Exquisite ,it really is rather good . Well I knew it should be ,I’ve read Carolina Jax books enough to know the expertise , how she likes to tease , but I also love the exciting stories by the other authors too. Awesome collection ,I say with affection . All the feels and emotions for this well written set.
Biggest Risk Carolina Jax :-
Let’s start with Cash..Ooh how well we love this man . Phew he’s all in and he’s charming , vulnerable and sweet as well as phew ..heat. Yes ! Oh it’s awesome to see , he’s got his story. He’s had his past ,we’ve all seen and when he confronts Angelina’s daddy , it remains to be seen , he proves he’s here to stay .She isn’t out for love ,wants nothing barring her way… Cassius and Angelina are awesome together ,she’s not exactly wanting love , but well Casanova Cash is determined anyway.. He won’t give her up , get his girl he will ,and have a whirl well that’s not up for discussion , of cause that’s his mission . On that we can trust? Yes , yes ,we absolutely must!… . Very well written story,I was of course smitten as everyone is. With ms Jax we can very much trust it to be hot and a good book , I was certainly on the hook! Panting for more and an encore! Bravo !
Chameleon - MercyAnn Summers:- Camilla and Kaian’s story is dark and intense. He despises everything she stands for and does but under her spell he must be , can’t get enough of her ecstasy…well written angsty and dark romance ..
V.R.Tennant -Greyson :- He’s not the would be assassin , he actually is one in this book. James Greyson is a professional Assasin ,he’s ten years older than the niece of Mafia Tilly . Tilly Devane is not happy ,she’s no pawn to spawn for the cause ,she’s has no cause to obey an arranged marriage . She runs away disparaged and Greyson brings her back.. what we get between the two of them is soon they’re in the sack…A well written angsty and easy to get into story .

There are three books in this Anthology and each book will definitely give you a taste of a different flavour of romance. 😉😍
We have three people, who've worked together as contractors on a mission and now are friends, meeting in a bar about to go their own ways before saying their goodbyes. Each book follows each of their stories featuring Camilla, Cash and Greyson.
Camilla has had a love hate dynamic with Kaian, who's the Irish Mafia. When she can't deny anymore that Kaian is the one she wants, she goes full on Stalker mode to get her man along with the help of her friend gang, all of whom are dangerous people. Her story is in 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙣 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨.

Kaian and Camilla had me so intrigued after I read TDWK. Their constant love to hate you vibes paired with their constant bickering had me oh so excited to see them together.
First off.... Reverse Stalking😳😻. I can't tell you how surprised I was to see this trope and then, more surprised because I absolutely loved it.
When the man does the chasing it's just so perfect because it's 𝗌𝖾𝗑𝗒 and shows how much he wants you.
But knowing the stubborn and crack Camilla, who does what she wants and is unapologetic about it - I felt that it was exciting and perfect the way she goes chasing Kaian.
Add to it her own brand of shenanigans just to get Kaian's attention and oh my you have a crazy romance going on.
Oh my... I had a freaking blast watching these two, who loved to go at each other's throats fighting their attraction.
Camilla was such a brat but also relentless where she needs to be and taking a step back where it's important. I was like.... You go Girl... Cheering for her to go get her man even if he's one dangerous Mafia man.... Ooohhh.. definitely deliciously mischievous.
I always look forward to the Faafo group chat because their maddening chit-chat of a group that's so super dangerous talking silly has me giggling.
But what the heck... There's one secret about Camilla THAT HAD ME SHOCKED...It's a small one but because it's Camilla, this secret was huge 😳😲
And then THAT REVEAL AT THE END... WHATTTTT.... 😱😱... AHHH... I can't tell you how, both absolutely nervous and freaking excited I'm to get my hands on the next Ends World series book. Loved this one.♥️

This small town & Age Gap romance was both sweet and also emotional.
We have a cop and a physical therapist together with a bit of forbidden vibes only because her father is the chief of the police department.
Angelina and Cash have undeniable chemistry and Cash is already head over heels in love with Angelina only she isn't ready for diving into this with Cash because her Career is equally important to her.
I really felt this one was a perfectly paced story with all the feels and one where I was rooting and understanding both Angelina and Cash.
We also have Past demons that still haunt Cash and when a new mission comes along with a reveal that will change both their futures, Cash has to decide what matters the most to him.
I was swooning for how Cash was such a goner for Angelina and even though she has her own doubts, Angelina is a very sweet and self assured girl, who's focused on her career.
Chief Hunter was so great as a father figure and seeing his friendship and warm dynamics with Cash, makes me want to read his and Daisy's book too.
After reading this one, I definitely want to read the other books with all the other characters.
Warmth filled and emotional turns with all the sweet feels. Loved this one.♥️

