😍 MUFFIN BUT TROUBLE (#17)
😍 PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DROWN CAKE (#18)
😍 MURDER ON THE ORIENT ESPRESSO (#19)
😍 DEAD MAN CAKEWALKING (#20)

*** Reviewing “STRAWBERRY SHORT-DEAD (#13)” ***
Deciding to expand the business, their first ever strawberry festival is underway when a nasty journalist, Norton River, is found dead in the strawberry patch. Fortunately, Chelsea, Miss May and Teeny are ready to pounce on the case. But there are so many suspects with such an unpopular victim. Will they be able to find the murderer this time?

This is always such a fun series with good friends that never let the reader down. The clever title of each mystery gets me laughing for the first 5 minutes before I can begin reading! The characters are charming, fearless, and a delight to see in action as they relentlessly seek justice, usually for their friends who wrongfully get implicated, but this time the murder is closer to home right there in their strawberry patch! Grab your copy and enjoy their pursuit as you try to figure out the clues before the team catches the bad guy! With this many suspects, this one could keep you pretty busy looking for clues!

First off, let me say that I love Chelsea Thomas (both the writer and the character, not to be confused with each other). Chelsea the character has adventures that others can only dream about. That is, if you dream about finding dead bodies and outrunning killers and outwitting the police force. Something to think about, I guess...

Anyway, I have read all the books in the series and I can truthfully say that I enjoyed them immensely. We see poor Chelsea as she goes from heartbroken left-at-the-altar bride to strong, willing-to-do-whatever-it-takes Chelsea, and it's a welcome transformation. She grows with each book, and we watch the changes, however subtle they may be, as she becomes who she finally is in the final book. I will not give away plots as I expect you will want to read and enjoy them yourself, but they are definitely worth the time.

The author(s) are talented, and allow us to see a little bit of the area where Chelsea grew up, and it's a delightful sight. We also find that our friends Amy and Petunia (of the Dog Groomer series) make an appearance as well.

As I have stated before, I love this series and hope that it continues. Even if the trio of Chelsea, Miss May, and Teeny keep finding dead bodies, we, the readers, can enjoy watching them solve the murders.

I received a copy of this book from the author and BookSprout but this in no way influenced my review.

Before I read this second box set and having purchased the first (Books 1-10), I decided to start at the beginning. Apple Orchard Cozy Mysteries is a wonderful series. Chelsea certainly knows heartbreak - the death of her parents, being stood up at the altar and losing her business, home and bank accounts. She retreated to Pine Grove to live with Miss May, her aunt, at the family apple orchard. And, in Pine Grove, something is always amiss. Murders began and just never stopped. Chelsea finds that she has a talent for solving murders along with Miss May, a former prosecutor, and Miss May's "bottle blonde" friend Teeny. Chelsea is determined and tough when it comes to finding the killer, at times, to the chagrin of hunky Det. Wayne Hudson and prickly Chief Sunshine Flanagan. This series, with Pine Grove's quirky characters, is cleverly written. It's smart and funny with lots of humor. And, Chelsea is finally in a good place. Pine Grove is home. Chelsea gets her own happy ending!.

Miss May, Teeny and Chelsea are celebrating the conclusion of a murder investigation. Then with days body pieces are found in their orchard. Another murder so soon!!?? And the victim is the towns iconic basketball coach. As they investigate they find how not well liked he was. Too many ideas and too many suspects. In the middle of this Chelsea's boyfriend leaves for Africa. Now maybe she can give Wayne, the local police detective a chance. But this investigation is convoluted. Will they put the pieces together?

Each story deals with a murder and the ongoing possible romance between Chelsea and Wayne. Lines cross on the investigations. Tensions rise. Who will come out the winner in the murder games?

Fantastic stories but be prepared to get the nibbles when the talk if of apple pies, whipped cream and sprinkles. Lots and lots of sprinkles!!.

The author has a talent for creating vivid images of places that jump off the page. From scent, to scenery to descriptions by characters the world jumps off the page. The characters are larger than life, perhaps a bit over the top in certain cases but still realistic with issues and problems that we’ve all faced in one form or another so they become less like a character in a book and more like an old friend come for a visit.
This box set of books in the Apple Orchard mystery series with Chelsea, Miss May and Teeny up to their usual shenanigans across ten stories. It’s fun, whimsical, each story while part of a series does hold up pretty well as a standalone mystery. If you’re looking for some lighthearted quirky fun mysteries give these a try!.

This boxed set collects 11-20 of this cozy mystery series, which certainly provides a lot of entertainment. These are clean cozy mysteries filled with plenty of humor and all the little elements you would expect from this genre. If you like small towns, interesting characters and the occasional witty banter, these should suite you fine.

The stories are well written with easy to follow plots, but that does not mean easy to solve mysteries. There are enough twists and turns during the investigations to keep the reader guessing until the end. The characters are also fun and well developed as is the setting. Overall, with ten stories in this collection you get plenty of relaxing entertainment.

Highly recommended.

I just love getting the box set because once I get into the mysteries in which this trio find themselves embroiled, I want another, and another, and another… you get the idea. Miss May, Chelsea and Teeny solve one murder after another, sometimes having to prove that they are not the culprits. Who would expect a little town like Pine Grove NY would have so many murders, not to mention a loan shark. The only downside for me was that they did take a trip away from Pine Grove for “Muffin But Trouble”, but in guess everyone wants a vacation - I just prefer them on their own home turf with the townsfolk rallying around them.

