🫶🏼Another rawhide ranch spectacular 👏🏼 I love this series so much but more in this specific story!! ❤️This was so cute! This story had a lot of things I haven’t really seen before within this trope or atleast I don’t remember and I am now planning to go and read this authors backlog to find out about this k!nk island that’s referred too!

-Allll the rawhide goodies! We see other characters from this series we love and of course master Derek and Sadie ❤️
-second chance (MCs went to high school together)
-a figging scene
-and a cock warming scene
I have never seen this before in a DDlg book and wish it was used in more wether punishment or just in general for comfort. Really liked this part

-smart, nerdy cybersecurity h
- all the classic things I love about daddy books and DDlg stories. Care taking, dressing her, funish-ment, spanking, smexy times and fun little things.
-doesn’t go into their dynamic to much or her Little to much which I kinda was sad about but it was still a good story.
-chef conners Mac and cheese and hot coco bar make an appearance and I’m seriously sad this ain’t a real place bc I always wanna eat thst Mac and cheese lol 😆
-one thing I’ve not seen before was someone actually saying their safe word! It was still in a good way but it was a nice change from the norm!
-HFN 😫 although we know it’s a HEA I wanted more lol but I think we will maybe see that on the authors side within her own series sooo running to go track those down.

Overall this was another good read in the world of Rawhide Ranch and stays within the theme of the typical DDlg trope without going in depth. So for anyone wanting to re as age play/ dd lg and not be caught off guard by diapers or deep in the thick of this type of dynamic then this would be for you.

Novalie était très reconnaissante qu'à son arrivée en tant que consultante en cybersécurité au Ranch il y a trois mois, Ryder Moore lui ait non seulement montré les ficelles du métier de l'informatique, mais soit également devenu un ami et un peu un protecteur. Il l'avait également présentée à son soumis dans la chambre et à Little à l'extérieur, Quinn, et avec le temps, elle était devenue amie avec Jared et Erika, ainsi qu'avec Maître Derek. Sadie avait pratiquement exigé qu'elles soient amies dès son arrivée sur place, donc cela avait été facile.

This story is part of the Holiday's at Rawhide Ranch series. It is a standalone Ddlg book.

Lincoln (Linc) and Novalie's story. Nova works at Rawhide Ranch as a cybersecurity expert. When she can she loves to head to the Little's wing to unwind. But with all the extra visitors for the holidays, her relaxing place is not so relaxing. Linc is chasing a crazy dream. He wants to find a Little and get her to agree to marry him before he returns to his home in Alaska. The last thing either of them expected was to tun into one another again. The two grew up and went to school together as children. Linc doesn't know that he hurt and humiliated her in high school without ever meaning so. Nova thinks that Linc's determination to find a wife is crazy but vows to help him. But during Linc's time at the Ranch he spends the majority of his time looking after Nova and as the days pass, he knows she's the Little for him. Now if only he can convince her!

The two do have issues they need to work through due to their shared history. But still a good book. Loved getting a peek at some of the other characters we know and love too. I would have liked to have seen what their life looked like together in Alaska though!

I absolutely love this story. The characters in this book once again, I surrounded by lots of Little friends from previous stories and the safety of the kink that each character enjoys. This story is about Nova and Linc, who have known each other since preschool and it was only in high school that they both had a crush on each other but didn’t let on. Now thirteen years later, they meet up at Rawhide Ranch. When Linc sees Nova again, she brings back memories that he has hidden deep inside. He finds that he is still attracted to her, but isn’t sure that he is the person that she needs or whether she will move to Alaska with him. Nova is still holding in her heart hurt that she was given by Linc in the final year of high school, she is still attracted to him, but doesn’t feel that she is the one that he is looking for. These two characters have their way into my heart with their feelings of insecurity and being enough for each other as well. I was glad by the end that they finally decided that they love for each other was enough to make a life for themselves together.

I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.

