I write supernatural horror suspense comedy (a mix of dark humor, quirky, silly humor and satire.), .

I love many kinds of stories. I especially love off-beat, quirky stories with unusual characters and settings that have a sense of wonder and humor.…Falling in love with stories saved me from a life of crime (I’m only sort of kidding; they did save me from something). A lot of my main characters are adopted. Like them, I was adopted. I seem to write often about identity. I live in Austin, Texas. I have no horses or cowboy hats. I do have a 125 pound sheep dog. I’ve taught college, been a bartender and waiter and am now a full-time writer.

I've had five novels traditionally published and something like fifteen independently published. My independently published series, Strangely Scary Funny, is, by far, my most popular.

I like writing most anything. My grocery lists are excellent.

It is Strange and Funny

I just finished the one and will jump in to the next in series. I want to see how it all ends. Very interesting story. I like Kevin; can see him saying the things he does - this would be a great screenplay. If you are a Supernatural fan - you should like this.
Olive is a psychopath. Just saying.

A great series!

The librarian, who is the son of Satan, a werewolf, witches, magicians, rat people and ghosts all in the town of Eden. All not knowing how they got there. All not knowing who they can trust. Not funny? Oh, but it is! And, lest I forget, Satan wants Armageddon and has named the librarian the anti-Christ but his son doesn’t really want the job.

I love this series but I am now tired of Olive

Such a great series 👏🏾. The only weak point is Olive. I am tired of that plot, tired of that relationship that it now becoming tedious. She is toxic AF. I can't wait for the next book and I am just hoping that something happens there.

Different take on the supernatural

Loved that the characters don't fit the usual stereotypes. The combination of horror, urban fantasy, comedy and even romance turned upside down makes a fun read.
For teenagers on up!

Good books

Very easy reads. Interesting and addictive. Each book is better than the last. Will be sad when it all comes to an end

Great story line

Unfortunately someone, perhaps a spell check program uses wonder, and wander improperly, characters wander what they should do, and wonder around, lost in the Forest.
Its extremely distracting and damages the enjoyment of the story.
Eventually, I expect this will be corrected and with this flaw removed the books will deserve 5 stars.
Read and enjoy despite the language errors, its worth it.

After stopping the fire, Kevin is straight back into action, as the recently arrived children attempt to kill him. As new players are revealed, Kevin goes in search of the Dark Angel. The underlying story is building nicely, Armageddon is coming!!

A new threat appears and Kevin risks everything to save the children of Eden. Book 8 is full of whimsy, horror and humor. Enjoy!

Wondering or wandering?

Someday our dear author or his editor will look up the difference. Until then, I’m not betting against the librarian…

Bad angel

The librarian is on a quest(again) this time to save a young boy from a bad angel. One that was kicked out of heaven before Lucifer
