Being related to two famous rockstars has its pros and cons.
Noah loves his family but is tired of always living in their shadow. He’s worked hard to get where he’s at, first with his degree, and now with his new career if only he could apply the same effort to his love life. Noah just wants someone to see the real him, bonus points if that perfect someone is a daddy.
Dylan feels frustrated by the direction his life has taken. His job is stressful, his friends and family have all moved away, and if he’s being honest, he wants to settle down with someone.
When Dylan’s brother invites him on a cruise, the idea of a vacation in the tropics sounds like the perfect way to take a much-needed break to sort out his life. Only, the cruise is a little kinkier than he realized. And when Dylan sees Noah, his brother’s best friend being his Daddy in paradise is too tempting to resist.
Welcome to Pride Cruise 2024!
Where the water is crisp, the men are HOT, and the party has started! Each book is a standalone but feel free and dive in and binge them all. You won't want to miss a second of their naughty antics. If you think they're silly when the sun is up, just wait until it goes down.
“How long have I been attracted to my little brother’s best friend? Noah’s ocean blue eyes dilate before dropping to my lips. A jolt of lust zings through my body before settling in my groin. I’m in so much f_cking trouble.”
Dylan & Noah are absolutely perfect together. And seriously I was so happy that Noah found his HEA. As you have come to expect from this author, it was low angst, hella sweet and perfectly steamy between these two cinnamon role.
And I love that no matter what series it is we always get a cameo from one or more of our favourite Olivia Cove friends and found family! I wonder who will get their next story?!
A Daddy in Paradise is part of the multi author Pride Cruise 2024 series. Each book can be read as a standalone but why not enjoy the whole series. This book is about Noah who has been in love with his best friends straight big brother forever but also wants a daddy and Dylan who may not be as straight as Noah thinks. I loved this book. Noah has worked hard for the things he has and Dylan has been in a dead end job. I love the daddy trope so much. This was just a fun story that is well written with lots of great feelings. I would definitely recommend this book and series.
I really loved the characters in this, well except for Max. He could have fallen overboard and I would have reported it in a few days.😈 Seriously, these guys and their friends feel like family. Such a beautiful read.
4,5 stars A Daddy in Paradise by Kota Quinn is part of the Pride Cruise 2024 series by multiple authors. This is the story of Dylan and Noah. They were so cute together! I loved them. Their story was sweet, sexy, full of feels and very well written.
I loved all the characters from previous books by Kota Quinn going on the cruise with the main characters!
In Foxy and Flirty, Noah had to leave Olivia Cove quickly for a family emergency. Poor Jules was left with responsibilities he had never handled before. While they didn’t speak for a while, their friendship remained strong.
A Daddy in Paradise starts off with Noah going back to Olivia Cove with Dylan, Jules older brother. Noah’s crush on Dylan is alive and well, but Dylan is a little miffed at how he left Jules to flounder on his own. Fast forward to Jules and Cal’s engagement cruise, Dylan is tagging along and now he’s seeing Noah in a different light.
My favorite thing about reading Kota Quinn’s books is the glimpses of Olivia Cove residents. This story brings back all the goodies, Cal and Jules, Kingston and Jamie, and Nathan and Elijah. Plus, now we know WHY Noah left Jules behind the way he did. Dylan and Noah’s story is great on its own. Two crushes unrequited, now in a temporary arrangement to protect Noah from his scummy ex?! The excitement, the romance, it is all wrapped up in this story with a bow. Noah and Dylan kept me reading long past my bedtime, wanting to know what happened next. Would they make it after the cruise? What happens to Ash and his Daddy guide? I just love all of Kota Quinn’s characters. Her books make me smile and leave me feeling happy long after my ebook has closed.
A Daddy in Paradise Pride Cruise 2024 Kota Quinn Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice: 🌶🌶🌶
Kinky Cruise for the win!
This low angst, bestfriend’s brother romance was the perfect summer read. I was lucky enough to receive a surprise ARC of this book and all opinions are my own.
Noah was adorable, harboring a crush on his best friend’s brother, Dylan, for over a decade. He was so used to being shadowed by his famous brothers, that he couldn’t imagine anyone wanting him for himself. Dylan was hiding a secret himself and it wasn’t until the cruise that he was able to share his truth. When Dylan stepped in and put that asshat, Max, in his place was amazing. That guy gave toxic ex a whole new meaning.