This one was an action-packed ride with forbidden vibes of a romance between the bodyguard/ hitman and the Mafia Princess.
Tilly, initially comes across as a spoilt rich girl who only likes to throw tantrums and it's either her way or no way.
When Greyson returns home, he is assigned the task of finding the Mafia Princess and bringing her home to safety.
Soon we are racing along with Greyson and Tilly to run away from the danger that finds them.
Somehow these two opposites are thrown together into forced proximity in the highlands of Scotland, trying to survive and run for their lives as the danger seems to be getting closer everyday.
Greyson and Tilly really surprised me because the way they abruptly meet and are thrown together, and also their constant bickering didn't make me see how these two could ever find common ground.
Ahh...The way Greyson calls her Miss...
He knew the stakes were so high if he even came close to her and yet everyday there was this undeniable attraction building between them.
We have Mafia danger and so much uncertainty but also a girl who just wants her freedom to live her life and choose for herself and there's a man who's never ever thought a miracle like her would ever walk into his life. Definitely an exciting ride. Loved this one. ♥️

This small town & Age Gap romance was both sweet and also emotional.
We have a cop and a physical therapist together with a bit of forbidden vibes only because her father is the chief of the police department.
Angelina and Cash have undeniable chemistry and Cash is already head over heels in love with Angelina only she isn't ready for diving into this with Cash because her Career is equally important to her.
I really felt this one was a perfectly paced story with all the feels and one where I was rooting and understanding both Angelina and Cash.
We also have Past demons that still haunt Cash and when a new mission comes along with a reveal that will change both their futures, Cash has to decide what matters the most to him.
I was swooning for how Cash was such a goner for Angelina and even though she has her own doubts, Angelina is a very sweet and self assured girl, who's focused on her career.
Chief Hunter was so great as a father figure and seeing his friendship and warm dynamics with Cash, makes me want to read his and Daisy's book too.
After reading this one, I definitely want to read the other books with all the other characters.
Warmth filled and emotional turns with all the sweet feels. Loved this one.♥️

This one was an action-packed ride with forbidden vibes of a romance between the bodyguard/ hitman and the Mafia Princess.
Tilly, initially comes across as a spoilt rich girl who only likes to throw tantrums and it's either her way or no way.
When Greyson returns home, he is assigned the task of finding the Mafia Princess and bringing her home to safety.
Soon we are racing along with Greyson and Tilly to run away from the danger that finds them.
Somehow these two opposites are thrown together into forced proximity in the highlands of Scotland, trying to survive and run for their lives as the danger seems to be getting closer everyday.
Greyson and Tilly really surprised me because the way they abruptly meet and are thrown together, and also their constant bickering didn't make me see how these two could ever find common ground.
Ahh...The way Greyson calls her Miss...
He knew the stakes were so high if he even came close to her and yet everyday there was this undeniable attraction building between them.
We have Mafia danger and so much uncertainty but also a girl who just wants her freedom to live her life and choose for herself and there's a man who's never ever thought a miracle like her would ever walk into his life. Definitely an exciting ride. Loved this one. ♥️

I will confess I went to this Anthology for Carolina Jax. But I came out with two new authors I plan to explore! Each story was a quick read with the perfect sparks of passion and the way they weaved the stories together was perfect. Definitely one to add to your bookshelf to binge on.
Carolina Jax- The Biggest Risk:
This is a farewell to the Casanova Family series. Cash/Cassius O'Brien is a swoon-worthy book boyfriend with his big heart trustworthiness , and loyalty. Angelina (Lina/Leena) has a life plan she plans to stick to. I was fully invested in their emotional and beautiful love journey.

It was a surprise as there was darkness but also humor as Camilla a deadly assassin and a master of disguise goes full stalker mode on the man who despises and cannot trust her. Their love/hate chemistry sparked off the page. I enjoyed how befuddled Kaian was by her relentless and unique pursuit. Reverse stalking-loved it.

This interconnected anthology was an amazingly written short story focuses on very specific characters.
Chameleon: MercyAnn Summers
I loved this story, and MercyAnn was the original reason I even read this anthology, but after reading it. I'm glad I did. Cami and Kaian had chemistry that was intense and desirable. Like many of her books there is a strong FMC which I love. She knows what she wants, and she goes for it. the oil and water dynamic between Cami and Kaian lead to loads of banter mixed with passionate lust and you have yet another fantastic read.
The biggest risk: Carolina Jax
I have never read her writing, but now I need to grab more to read. In this series you meet Cash and Angelina. I learned that these characters have been featured in another series by her, but I still didn't feel lost with this novella even though I haven't read the series. The emotions were real and raw. Cash was pure perfection and swoon worth as he does anything to get his girl. Absolutely loved it.
Greyson: VR Tennent
Another author I have not read before, but glad I did. The professional assassin aspect was amazing to read. I love a dangerous MMC, but protective at the same time. Forbidden love, protective, and feelings that overpowers the desire to do his job. I loved this story and look forward to more series by this author as well.