After drifting apart when they were younger Novalie/Nova and Linc reunite at Rawhide. She's there because she lives there running the ranch's cyber security. He is there looking for a little/wife to take back home to Alaska. She's reluctant because she knows he's only there for a week and it's going to shatter her when he leaves. But the more time she spends with Linc the harder it gets for her to deny the feelings that they have for one another. I wish there was a discussion or a more thorough explanation of the event from their past that seems to affect them both so much. For some reason the scene when they're in the hallway, after Linc finds Nova out in the cold snow, he says some things and they rubbed me the wrong way. I adored the way he always asked her her boundaries, limits and triggers before each "scene" and that he was continually checking in with her. Their spanking language between them was very well written. Although they do get the hea there are still some details to hammer out and it will be great to hopefully see them in Honey Myers Alaskan series.

Honey Meyer has been on my TBR list for a while, along with a bunch of other fabulous authors, and this story just moved her to the top of the list. I loved Novalie and Linc. I loved the way their explored their dynamics. I loved the way respect for limits and consent was expressed. I loved all the spicy scenes. I loved that thier past was dealt with in a honest way. I loved how protective Linc was and how strong Novalie was. I loved seeing other characters from the ranch and the way they were tied into the story. And, I love that this is opening up a whole new series for me to dive into. I'll be devouring more of Ms. Meyer's books in the near future and declare her addtion to the RR series a must read.

I received this story as an ARC. I was not certain if I would enjoy it, with the way it began. I am not one for swear words or the like in anything I read. Thankfully this did not persist beyond the first few pages - or if it did, the story was well written enough that I did not realize it!

That said, this is a cute and heart warming story that sees two people reunited. It had me happy they found their HEA after a roller coaster of emotions to get there. For me, this was not quite as gripping or emotional as some of the other Rawhide Ranch stories - but it was still a good story in itself. I do look forward to reading more from Ms. Meyer. I do like that Ms. Meyer writes about some DDlg triggers in this story and has the DD address them in a very appropriate and caring way!

Another sweet story in Rawhide Ranch 😍

I loved Linc & Nove so much & I enjoyed reading about their history together -and apart- how they grew & change to become the wholesome persons they are now .. I enjoyed the progress of their relationship throughout the book & their inner thoughts/dialogue .. specially the sweet, cute, little moments they had together 🥰

I was overjoyed & pleasantly surprised by the different kinds of punishments that were written in this book .. in all the books I read so far it's almost always spanking, but since that was a hard limit for Nova, Linc got creative & OMG that was something else 🥵

I also loved the other characters -some I met before & some have their own books that I'm definitely going to read 😅

A bit more complex than the other Rawhide Ranch Dd/lg novels but a fantastic read. This book is about 50/50 Little and grown-up relationships, it is not the most light hearted of the series as the Daddy and Little knew each other as children, years of no-contact and then an unexpected reunion at Rawhide. Both have issues from the early years together to work through, and their lives have been vastly different, yet (of course) they reach their HEA. It was a bit of a roller coaster to get there, but satisfying (and for those who might wonder, it takes place completely at Rawhide and a few of the better known characters from previous novels make an appearance)

Delightful!

This was my first read by this author, and not certainly my last! I love the Rawhide Ranch stories and this one is definitely tops in my mind. Novalie is a delightful Little girl who just wants someone to love and take care of her. So when Linc, someone she knew when younger, shows up at the Ranch, she is floored! He is even more handsome but she is a bit leery after what happened in the past. But Linc is determined to show her that he is not the same person. I enjoyed Linc and Novalie’s witty banter and their chemistry is off the charts! A definite must read for all!

A great addition to the series

Rawhide Ranch is one of my favorite series. Each one makes my smile but I think the newst one, Novalie's Little New Year, may just be my favorite. Honey Meyer has deeply embraced consent practices, crafting a story that underscores the significance of consent within a BDSM dynamic. She achieved this while still maintaining authenticity in her characters and storyline. The book delivered the humor, passion and the anticipated happily ever after that I have come to expect from the Rawhide Ranch series. A great new addition to an already wonderful series.

