I read Monique Wagner’s books The 7 Pillars of Numerology, The 5 Foundations of Reiki, and The 7 Pillars of Crystal Healing. I am thrilled to see these plus two other books, Astrology and Chakra Healing, she wrote wrapped up into one book.
Astrology is an interesting subject. I’ve heard of the astrological signs but never calculated my sun and moon rising. The author gives instructions on how to do your birth chart. I used AI to help with my birth chart. I’ve never heard of the North Node and South Node.
I see this book as a holistic healing guide. The chapter on Chakra Healing is well worth the read. Each chapter has easy instructions to follow. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to healing.

This book was recommended to me. While I'm not particularly a practitioner of any of the methods discussed within its pages, I have been curious about expanding my knowledge in areas like numerology and Chakras. From a historical, scientific, and purely informational perspective, the author does an excellent job of laying a solid foundation that thoroughly explores these concepts within their context. I left with newfound knowledge. Understanding why a concept (path) exists and its intended purpose adds significant value to being more open to what's being communicated.
Initially, I was skeptical about these ideas and this book. However, the information and insights I've gained have fascinatingly broadened my mind. For instance, the suggestion led me to the notion that numbers are far more intricate than our basic human comprehension, such as the identification of a "Master Number,” and that numbers have traits and genders.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book to those who have a foundational understanding of these principles and seek a deeper comprehension. For those unfamiliar with how these ideas function or their origins, this book will prove to be a valuable asset. This book, a collection of instructions on the use of various holistic healing methods, is one of the most informative pieces I’ve read recently. The highly informative but reader-friendly text is divided into five main sections featuring the following healing concepts, respectively: numerology, astrology, reiki, crystals, and chakra balancing. Each of these sections is further divided into five to seven pillars or foundations. For example, the pillars of reiki include “elements” and “energy.” While reading this book, I found the astrology section most fascinating, and I was surprised to learn that the origins of the fun we have with zodiac personality profiles today extend all the way back to Ancient Greece. I enjoyed the way this work combined more serious facts with fun tidbits; I learned about both a boom in interest in astrology with the rise of spiritualism in the early 19th century and the attribution of generational stereotypes to the notion of shared Pluto signs. This book is indisputably a master class on the basics of holistic healing methods, and I highly recommend it.

This is a very educational book on combining holistic healing modalities and explaining things like astrology, Reiki, and chakra balancing. Reiki was the section that I learned the most from. There are a total of 66 healing techniques to improve overall health using Reiki. Monique Wagner does a great job at explaining what Reiki is, it’s benefits, and it’s three pillars. For example, gassho is a style of meditation that aims to help you cultivate stillness and peace. I’ve already started working with this type of Reiki and I can feel a difference in my day-to-day mindset. I’m looking forward to working with all of the modalities mentioned in the book.

Actually enjoyable to read from start to finish.
I'm honestly really impressed by how compact and readable it is. There's zero fluff: each section jumps right into practical info, and the chapters are broken down so you always know exactly what you're learning. Even with all the different topics like astrology, crystals, and reiki, it feels super organized and never overwhelming. I usually get lost in books that try to cover so much, but this one just makes everything clear and straight to the point. I'm excited to finish the last few pages!

opened up a whole new world of energies and possibilities
This was quite an interesting piece of work. This book contained, all in one place, the different forms one could use to draw energy from the earth and the cosmic environment around you. There seems to be a certain mystique around these healing energy mediums. The book explains these things in depth, gives examples of how and why they work, and assists in figuring things out.

A good reading
Wagner’s tone is spiritual but not preachy, which I appreciated. I’ve always been curious about Reiki and this book finally helped me understand its purpose and practice. Even though I was unfamiliar with most of the concepts, the explanations were simple, direct, and engaging. I now meditate daily and use energy-balancing techniques to stay centered at work.

I bought this book during a rough emotional patch, hoping to find something to help me recalibrate. What I found was a guide that gave me tools to heal not just emotionally, but spiritually and even physically. The chakra techniques were especially healing for me.