The biggest Risk- Cash and Lina
I just wanted them to get it together, haha. I wanted to shake them both a little bit. Which I am sure was a bit intentional.
Cash really had some issues to work through before he could pull his head out of his you know. He gives off a let me take care of you vibe but also isn’t confident in his ability to do so. Lina is more like I got this and this is how it’s going to be. I liked that for her.
There is some great banter as well between Cash and Lina. I really enjoyed the banter between Cash, Grayson and Cami.

Why is Cami's level of unhinged so freeing? I can't quite put my finger on it, but I know that it made me adore her.
These two are hilarious together. There were so many laugh out loud moments, and others where my mouth was hanging open, baffled by what just happened. This story isn't as heavy as a lot of what we get from Mercy, but it's the perfect palat cleanser to lead you up to a shock ending that will have you begging for more.
If you've read and enjoyed the End Series, you're going to need to read this.

I don’t usually read novella length stories, but I really enjoyed the work of these three authors in this anthology. The storylines were easy to pick up on, the characters were very well developed considering the length of the stories, and I was introduced to some new-to-me authors that I would definitely like to read more from.

Each book gives a glimpse into the personal life of one of three individuals as they unexpectedly find love, and fight to hold on to it.

Cash and Angelina (Lina/Leena) are a great couple who just can’t seem to commit or get on the same page. She has made a plan for her life and intends to follow it. According to the plan, it is too soon to be in a committed relationship, be thinking of marriage and definitely for having a baby. Yet, marriage is what Cash is asking for, as well as letting everyone know they are in a relationship, especially her dad who is also his boss, instead of keeping it a secret. In reality, they aren’t fooling anyone and everybody knows they are seeing each other, but Cash doesn’t like that she wants to hide their relationship. Learning she is expecting their baby is a shock, but it doesn’t seem to change her mind, nor does it lead to her asking Cash to stay instead of going on a dangerous oversees assignment, an Independent Contract, for the government that will utilize the special skill set he gained in the military.
Cash thinks the time apart will give Angelina a chance to miss him, to make up her mind to take the relationship public and to see that, even though it isn’t part of her plan at this point in time, their relationship and the coming baby are not going to ruin her life. When Cash returns, Angelina is more than ready to move forward, but Cash is not. He wrestling with some pretty big demons and tumultuous emotions that make him distance himself from everyone, including Angelina. Will they ever be on the same path toward a happily ever after?
I love these two characters. Both struggling to find their place in the world, and with each other. I like that this book shows that even the strongest person, Cash, can have struggles we can’t see. I also like that his extended found family rally around Cash and Angelina both, giving them a sounding board, advice, and a strong nudge in the right direction. The conclusion of this book made me smile.

Greyson is happy to accept the exorbitant fee and the challenge of finding the spoiled mafia princess. He never expected to fall for Tilly or be willing to chuck everything to keep her.
Greyson and Tilly’s story is rather dark, spicy, funny and engrossing. Turns out the deadly assassin has a soft side that perhaps only Tilly can bring out. They have super hot chemistry, a soul deep connection, and a penchant for deadly weapons. He makes her feel seen instead of invisible and ignored. With some unexpected assistance, they make a plan to escape her uncle’s reach. Failure means certain death, at least for him, but success means a lifetime together, far removed from the mafia.
These characters grabbed my attention and made me become invested in their dark and twisty story. They are both formidable, deadly and determined to find a way to be together. They are perfect match, with a love that borders on obsession.

He lets very few people into his inner circle, only those he trusts implicitly, and Cami cannot be trusted. Too bad she is set on getting his attention and forcing him to acknowledge the sizzling chemistry between them. With a few mutual friends watching, waiting and perhaps aiding Cami in her pursuit, Greyson doesn’t stand a chance of keeping his distance. He finds himself unable to stop thinking of the deadly beauty. Despite his distrust of her, Kaian steps in to rescue Cami when necessary. They both get a chance to see another side of each other, a side it is impossible to ignore or to stay away from.
I love the ingenious methods and effort Cami puts into getting her man . She has hidden depths and a few surprising secrets to share with the first man to claim her heart. It is funny that Greyson, the intimidating and very deadly mafia boss, is befuddled and rather taken aback by Cami’s determined pursuit. He can’t understand why their mutual friends, and his best friend and confidante, are helping her or why they trust her. I loved the big, bad protective side of Greyson that comes out when Cami is caught unaware by thugs working for an enemy. The moment he realizes his heart is involved, whether he likes it or not, is rather amusing too. Cami is indeed his perfect match.
I will happily recommend this fascinating, entertaining and enthralling anthology.