Finding his Little

Lincoln Donall was on a mission he was on his way to Rawhide Ranch to find his forever little girl and bring her back to Alaska to be his wife. His best friend Owen thought he was settling himself up for heartbreak while his little cricket thought it was very romantic & wanted her Uncle Linc comeback with her new best friend. Linc wasn’t very hopeful until he was exploring Rawhide Ranch and walked past an office & saw Nova the girl he grew up with & loved but his teenage self messed it & she got away. Now he wants to prove to her that he has changed & is worthy of her love. He has until New Year’s; find out if they get their second chance.

What do you do when your upsetting past suddenly meets the one that caused that upset. Lincoln and Novalie both remember the incident differently. Is Rawhide ranch going to work it's magic on these too or are they doomed from the start? Novalie, is a Cyber expert living at Rawhide Ranch and Lincoln, a Jack of all Trades ling on a private island near Alaska. They know each other from childhood. Unsure feelings between this Daddy and Little, plus hurt feelings, shenanigans, spankings and Christmas and New Year and you have another magical Rawhide story.

Simply wonderful read

This is a wonderful coming together of characters that have no met since school and No value has had her heart a little set since the kids they shared outside school years previous.

The arrival of him at Rawhide was a complete surprise and he was amazed to see her there, No value has never forgotten the kids they shared and here he was larger than life and twice as handsome.

I guarantee you'll love every moment of this splendid read and be left looking forward to future books in the series.

An entertaining winter romp.

I felt amused, annoyed and frustrated at these characters.

Amused because Honey Meyer has an appealing writing style that usually incorporates humour. Annoyed due to Novalie living too much inside her head and Lincoln not feeling worthy. Frustrated because neither really says what they want and need to until it is almost too late.

However, the author satisfactorily brings her creations into line and they earn their HEA.
It would be interesting to see how they handle the next chapter as Linc returns home to Enclave.

Another wonderful addition to the Rawhide Ranch series. I've enjoyed each one as it came out and this was such a good story. Linc and Nova know each other from school. And while Linc didn't realize how badly he hurt her, she was still sweet enough to help him "find" a little of his own. Well, you know how this is gonna turn out! LOL They both have issues to deal with from their past but when they do, will Nova follow him back to Alaska or will Linc decide to stay at Rawhide?

I loved Linc and Nova's story! They had great chemistry, an amazing adventure together, and an ending that everyone can only dream of. This story made me feel so deeply, it was easy to get lost in the pages and forget everything else. I enjoyed my time reading this book and can't wait to read more.

A Frontier Daddy

Wow! Wow! Wow! I love this story of two childhood friends that run into each other at the Rawhide Ranch over the holidays. Honey Meyer pulled me into the storyline and had me rooting for their HEA! I look forward to following up on this couple and others like them as they build a life together, in an Alaskan DDLG community, in the “Frontier Daddies series.”

Nova and Linc

This is a great, well written, DD/LG romance. The RR characters are as lovable and interesting as ever. Linc is ready to settle and wants to find a Little to share his life in Alaska. Nova grew up in the same small town in Idaho and has bad memories. Linc has a hard time convincing Nova he has changed. Read and enjoy.

When Novalie and Lincoln run into one another at the Ranch. Lincoln decides to enlist her help in finding a wife thats a little to go back to Alaska with him.
A Roller coaster of emotions soon ensues as Novalie realizes it's her he's after.

Adorable characters with a sweet reunion.
Loved to read about their first kiss in high school.
You never forget that memorable first kiss as it is etched into your memory forever.
Enjoyed reading about the sleep over prank and how Linc disciplined Nova without having come close to any of her hard limits.
Her excitement could be felt while at the sapphire mines and the sleigh ride.