The most touching scenes were definitely hinged on the island, Tavia. Noah shared himself with Dylan and it was so sweet and even with the sweetness between the spicy scenes were HOT! I mean WOW!
Ash was a great character too. I hope he gets his own book so we can see how things go between him and Daddy John.
It was fun seeing Juniper and Alec again. They were the MC’s in Kota’s Holiday Romance, Juniper, part of the multi-author Merry Elf-Mae series.
If you’re looking for a low angst summer romance, A Daddy in Paradise might be for you.

This was an enjoyable story as Noah and Dylan connected on the cruise and spent a lot of time together as a Daddy and boy. They had a lot of conversations about their history, assumptions and feelings as they used the time on the cruise to connect. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like Daddy/boy dynamic.
Ooh, I love a brother's best friend story with a long pining crush - add in a Daddy/boy dynamic and a pansexual revelation during a Pride Cruise, an annoyingly persistent ex, a sweet little who needs friends and of course the brother in question, foxy ears and his own Daddy in tow and you have the recipe for a really fun read!
This story has the feel of the universe finally putting the pieces together or Dylan and Noah and it was a fun and quick read with plenty of steam, sweetness and just enough kink! It can be read standalone, but does tie into the Pride Cruise theme and connect to other Kota Quinn books, just so your TBR is aware :)
This story is part of a multi-author world with common themes of Cruises and Pride. It follows a couple who have known each other for a long time. One has been hiding two big parts of himself, while the other has been concealing his feelings for years. When they find themselves in close proximity, they must confront their truths to themselves and their loved ones. What starts as a supposed fake set-up turns out to be very real. An outside party introduces some angst, but they both work to overcome it. I love the flow of the story, the sweet and happy moments, and the cameos from our favorite Olivia Cove citizens.
Noah and Dylan have known each other most of their but never really knew each other. Noah is the best friend of Dylans little brother Julian. Noah made assumptions from where he lived and never actually gave him a real chance. When they go on a kink cruise, that all changes. Dylan learns the truth of the real person Noah is and finally lets him in. Noah has had a crush on Dylan but never thought he had a chance until the kink cruise that allows they to finally really get to know each other. It's a cute and fun summer read that's worth a try.
Noah wants a daddy and he has his heart set on Dylan, his best friend's brother. The same man that is also straight, right? Maybe not so straight, as Dylan is attracted to Noah as well. These two are secretly crushing on each other and it's really sweet. This is a low drama romance that the two main characters work through and come out together. The chemistry between Noah and Dylan is sweet and hot. The world and character building are good. There's also some cameos from Olivia Cove which is a nice benefit. Definitely worth the read.
I loved Noah and Dylan, and whenever they have misconceptions or misunderstandings, they don't last long, which I love about this author's work.
I would love to go on a cruise, this sounds so fun! I loved all the cameos from other characters too, and that both Noah and Dylan were protective with Ash.
I hated Max, and don't understand why exes don't just get the picture that it's over. Dylan taking care of Noah and making sure he was okay is the best. And Noah still being independent and playful and take-charge sometimes was also a fun dynamic.
A cute story of a young guy who ends up on a kink cruise with some friends alone after dumping his ex. Also along is his best friend's older straight (is he though?) brother ... and the ex. They agree to pretend to be involved for the time of the cruise and go all in on the daddy/boy thing while having fun. Of course the cruise will still be over and there are some unclear family secrets to clarify. But it was cute and fun.
Dylan and Noah have been on each other's radar, respectively, for quite some time now. After some time apart, they're back in each other's orbit again. They're both keeping secrets from each other and not being truthful with themselves either. Through misconceptions, misunderstandings, and a nasty ex who just won't take a hint, these two were absolutely perfect for each other.
I absolutely loved this story. Brothers best friend, daddy/boy and a pride cruise made for the sweetest story. The characters were fabulous and the story was fantastic. I really enjoyed these two together.
This is a best friends brother to lovers books. If you are looking for a sweet book then I suggest picking this one up. You will also find lots Kota’s others characters if this book.
Well written story and well developed characters! Those are the most important attributes, to me, in a book. This is one emotional story! There's an ex that won't give up. There's a big misunderstanding. Best of all.. There's a HEA!
It was boring, and I hate that Noah witnessed Dylan hooking up with someone and Noah himself got a boyfriend even though he was breaking things off because he cheated on him.