They are all, dark romcoms, enemies to lovers, she falls first, O/P FMC, unhinged FMC, banter, found family, dual POV.
Each of the short stories focuses on one specific character. Chameleon focuses on Cami aka Camilla.The Biggest Risk focuses on Cash. And Greyson focuses on Greyson. (Of course, because who else could a short story called Greyson be focused on. lol)

I will start by saying that the dynamic between Cami and Kaian is intense, and the chemistry is just amazing. Their relationship is this explosive mix of lust and hate. It is fuelled by their shared history that is both compelling and twisted. Cami is unhinged and unapologetic. She is bold and loves the chaos that surrounds her. Kaian, he hates with a passion everything that Cami stands for. He despises her methods, her courage, and yet, no matter what, he just can't get away from her. She's under his skin, loving the chaos she brings into his life, turning his life upside down all the time, ensuring that all he can do is think about her.
There is this intoxicating push, and pull between them is addicting and, at the same time, befuddling, especially for Kaian. He's the one who hates fighting all the time, especially when he's being forced to fight with desire. He feels like he's always fighting with Cami. And they have to survive a dangerous underworld full of criminals that surround them.
Sadly, they have both known what it feels to lose someone, and yet they have walked through the fires of trauma and come out the other side stronger. Through the tension and chaos, we get a bit of vulnerability that brings them closer in ways neither of them ever thought.
Cami and Kaian are normally oil and water. They just don't work together. But, it is their imperfections, intensity, their fire. That's what brings them together and binds them together.

This novella focuses on our MMC 'Cash' or Cassius O'Brien. (Age 36), and honestly, he makes the perfect book boyfriend. And I can pretend that I am ten years younger and he is the perfect match for me. He is genuine, has a big heart, is silly, trustworthy, and loyal. Honestly, he is everything that you want in a partner. OMG, I have Cash, I married Cash, and I just realized that this description fits my husband perfectly.
Now we have our FMC Angelina Hunter (age 25) she is bound and determined to achieve her goals, and she does not plan to alter her goals, and that is even for love. Right now, she is on the path of achieving her dream career. So, it's hard for her to alter her path.

James Greyson (age 35) is our MMC in this one, and he is a professional assassin and I loved how different that he is from the other two in this one. I was here for it, too.
Our FMC in this one is Tilly Devane (age 22), and she is the niece of the mafia . She got dragged into this one through an arranged marriage by the boss to create an alliance. She IS NOT happy about this one what so ever, and it is not going to work for her.
Greyson has to go and find Tilly just to bring her back home. So we know that this last story is the forbidden love story. And it is a sweet love story with such a feisty FMC. But, you have to read it to find out if Tilly and Greyson get their HEA just like you have to read the other two stories to find out if they get the HEA's.
One of the things that I like about these stories is that they are all older, more mature adults, so there are no shenanigans like you get with the younger young adults. I absolutely love all three of these stories, and I look forward to reading more for each of these authors in the future. I highly recommend this anthology. If you are looking for a quick short read with just the right amount of spice, then this is the one for you. I highly recommend it. You will not regret this quick, short read.

Each of the short stories focuses on one specific character. Chameleon focuses on Cami aka Camilla.The Biggest Risk focuses on Cash. And Greyson focuses on Greyson. (Of course, because who else could a short story called Greyson be focused on. lol)

I will start by saying that the dynamic between Cami and Kaian is intense, and the chemistry is just amazing. Their relationship is this explosive mix of lust and hate. It is fuelled by their shared history that is both compelling and twisted. Cami is unhinged and unapologetic. She is bold and loves the chaos that surrounds her. Kaian, he hates with a passion everything that Cami stands for. He despises her methods, her courage, and yet, no matter what, he just can't get away from her. She's under his skin, loving the chaos she brings into his life, turning his life upside down all the time, ensuring that all he can do is think about her.
There is this intoxicating push, and pull between them is addicting and, at the same time, befuddling, especially for Kaian. He's the one who hates fighting all the time, especially when he's being forced to fight with desire. He feels like he's always fighting with Cami. And they have to survive a dangerous underworld full of criminals that surround them.
Sadly, they have both known what it feels to lose someone, and yet they have walked through the fires of trauma and come out the other side stronger. Through the tension and chaos, we get a bit of vulnerability that brings them closer in ways neither of them ever thought.
Cami and Kaian are normally oil and water. They just don't work together. But, it is their imperfections, intensity, their fire. That's what brings them together and binds them together.

