A pawsitively adorable furry and fluffy slice-of-life Boys' Love manga!
Kentarou is a gruff and stoic dogman who can't help but wag his tail whenever he sees his boyfriend, Inukai. Despite his stern exterior, he's an affectionate and doting boyfriend. So together with Inukai, their coworker Nekomiya and his feline boyfriend Shimada, the days are filled with sappy partners and heaps of affection!
This was so freaking cute. I’m not a furry, but who am I to shame anyone for their kinks. I loved the story, but wish the whole book was one long story broken into chapters and not a bunch of short stories, if that makes sense.
I enjoyed the characters and their simplicity. If you are looking for any kind of plot this is definitely not for you, as it was mainly structured as a collection of brief vignettes in the lives of two couples.
I would probably say my one critique is that I kind of wish it was geared more towards adult readers and not teens. It kind of felt like there was a little missing with their intimacy (it was mostly not addressed except for a couple quick scene changes), this is mostly because of the 13+ rating of the book and the focus on making it cute - even if they probably did toe the line with all the scenes of Kentarou (the dog man) half - or mostly - naked.
Otherwise I did really like the direction and I'm a slice of life fan so I'll definitely be checking out the next books in the series.
This is just as sweet and precious as I'd hoped. I just love how in love they are. Sure it won't be for everyone, but it was so cute I loved it instantly.
my friends and i picked this up bc the name was silly and that’s exactly what it was. i enjoyed reading it and im glad i did. such a silly little book to help get me out of a mild reading slump
This feels like a genre I can't put a name to: VERY short stories (2-4 pages!*) about "unlikelyromanticcouple (or pseudo-couple) in their daily lives."
Like, it's not bad for being that. It's just that the shortness of the chapters doesn't lend a lot to depth or anything. About the most depth in this volume is when Kentarou meets with his ex and . I mean, I like that bit, but it feels like the rest is fluff by comparison.
Not that fluff is bad! It just feels like I *have* read this before when I know I definitely haven't.
Very cute, and very gay! :D
*I want to call these "Twitter-size" stories (NO, not X, because you may be smarter than Musk and realise that X is not exactly a searchable term), because Twitter and some of its clones have a limit of four images per post, so creators would create comics no longer than four pages to avoid having to make a follow-up post.
09/08/2025 3.25 ⭐ Very cute and such a fast read! If I saw the next volume for sale or at the library, I would 100% pick it up, but unfortunately, this series is super pricey, so I doubt I'll be buying the next volume.
I liked it! It is a cute, funny collection of pastiches depicting sweet slice-of-life moments between two gay couples: a dog and a formerly stray human (don't ask!) and a tiger with his human. You don't get any worldbuilding, just a bit of backstory for the main characters in the last chapter, but it's not intended to be analyzed. it's just cute stuff. And no, no sex despite the title.
The art is very cute, but I found it off-putting how well this captured "living with a pet" and merged it with "horny for furry boyfriend." This will not be a minus for some readers, and if you're one of them, you will love this book.
I was surprised I enjoyed this as much as I did as the style of writing for manga (paneling/storyboard etc) is not my favorite. The characters were cute and it grew on me by the end so I'm looking forward to the next volume 😄
This was an extremely cute and wholesome series to read. I really liked that we got some flashback chapters and we got to meet then learn a bit about a secondary couple.
I’m sorry but this is literally one of my favorite BLs ever im such a sucker for these adorable nice books. A great read if you want something simple but interesting to get into!
