Book Two in the Bestselling Fractured Era: Legacy Code series

Tadeo Raines knows what they say about him. It’s all lies.

But lies are better than the truth.

He broke the rules once and swore he’d never do it again. Now traitors plot against the fleet, and he's tasked with hunting them down and stopping them. Permanently.

Tadeo was born to command, born to lead the last remnants of humanity to a new Earth. He knows there’s a better world out there: Daylight at the end of humanity's long night. And he's willing to do whatever it takes to get the fleet there.

Even if it means walking the line between loyalty and treason. And breaking the rules... Again.

4 "TRAITOR" STARS!
I have one thing to say: I FREAKING KNEW IT!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!

Hearing the truth and believing the truth are two different things. Are you willing to give the insane a chance? Or will be living by the rules be the correct way of life?
After all, “In a mad world, only the mad are sane.”
― Akira Kurosawa
Paragon starts from the end of the Legacy Code in Tadeo's POV. He relives the past as he watches Era get sent to her death. She reminds him of Kat, a girl of his past. She haunts him everyday and now Era is added onto his growing list of nightmares. After all, traitors deserve to die. But are the rules truly righteous?

As you discover more about Tadeo and his past, you get a closer look at the leaders of the Paragon. They will do everything to protect their best interests and sometimes the truth is not what people need to hear.

Secrets are uncovered, traitors are found, and a revolution that will destroy the Paragon beings to arise.

HEA?

--

!??!?!!??!?! How ?!!?!??! I FINISHED THIS TOO FAST. UNWIND ASAP...
Now I need more, but I'm not getting more till 2015! Boooooo!

In this book, there is a dual POV with Tadeo and Zephyr.
Gah, how I HATED Tadeo. I wanted to wring some sense into that stupid brainwashed boy!

I felt that he didn't have any character development AT ALL! Sure he discovered some secrets, but he STAYED the same NAIVE/IGNORANT PERSON !!!!!
I swear, he better change in the third book or I will flip out....

Zephyr finally got herself together and starts the journey of discovering the truth. She was badass, I am not going to lie, I definitely enjoyed her in this book because she grew from the absence of Dritan and Era.

Meet... Kickass Girl!!! LOL

The post-book depression is kicking in, I will cry until I get my next third book.. ;'(

I received the copy of the book in exchange of an honest review.
Paragon starts where The Legacy Code ended, Era being in air lock. I wish she could somehow survived :/. I was crying through half of the book, the emotions of the characters are so strong I couldn't escape them.
There will be spoilers, so you may not read the review but want to say is that this series is a must read!!! so give it a try.
In this it is mostly from Tadeo's POV, I didn't like him that much in Legacy Code, I don't think it is changed now also that I got to know. I know he isn't at fault what he is made to believe from childhood, how to live at fleets, but what can I say I love Era and he called her traitor so many time that I wanted to kick him! -_-
Zephyr, I love her and am happy she remembered what Era tried to tell her. I know she will find the evidence soon. I just love her and her beliefs. And I'm soooo happy Dritian survived YAY!!!! And hope he is in right hands.
The story makes it hard to hate anyone, as they are made to believe A better world awaits, if not done anything as the leaders want, the punishment is severe. But they are lead to believe this and and they do, it's not their fault, as it was not Tadeo's fault too but I'll always be there with Era. I don't know whether Tadeo is dead or not but I don't really care for him so.... I'm just rooting for Zephyr to find that cube and expose the truth and people to see the truth and make their own opinion. But also don't want Dritian to find about Era and his baby, I just want to kill Nyssa and that chief, okay before I went on killing fictional characters, have to control emotions, so do not to read any of Legacy Code books in public.
So! Yup! A Must Read!

So, this book was nuch better than the first one. And maybe because it was more action on it and not so much drama. I love books that have more action on it. Keeps me more alive and more focused on it.

I think the story and the writing was more mature than the first book. I have to say that the first book kinda bored me. But I still loved it. But this one… OMG! I wanted more, and more, and more. And when it finally came to the fun part… Boom. The End. So know I have to wait until 2015 to find out what happens next.