This novella focuses on our MMC 'Cash' or Cassius O'Brien. (Age 36), and honestly, he makes the perfect book boyfriend. And I can pretend that I am ten years younger and he is the perfect match for me. He is genuine, has a big heart, is silly, trustworthy, and loyal. Honestly, he is everything that you want in a partner. OMG, I have Cash, I married Cash, and I just realized that this description fits my husband perfectly.
Now we have our FMC Angelina Hunter (age 25) she is bound and determined to achieve her goals, and she does not plan to alter her goals, and that is even for love. Right now, she is on the path of achieving her dream career. So, it's hard for her to alter her path.

This is a collection from 3 authors, 2 who have read all the books from, and 1 (MercyAnn) who is new to me. These books are all novella length, where the characters do crossover, and exist in the individual authors other series. It can be read as a standalone, even if you are not familiar with, or have read any of the authors other works. I am hoping this will be the perfect teaser for you to get reading.
Carolina - The Biggest Risk. Well this is everything I already love about Carolina's writing, and is a farewell to the Casanova Family series. I had "met" Cash and Angelina already, but had been hoping they would get their own book. With their own story, we are treated to the backstory of Cash, where he comes from, and the angst and torment he endures following an injury on the job (in a previous book), and what that road to recovery looks like for him. The emotions are real, and added to finding out that Angelina is expecting brings that full circle, I mean how will the Chief take it (this is one and only child). It is full of all the emotion as they both navigate the new reality and I confess, the end had me full on sobbing (in the best possible way). You have done them justice Carolina, I loved it.
VR - Greyson. Once again, I know Greyson as the bodyguard to Hunter Devane (from The Level Series) and you just know having read this series that there was a story. This is a darker novella but if you have read the series I mention, you would not expect anything different. And, already loving that series I, of course, loved this. Greyson is sent to retrieve Hunter's niece Tilly, as he has lined her up to marry an old mafia boss to improve relationships between respective mafia families. Of course Tilly is no wilting flower, and let's just say, those knife genes run deep between Uncle and Niece. (IYKYK). What Greyson doesn't expect is to develop feelings that an employee ever should, but forced into close proximity to keep her safe, well those desires spilled over. This was so so good, and a perfect companion to The Level Series.
MercyAnn - Chameleon This is a novella to An Ends World, a series I have not read and maybe, for me, if I had read this, I would have had some context and understanding as to the characters. This is the story of Camilla (Cami) and Kaian, and what I did enjoy is the strong FMC representation in Cami and she is one scary bi&%h. Cami knows what she wants, and in this case, who she wants. There is alot of banter, pushing, pulling, what seems on the surface as hate but is clear to the myriad of side characters to not be the case....phew what a ride this book had me on. It has made me equally curious about this series and I have added to my TBR.
I enjoyed this anthology, already loving two and being introduced to another, and the way they weaved three characters from other worlds into one was so good, it was seamless and something I enjoyed.

Know this ain’t right at all here I am ugly crying the day after Christmas. If you are a Carolina Jax reader, like I am. The. you have waited a long time for Cash’s story. You might have seen him in multiple other books as a side character and you have definitely had a glimpse of his past and everything that has made him the man he is today. In this book you get the inside look of his life after getting shot. He is also fighting a battle of emotions from coming back from being shot, to finding love and also becoming a father. Things definitely come to tell when his boss finds out he’s dating his daughter. We get to see him fight his past to get to his forever. Angelina is the product of young love, it’s always been her and her dad. Angelina has always believe she needs to stay on her path and her future will be completely planned out. That is until Cash shows up and completely rocks her world in so many ways. The path to her future that path is null and void once cash enters. I for one absolutely adored their chemistry and how their love came off the pages as real and true. The epilogues were well written and heart wrenching. 😭

I saw someone else mention this and it’s definitely true. This story gave me Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner vibes, and definitely made me wanna run and watch the bodyguard over again. This short story is such a page turner and quite literally has me at the edge of my seat with every page wondering what direction the author was going with this story. Greyson is a hot sexy bodyguard in the mafia world, and he is tasked to help save a family member of his bosses. What he doesn’t expect was to catch major feelings along the way. With all of the twists and turns, I didn’t know what to expect. I absolutely loved and adored this story and cant wait for the authors next one.

