The variety of salad recipes is vast. I appreciate all the color. One standout was the mixed greens with pear and blue cheese. That's a combination I love. However, the photos appeared distorted, likely due to being resized to fit the page. I also couldn't help but notice that the formatting wasn’t done professionally. I give the editing a C+. Lastly, the title is too similar to another book released one month prior that has a larger following; that is not the best choice.
Looking for ways to make a salad interesting, I found a lot of cool ideas within to add pizazz to an otherwise dull side dish. In particular, the fruits were interesting, trying unique combinations, honey, and techniques for something inventive or new. The a.i. photos looked awkward and unnatural, so these would've been better to omit. European stylings are found throughout with many common spices as well as encouragement to explore some different salad ingredients. Well worth the try!
