SALVATION – Book 5 in the Secret Apocalypse series...
What would you do if you had three days to live? What would you do if you had one day to live? Imagine your last day on earth. What would you do? How would you be remembered?
Rebecca Robinson is trapped miles below the earth’s surface in a military installation known as the Fortress. She is alone. She is surrounded by the infected. She is being tortured by a psychopath. The man in the gas mask.
She has been injected with a time release nano-virus. It will remain dormant in her body for three days. 72 hours. And when the countdown reaches zero, the nano-virus will become active. It will kill her. There is no stopping it.
So now Rebecca has a choice. She can curl up into a ball and die. Or she can fight. She can fight for Maria. She can fight for her friends.
Rebecca is dying. But she chooses to fight.
Three days to live. Three days to die. How would you be remembered?
Salvation is a Post-Apocalyptic Zombie Thriller. It is the fifth book in the Secret Apocalypse series.
this series so far has been great. the worst part is having to wait for the next book. the author did great job with the zombies and the other mutations of monsters, it was really original. I loved Rebecca and all if her friends Kenji, Jack, Marie, Big Ben, Daniel, Kim, and everyone. This book had me on the edge and I hope the next book comes out soon. I wish I would have read it slower but I didn't. It took me a little over a week to read these 5 books in the series bc it was that good. MUST READ!!
“What would you do if you had three days to live?”
The fifth book of J.L. Harden’s The Secret Apocalypse series continues the story. Rebecca finds George who is the warden of the fortress, but also a very sick Kim with the nano virus. Rebecca has also been injected with the nano virus and 5 days to live...

This one has a hell of a cliff hanger at the end lol. But another great read. I really hope ***** is ok, I have grown found of this character. I blocked out his name to not give anything away lol
I would have given this story more than a five, had it been possible. I love to read, but not so much doing this, but I've stayed with you this long and can't wait for #6/ Thank you!
Nothing makes sense. And I do mean NOTHING. Everything is so stupid and just completely in fantasy territory. Yes, let's have a random maze in an underground facility. And then underground tunnels. Inside the already underground facility. Let's have a crazy psycho who wants to kill the world. But who also understands that nothing makes sense, so he takes his sweet time to help the main character and even explains it all to her. Still, it's all pretty illogical, so let's have another character explain more.
Newsflash: if you need pages and pages and pages of characters explaining what's going on, you're just not doing a good job.
This book is really for the young adult with a lot of imagination. Being 60 years old I found it hard to believe and way over the top. But for the young and innocent I think it will let them think out of the box. Jeffrey Jones