But lord have mercy this one will do more than rock your world in all the right places. I definitely love a story where a strong FMC goes after and takes what she wants. Cami and Kaian, the back and forth push and pull was so fricken hot. The side characters in the story added the right amount of comedy when needed, the banter between the characters is on point. I absolutely love a world where a woman can just go over what she wants.

I will always be a big fan of mercyann and the " ends world gang" she created. When I heard she was bringing another book out and it was going to be apart of an anthology, I knew I had to get my hands on it, like duh who in their right mind would miss an instalment in the " FAAFO crew" definitely not me!! In this book you get cami, cash and greyson's stories. They where on a mission together and became close friends, but once it was done they went Their sperate ways and then the fun really begins!
Once I got my hands on this book, I went in with the intention of only reading chameleon, but I read it all. And I'm so glad I did because I fucking loved it. Once I started I couldn't put it down, I was hooked, lined and well you know the rest. This anthology brings you 3 wonderful novellas by 3 beautiful authors, each story is unique, wild , thrilling, intriguing and fucking delicious! It was definitely a wild ride for sure. It just kept on giving and I was here for it. It's action packed with drama, secrets, spice, dark romance, suspense, angst, unhinged, feisty fmcs, strong mmc's, hallmarks moments, grittiness, excitement, bumping heads and loads more. These authors out done themselves, the worlds, storyline, characters and plot they created where magical and well executed.
I absolutely adore cami and Kaian, they where twisted unhinged hilarious fuckers. So badass. The pair have a push/pull, love/hate relationship some shit happens that makes it that way. But when she decides that she wants him and that's when operation stalker is activated 🤣. Their chemistry is burning the pages and I love when the family get together, I live and breathe for they group chats. They are so wrong but oh so right for each other. Two souls meant for each other. And ma'am excuse me , tap tap tap. That ending! Yeah I'm super excited for the next book. I can't wait.

I read this book for a specific story but I could not make myself put it down. Now you will get a three for one review. These book delve into the lives of three people that worked with each other on a mission and became close. Like I said, I was only supposed to read one of the stories but I had to know about the other people in this circle of friends.
The Biggest Risk - Cash O'Brien is keeping a secret. He is in love with his boss' daughter. Angelina Hunter is a physical therapist intern. She is in the home stretch and ready to tackle the world. Cash is floundering after being shot on his job as a police officer. He gets an offer to do an independent contractor job with the military and has to decide if it is a good time for a 90-day mission. This mission will allow him to be him again. He knows that rehab is not going well. He cannot be relegated to desk for the rest of his career. He also needs something to push Angelina to make their relationship real. Keeping her - his love for her - a secret is eating him up inside. Angelina is adamant about waiting until she becomes a physical therapist. Her life goals are set and she refuses to let anything deter her from her goal. Will time away make the decisions both Angelina and Cash need to make easier?
Greyson - Greyson was involved in the Irish mafia of London when not doing independent contractor jobs with the military. His boss, Hunter Devane put a stop to a quick vacation to find his niece, Tilly Devane. Tilly is looking for attention in all the wrong places. The way Camilla keeps coming at Kaian, but not really sure that she even really wants what she is chasing. The revelations flow with this one. Will Camilla finally let someone in?

I went into this so excited to read MercyAnn Summers’ story but I ended up really enjoying all three stories! I loved how they were interconnected!

I am just obsessed with this group of characters and I never want to say goodbye to them. The FAAFO group chat and banter between all of the friends!! I live for it. I was laughing out loud reading some parts of this book, I loved it! Our girl Camilla is a big unhinged but I loved her. I wanted Cami and Kaian together and they did not disappoint. I loved their journey and chemistry and the tension and love/hate. Kaian was so jealous I ate it up! Also when he got her a pony 🥺 my heart. The ending?!? Jaw dropped!!

Carolina is a newer author to me so this is the first book/ novella I have read by Carolina. I immediately liked the characters and I have to go back and read other books. Cash and Angelina were perfect together and I was rooting for them the entire time! Even though they had some road bumps the ending was worth it.

I am just obsessed with this group of characters and I never want to say goodbye to them. The FAAFO group chat and banter between all of the friends!! I live for it. I was laughing out loud reading some parts of this book, I loved it! Our girl Camilla is a big unhinged but I loved her. I wanted Cami and Kaian together and they did not disappoint. I loved their journey and chemistry and the tension and love/hate. Kaian was so jealous I ate it up! Also when he got her a pony 🥺 my heart. The ending?!? Jaw dropped!!

