I’m going all the way to the top of journalism – how’s that for a headline? – and I’m willing to do anything to get there…

I might be a Little who loves her sippy cup and stuffie snuggles, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have some serious journalistic ambitions. And if I have to be a brave girl and investigate some nasty mafia men, then that’s what I’ll do.

Antonio is my target. He might be smart, but I’m smarter. I’ll have him eating out of the palm of my hand. Well, that was the plan…

Before I know what’s going on, I’m firmly over Antonio’s lap and feeling some serious heat. This isn’t going to be as easy as I thought. Far from it.

There’s chemistry between us, and I know that I have to stick to my job and keep things professional. But things change quickly, and suddenly I’ve got way more to worry about than when my next spanking is coming my way…

You’ll A career-minded girl whose ambition puts her at risk, a gruff and strict mafia man who is always one step ahead of the game, spanking, plenty of spice, Little Space, Daddy & Little playtime and bedtime stories, action & adventure, a found family of mafia Daddies and Littles, and a HEA that will make you feel all warm and snuggly.

There is threat in the way of some moderate gun violence.

Ruthless Daddy is the second book in the Deadly Mafia Daddies series. Each book can be read as a standalone and up next will be Caesar, the deadliest mafia man of them all.

Wow, another fantastic book to read when the ruthless Mafia man to protect the little he is infatuated with, and protect her from the brink of death or brilliant reporter. With the little refused to listen to her boss when he told her to delete the story, and ended up going to Balthazor Bar a rough bar that is full of criminals all different types, she could be killed or would she be saved. There was action, anger, enemies,.

Kristen, 22 and a Little, works for the New York City Post. She's been looking for a Daddy but so far no luck. Then she gets called into the chief editor's office where he tells her to back off on her story on the Mafia war story she's investigating and writing. She is upset but decides she's going to keep researching her story no matter what. She's no quitter.
Antonio, 49 and is the mafia's highest strategist and decision maker. But he loves his privacy. He's also a single Daddy Dom. There is a detective out there who is putting the Mafia underworld into prison. He feels like he'll be looking his way soon. So he needs to find a weakness in this man.
Kristen decides to go undercover to the Balthazar Bar. There a man who gives her creepy vibes tries to pick her up and when she declines he hides and grabs her. Antonio is there and watches the whole thing. He rescues her then takes her to his table and there gets some answers from her. He decides to use her abilities to get information. So he takes her home with him. He will keep it professional. He remembers from when he was younger how his little died in a high speed chase and he doesn't want to go through that again. So he will be the Daddy she needs while getting what he wants from her. His mind is still focused on the detective. There is something cagey about him. He, Silvio and Caesar are friends and he asks their advice and any information they have on the detective. Their advice is to use Kristen. As he and Kristen come to learn about each other he finds that he is drawn to her. Eventually they make a contract and while at a museum she tells him things she's heard and learned from work. Now he needs to focus on the detective because he feels and knows he's corrupt. Will he be able to bring down the corrupt cop? Will Kristen be put in danger? Will he open his closed heart to allow her more access?
Another beautiful story in this series.

1.5* Loads and loads of mistakes, but parts were enjoyable.

I keep asking myself why I’m still reading these books, as they are so badly written. In parts this was really enjoyable. I liked Kristen a lot better than her best friend Olivia as she has a career and she’s ambitious. To me Kristen is what a normal person is like, not Olivia who was constantly late to work and couldn’t be bothered with it, as she’s a ‘little’ and wants to play. Then there’s the other parts that were laugh out loud ridiculous.

Kristen is a junior reporter, who is ambitious and loves her job. When she starts writing an article on the mafia, her boss tells her to STOP LOOKING INTO THE MAFIA. This is important later when she gets into serious danger, as her boss apparently told her to stop looking into the police!?!?! No he didn’t!!!

Anyway moving on. Kristen hatches a stupid plan of going to a known hangout of dangerous criminals, and seducing them into talking to her. 😂😂😂😂😂 Antonio has to save her from a man and he takes her to his house as she’s been seen by those men. Erm a woman in bar is seen by mafia men and she’s in danger? Errr I didn’t get that. Anyway moving on. Yes there’s a lot you have to ignore in these books. Antonio plans to use Kristen to find out what a crooked police detective is up to, as the media knows about him. Oh good grief it’s so ridiculous that at times you just have to laugh.

