Bound to the Demon

After escaping an abusive relationship a woman is happy to be free, with a car, job, and apartment she can call her own. When her ex-boyfriend begins showing up, she’s worried that he’ll wear her down and talk her into coming back to him. After discovering a series of old books from her grandmother, she accidentally summons a demon. After she offers him his freedom and some of her pizza, he wants to return her generosity with a favor.

When she wakes up on the demon’s chest after a night of bad dreams, she finds herself fighting an attraction to him. After a run-in with her ex, she agrees to the demon's offer of protection. But what will happen when her ex is no longer an issue? Will the demon bound to her go back to Hell when she frees him?

This was so much better than I anticipated I loved the dynamic between zag and bri and how he helped her with her ex and made a decision about where he was spending the rest of his time. I liked the back story of how he ended up bound to their family and for such a short story or left no gaps

4 ⭐️ Cute, fast novella!

This was a freebie from last week's stuff your kindle extravaganza. It has a FMC trying to move on from an abusive relationship and the MMC is a demon she summons by accident. Ups...

This is spicy and cute almost in equal measure. Also, f**k the Dereks of the world. You are scum and deserve nothing but pissed pants and demon hand necklaces. That might be a spoiler... but seriously it was so satisfying to finally see him pay!

That was the first book I've read about a demon. It was weird at first but I got used to it quickly. I absolutely love Zag and the biker-dude from the store. A good book for a cozy evening with very good written spice/smut. The scenes were intense but still not too much in my opinion. All in all, a good novella. I would definitely recommend it.

He called her witchling and I in fact ate that up. This was a spooky/cute little novella but it’s exactly what I needed. I’m a sucker for a man or in this case a demon who worships her. The MMC can be respectful and a gentleman but he can also get down and dirty… literally. I absolutely loved this!

Cute, quick novella and an adorable demon 🥰

Bri has recently escaped an abusive relationship and is settling down to her new life of independence in her new apartment and at her new job. Her ex begins stalking her, and tries to gaslight Bri to get her back and tries to manipulate her with his intimidation tactics.

Rummaging through her late grandmother’s things she finds a few old grimoires that she can’t make heads or tails of. She reads from them, and accidentally summons a demon Zag, who is bound to her family’s bloodline. Overprotective demon mode is activated, and the terrible ex doesn’t stand a chance.

😈 This was a short, quick and extremely fun read. I loved both the protagonist Bri and Zag. They were interesting and I loved their dynamic. And can I just say I love our foodie demon, and how much he enjoys modern food.

😈 The pacing was great, even for such a short piece. It had a good amount of background, and everything fit great within its context.

😈 The spice was pretty good in a non gross and overbearing way. It was very decadently hot.

I seriously enjoyed this short read. Would love to revisit these characters and learn more about them. Would highly recommend to those monster romance lovers that enjoy the devilishly sexy!