Just finished this collection of books by 3 talented authors. They are all short quick reads.
The 1st book is The biggest Risk by Carolina Jax. It follows Cash a cop who gets injured on duty and gets sent to his bosses/friends daughter Angela who is a student for rehabilitation therapist. All the while secretly dating and leaving for 3 months for an assignment. Will things go smoothly for him when he gets back or will everything change??
Book 2 is Greyson by VR Tennent. It follows Greyson a friend of sorts to Cash. He returns home and is assigned by his mob boss to collect his niece Tilly who runs away. Tilly hates the way her family is and how they treat her so she fights back anyway she can. On the way back from collecting Tilley Greyson finds himself in a bad situation. And ends up falling her the completely off limits fiancé of an old and powerful man. Will they survive? Will they find away to be together or will it be too late??
Book 3 is Chameleon by MercyAnn Summers. It follows Camilla a friend of Cash and Greyson. When she returns home she gets suckered into going to a club with a group of friends. That’s where she sees him. Kaian. While he detests her and her skills of being someone completely different. Camilla decides that Kaian is hers and hers alone. So she takes notes on how to make him hers and her his, by the favourite type of men, morally grey book men. From getting a giant billboard of his face to stalking him and taking on his best friends face. Will that change Kaians mind? Or will that drive him to remove her from existence?

All Shades of Romance Anthology brings three amazing authors together to give us three novellas about
The Biggest Risk is a story I have been waiting to read since the Casanova Series ended. This gave me everything I wanted to see about Cash and his future, Angelina. We see a lot of push and pull between these two characters. Cash wants to be respectful about choices but there is only so much patience someone can have. This was a perfect addition to the Casanova storyline.
Greyson gives us a bodyguard and mafia princess storyline. Tilly is very rebellious but she is in a gilded cage and doesn’t get to make many decisions for herself so she acts out. This causes Greyson to have to step in to protect her. These two had great chemistry together and Greyson really had a lot of patience with Tilly to last as long as he did.
Chameleon gives us a novella about Cami who we met in the last Ends World book. Any questions we might’ve had get answered but we are also left wondering about some bigger storylines. We really get to see how unhinged Cami is and how she really gives Kaian a run for his money. They were perfectly matched. This was exactly the tidbit I wanted to read about these two and get me chomping at the bit for anymore books in this series.
This was a great set of three different stories that gave us answers to questions we had with the previous series they are included in.

Mercy brought us back to the FAAFO world after meeting Camilia and Kaian in her latest book, The Devil We Know. I loved how Camilia was committed enough to get his attention at any cost when he clearly didn't want anything to do with her. Chapter 6 will have you in a fit of giggles. But then his feelings began to change and all he could think about was her. The spice and banter between these two will keep you invested. And that cliffhanger left me speechless! I cant wait for the next book in Ends World series.

This novella is about Greyson and Tilly. Greyson a skilled ass*sin who works for the Irish Mafia and Tilly, The niece of Greyson’s boss, a typical mafia princess - or so they think. At 22, she is rebellious, and set on defying her family in every sense. She is arranged to marry, but is everything but happy about it. Therefore, rebelling at every turn. Including running away.
Greyson is tasked with finding her and bringing her back. Which he does in no time. What he isn’t prepared for is seeing who Tilly really is behind the armor she has built. He is to keep her safe since there is a hit out on her, and it is a quick connection despite their age difference.
I was truly sad for Tilly. She was treated horribly from everyone who was supposed to love and care for her, and was nothing more than a pawn in their business. Greyson being the only one who had showed an ounce of compassion. I loved Hunter (the uncle) in other books but hated him in this one.
I’m glad Greyson had Damon to help through it all. He had done the unthinkable getting with Tilly, but he wouldn’t let that stop him from getting her away and keeping her safe with him.
A quick read, but man, what a ride!

I just loved reading Cash and Angelina's story.
That Man is everything.
A total Cinnamon Roll when he eventually gets his act together!
Angelina has worked hard in College and on her work placement, determined to be the very Best at her job as a Physio Therapist and achieve what she wants from her hard work.
Cash working for her Dad meant that they sneaked around for a good bit.
When Cash gets shot and ends up behind a desk in the Police station while he is recovering, this does not go down well with him. He is a Guy that likes to be out in the field working, not pushing a Pen.
He gets a call for a Contract job and jumps at it, even after getting some fantastic news from Angelina. He takes the job to prove to himself that he still has it, even though he knows that his shoulder is not 100% right and he doesn't know if it ever will be again.
When the contract is over and he returns, then life changes for both of them.
The Chemistry is still electric between both of them but adjustments have to happen in order for things to work out for them and that is something both of them have to be prepared to do.
I won't say anything more but you will love how this book turned out just as much as I did x