Of course Antonio is a daddy and they sort of fall in love. It’s a bit weird but hey ho. We won’t mention about the twenty years or so between them. Do they want kids? How old is Kristen? Have either of them got families? I know Kristen had a dad who was a reporter but nothing else.
There’s a tiny bit of danger that’s over quickly and that’s it, happily ever after.

In my mind there's nothing better than reading one of Halles books, especially when they are Mafia Daddies. The men are extremely hot and there's a fine line when it comes to being the good man. But in this story its Antonio who is the boss and has been for a while. He's nearing fifty but still going strong and although he has had a little who died a passing thought for maybe another one? Then he meet Kristen in one of his Bars, not a great one at that, but he can tell a lie when he sees one, and after rescuing her he then tells her its in her best interest to go home with him.

Kristen is a little and at the same time is a reporter trying to get a good story. However her boss tells her to stop, but Kristen has come up with a plan. Only that plan isn't that great when Antonio rescues her, she recognizes him as
one of Oliver's daddies friends and his vibe was different!

This certainly was a great story and I loved it, in fact I love all Halles characters in this Mafia series cuteness verses hotness and criminal minds.

This is Book 2 of Deadly Mafia Daddies. It's a stand-alone But the characters from the previous book are in this one. This is a DDLG, ABDL romance. Kristen is a reporter determined to get a break and investigate into the Mafia and corruption. After her editor shuts her story down she decides to keep investigating and goes to a local club..gets into a tough situation and Antonio steps in and saves her promising her protection as long as she stays with him.
Get ready for a storyline full of kinky steamy fun with spanking of course and a Mafia Daddy and a cute as a button Little and some intrigue, mystery and a touch of mafia-ness.

What a wonderful story this was. We follow Kristen, a reporter who investigates the mafia and the corruption that usually goes along with it. She does it anyway, against her boss's advice. And as we all know, things never go well for long and it doesn't take long before they get into trouble in a club. She is saved by Antonio who saves her and takes her with him because then she is the safest, once together it does not take long before more happens between them. A story that kept me glued to my book and with the daddy and little element was great.

This was actually 3 1/2 ⭐️.

A quick read and I felt that there could have been some more DDLG build up. A Little trying to get a story and a Daddy deciding to step in.

There was Mafia with the kidnapping and all.

There was the Little space .. and her career. It was good overall but I don’t get any real depth in the characters as if they were playing parts at times.

Easy to read just something missing for me.

As an investigative reporter and a Little, Kristen gets herself into a dangerous situation and Antonio comes to her aid. As they get closer, danger surrounds her and he is determined to keep her safe but things do not always turn out as planned. The story is action packed with Kristen right in the middle of the mess. I loved the H and the h in this story and the bond they formed. The Little aspect is an additional treat along with the age gap working for them. It’s definitely a story worth reading.

A very basic story. The writing style has an edge of immaturity and is often mechanical. The plot shows lack of research. That said it has cute moments. This is not the alpha male mafiaesque style books I'm used to reading, not a typical DDlg relationship either, but nonetheless a brave attempt at writing the genre. Maybe would have been better as a novella.

Ruthless Daddy is a different take on a Mafia Romance book that I haven’t read before. Even though it’s a different take, I absolutely loved the book. The book was most definitely a suspenseful and a page-turner. I thought Ruthless Daddy to be a very well written book. I will most definitely recommend this book. I’m also gonna check out more books by this author.

This book is a Daddy Dom and little girl romance full of age play and a few spankings. The chemistry between Silvio and Kristen is off the charts. I enjoyed reading this well written story and look forwards to reading more of this series.

While this book was definitely better than the first it still didn't keep my attention. There were just too many of the same issues I saw in the first book. These characters were slightly more likeable but in a lot of ways still fell flat. I just think this series isn't for me.

I enjoyed reading this book, it was a page turner, and it was a different take on a mafia story than I'm use to reading but it's well written and it kept me interested in the story. I recommend this book.

Ruthless Daddy is the second installment of Halle Shine’s Deadly Mafia Daddies series. In it she chronicles the age-play romantic journey of Kristen and Antonio. She is a junior reporter and he is a strategist and planner for the mafia. When she is in danger, he rescues her and takes her home. Can he keep her safe? Will they find happiness? To find out, you must read this book.

Once again, Ms. Shine does an outstanding job with this mafia age-play romance. Ms. Shine enhances her plot by interspersing several ups and downs as her lead characters navigate their romantic journey together. The dialog is outstanding, as well as the internal monolgoues, that help move the plotline along. I enjoy the dual POV as it helps readers get an in-depth look at her lead characters.