The Apple Orchard Cozy Mysteries are one of my favorite series of all time! Chelsea and Miss May have a very successful apple orchard and Teeny has a very popular diner. Even though their personal lives are very busy, the mere mention of a murder has them dropping everything to investigate! These ladies will leave no stone unturned and are not afraid to walk into a dangerous situation. Very independent ladies with fellows who just shake their heads at their antics. In the midst of their murder investigations, there’s always plenty of laughs. The second collection of books 11-20 are some of the best books in this series. When you get started reading one of these books, it’s hard to put it down until you’re finished!

Excellent Cozy Binge-Read

I've been reading this cozy mystery series for almost as long as it's existed. I enjoy every book as it comes out, but I love getting these mega 10-book boxed sets when the author puts them out—and this is the second such box set!—so I can binge-read and reenter this well-developed story world with its quirky, delightful characters without even pausing to find the separate books in my Kindle. If you enjoy well-written cozy mysteries with an excellent cast of quirky characters and a surprisingly diverse range of mysteries to solve in such a small town, you may enjoy this mystery series’ boxed set as much as I did.

I received a free digital copy of this boxed set, but that did not affect my review.

Another fantastic 10 more mysteries by Chelsea Thomas with plenty of action and suspense to keep the reader guessing. The characters develop more in each book whilst retaining their characteristics that we have grown to know and love. With so many murders in the area i think you would probably want to move but the girls keep on solving them leaving the local police force in their wake. What more could you want from light entertainment?.

I have really enjoyed reading this series of books (actually 1-20!) and I highly recommend it. The characters are interesting to follow on their adventures and feel like good friends! Miss May Chelsea are great amateur sleuths and are definitely faster at solving murders and mysteries than the local Sheriff and Detective Wayne, Chelsea’s boyfriend/fiancé. And Teeny, the owner of the local diner is a hoot with all her strange and often fractured sayings! I received a free copy of this book set via BookSprout and write this review voluntarily.

It’s nice to settle into a series and get to read the books back to back rather than impatiently waiting for the next book to be published. I loved the relationship between Chelsea, Miss May and Teeny and their process for solving mysteries. Each book was different enough that it kept my interest. I wasn’t always able to guess who committed the crime. The last book was bittersweet. Will the series continue? Only the author knows. If this is the last book in the series, it was a great ending.

This is the second half of the Apple Orchard Mysteries by Chelsea Thomas. These books are always fun to read and a good clean mystery in all. Seeing the characters develope throughout the series has been great. The last book was just the best and what a surprise at the end. Having them all together in one box set makes this a great gift for the cozy mystery lover! I hope that there maybe a few more episodes for this much loved series.

Awesome reading . The prolific pen of Chelsea Thomas never misses to engage the reader with her immersive, clean cosy mystery stories that are truly scrumptious and fun. To have ten books to binge read is an absolute dream. Perfect cosy escapes for a fall night . The characters are charming and quirky, the sub characters endearing too. The stories are all standalone mysteries but the characters evolve as you read along . A perfect ten . A sure fire hit and with Christmas around the corner a good buy.

I enjoyed the Apple Orchard Cozy Mysteries series’ 10 book box set (books 11-20). It’s a great way to really get to know the main characters. Each book is so quirky and funny, and the mysteries are interesting. The three main female characters have such a great relationship; it’s so fun how they tease each other. The character Teeny is a complete riot. The books are well written and the overall feeling you get while reading each book is positive.

Chelsea, Miss May and Teeny are one great trio as they figure out mystery after mystery in this great box set. Was hooked on the series from the start and very happy to see this group put together. You will laugh, shake your head and cheer for them as they tackle each issue or problem. Even a small bit of romance in there. Still my favorite set of sleuths. You will glad you took the chance on this author as she does an amazing job.

Hours of cozy fun!

Chelsea, Aunt May, and Teeny spend their days and nights solving murders and keeping their small town safe in this ten-book set. I never get tired of reading about their adventures. These books have humor, light romance, and fun mysteries to solve. Teeny is always zany, Aunt May is always wise, and Chelsea may always be sweaty. I received a free copy but my review is voluntary and honest.

The threesome is at it again, solving murders before the police. I'm really not sure what the police do in Pine Grove, but they're always behind the eight-ball. Chelsea Thomas has a way of making the ridiculous funny. The characters in these stories are well outside of reality, but they end up being likeable enough. I enjoy reading the quips and quibbles in their ongoing detective work. There are a few overlooked errors, mostly punctuation, but they don't hinder the pleasure of reading.

Apple Orchard Cozy Mysteries: Ten Book Boxed Set (Books 11-20) which may be the end of the series ( who knows?), it comes full circle. It’s a great and enjoyable series that provides adventure, mystery, closure, and happiness for Chelsea. This may be the last of the series in the Apple Orchard books, but even if it is, I think it’s a great ending to a wonderful series.

The first few books are charming and funny. But my problem was, after reading many of them, they began to sound alike. How many murders can one small town have, anyway? The plots are mostly different but the characters act pretty much the same in each story. If you ask me if I'll read any more of them, I'd have to be honest and say probably not. I'm kind of apple'd out.

I love the variety of characters in this series. Serious to laugh out loud funny!
Chelsea and “the girls” outwit and solve one murder mystery after the other in the quaint little town of Pine Grove.
Where nearly everybody knows you and your business.
The police department don’t stand a chance when these girls start sleuthing.

Miss May, Chelsea and Teeny are a great team of amateur sleuths and I loved this boxed set of books 11-20. It was action-packed and fun and a good way to relax.

Thanks to Chelsea Thomas. I enjoyed her Dog Groomer cozy mysteries and have the first book as well as the first ten in a boxed set. I love her laid-back writing style where each character is unique.