These 3 uniquely spicy, touching, and interconnected stories follow Cash, Greyson and Chameleon after they complete a dangerous mission together. Cash is conflicted about what his future will look like after facing some physical challenges and unexpected news. He has found love, but isn't sure he is ready to settle down and commit to everything that Angelina has to offer.
Greyson is charged with protecting Tilly, a feisty mafia princess, and inevitably they fall for each other. He has to figure out how to keep them both alive while preventing her from a toxic arranged marriage.
Camilla (Chameleon) is starting to build a normal life for herself on the west coast and decides to explore dating. In true “enemies to lovers” fashion, she sets her eyes on Kaian, the one man who can’t stand her. The spicy tension between the two is undeniable. Cami’s story also features characters from Mercyann Summers’ Ends World Series and is so much fun.
I loved the supportive relationship between the 3 main characters and the unique spin that each author put their love stories. This was a quick and fun read and the spice was 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️! I recommend it!

Camilla (Chameleon) is starting to build a normal life for herself on the west coast and decides to explore dating. In true “enemies to lovers” fashion, she sets her eyes on Kaian, the one man who can’t stand her. The spicy tension between the two is undeniable. Cami’s story also features characters from Mercyann Summers’ Ends World Series and is so much fun.
I loved the supportive relationship between the 3 main characters and the unique spin that each author put their love stories. This was a quick and fun read and the spice was 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️! I recommend it!

This anthology really does hit all the notes you want in one book. The anthology follows 3 independent contractors and their fights for love.
First we meet Cash and Angelina. Cash is determined to get his girl, no matter what it takes. A sweet and vulnerable man who isn’t afraid to talk about his feelings. Angelina tries to push him away, he was never a part of her plan, but who can resist Casanova Cash?
Next we meet Greyson and Tilly. A spoiled brat who is seemingly throwing an epic temper tantrum and a man who takes no shit? Yes please. Tilly is just supposed to be another job, but who can resist someone when they are totally off limits?
Lastly, it’s fuck around time. We get to meet Camilla and Kaian. When an unhinged woman sets her sights on a man who wants literally nothing to do with her, crazy shit is bound to happen. It doesn’t hurt that she can change herself to be anyone she wants. Camilla is determined to get her man, even if she has to annoy the shit out of him first.
Each story was a quick read and blended easily into the next one. Getting 3 woefully different love stories in one book was a real treat.

WOW, wow, wow! Loved all three stories in this anthology!!!
When Greyson, a hard, strong and stoic bodyguard is tasked with bringing back young, headstrong, Mafia princess Tilly to her uncle for an arranged marriage, he’ll have to fight against his growing desires for the untouchable woman while trying to save their lives against those trying to take out a hit against her.
Cash is head over heels in love with Angelina, and she knows he’s the right man for her, just not right now. Now’s not the right time in her plans to settle with the man she knows she loves, but can’t say out loud.
Kaian hates everything about Cami. But why does she continue to get under his skin? Cami is dangerous, gorgeous, set on claiming Kaian. Will he be able to continue fighting their growing attraction, or find the guts to finally push her away for good…. Or kill her?
I love a fast burn, and this was not it… but the build up in each story was enough to keep me on the edge of my seat and begging for more!

I can’t even begin to describe how much I’ve been dying to read Cash and Angelina’s story. I’m a major sucker for when he falls harder first. This story just hit me in all the feels 😍 the angst and build up to the HEA was just perfect. LOVED this story!!!

Greyson and Tilly’s story was so much fun to read. The whole bodyguard, one bed, Boss’s niece thing was just *chef’s kiss*. I also loved seeing her brat out on him 🤣 SUCH a page turner, I couldn’t put it down!!!

Getting the little snippets of Cami throughout this book just made me crave getting to her story all that much more. I love seeing a crazy, don’t mess with her FMC that takes charge and goes after what she wants. As Camilla and Kaian’s story unfolded, I got more and more excited to see how this story would end. Every delicious twist and turn was so freaking good!!!! This story was the perfect way to wrap up this incredible anthology!

Next, is Grayson by VR Tennent, which follows Greyson and Tilly. She’s a thorn in her family’s side. Always causing trouble and getting into messes. Now, she’s run. He is tasked with bringing her back to her family…and the payout is phenomenal! Good story!
Finally, there’s Chameleon by MercyAnn Summers, the story of Kaian and Camilla. She is a master of disguise. He prefers to live his life in the dark….and he despises Camilla…for everything she is…and isn’t. Didn’t care for this story as much as the others, but it was pretty good!