I love reading about Tadeo and everything his doing or has to do to protect his mother and himself. I kinda hate him in the first book, but you know… seeing him and reading his thoughts I feel sorry for him. His is that boy how suffered a lot. I was so curios about him in the first book, so imagine how happy I was when I saw that Paragon is writing by his perspective.

Anyway, I love this book, much more than the first one. So if you didn’t started this series, you have to do it know. Like pronto. :)

I’ve read the two books before this one in the series. This one was not as good as its predecessors. It was more a rehash rather than the introduction of new ideas. If there is a fourth, I may just pass.

Interesting

Enjoyed this book, but it left me with more questions than answers so my rating reflects that puzzlement. Would have liked a clearer picture at the end.

I know, I know, after I read Better World I said that I probably wouldn't be continuing the series. Well, that was before I saw a free offer for the bundled set of Kalquist's first three works in the Fractured Era series. Looking over all three of the works, I can confidently say that Paragon was the most enjoyable of the them, even with all of its flaws.

While Paragon didn't add anything especially new to the genre of spaceship dystopia, I do have to give kudos for knowing how to follow a story properly and add in at least one or two unexpected twists. To kill off the main character of the last novel and pick up right after her death from the perspectives of her friends and her killer was certainly refreshing; the potential of Era's friend uncovering that her death was a homicide and that her killer walked among them did make me a little panicked over Taedo, I can't lie.

Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the fact that the story ended with too many loose threads for my taste. There's ending on a cliff-hanger and then there's ending the story at 90% completion and leaving a dozen questions hanging. Like...

How did Wes get a hold of the explosives? Did he steal them from Tatiana after she was killed? Why did she have them? Was she an actual terrorist, or just a spy? What was her motive? How is she connected to Faust? Who sent the explosives down to Soren then? Why rescue Dritan if all the sublevel workers were supposed to be killed? Was not everyone in on plot (if there was one) to kill all of the workers? Why was Taedo blown back into the wall if the explosion went off in space, where there is no oxygen to fuel the combustion? What's the deal with that old medical card? WHAT IS HAPPENING?

NONE of the questions you might have had from the last novella were answered, aside from the surprise that Dritan was still alive.
THAT'S. IT.
Yes, the back page of novel said that Kalquist is currently working on future installments, but I want a bit of closure at the end of a book, not a cliff-hanger for next week's episode.

Call me cranky, but while this was a fairly fast-paced and entertaining work, the fact that so many new questions were dumped on me but no answers were given has left me unsatisfied and just a bit agitated.

This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

It Got Me

A bit slow to start. What feel like unconnected pieces of writing start coming together by design. Like a jigsaw puzzle, you start to see the whole being filled in. Yes, this section connects here and you insert this tab like that and .....!
Now I want to read the sequel to this; AND the prequel.
I liked the way this story is being told. Two sections are complete. I need the other sections.

Paragon picks up right where Legacy stops, which is actually really good, given the cliff hanger Legacy stops on.
We have a shift in characters in Paragon, Tadeo the future Captain of one of the major ships and Zephyr, one of the Captains of the less major ships, are the two key players in this story.
Whilst it does still focus on previous characters, the story has evolved, and as such, Autumn Kalquist has evolved the characters along with it, deciding to move the story to different characters, allowing the focus of the story to shift to other areas of the fleet as well.
This is a great move as it allows the story to still exist in the same universe, have that Battlestar Galactica (BSG) feel, but with a new angle on everything as it's coming from new characters, and new angles within the same set of starships
This is again, another thriller mystery with a Sci-Fi twist, allowing you to enjoy the Sci-fi elements, but get engaged in a fascinating Political thriller and try and work out who is guilty, and what is going to happen to the ship, or the fleet, all before it is too late. Autumn Kalquist builds brilliant suspense, using chapter breaks to her advantage.
This part of the story moves even faster than the last, with Tadeo, training to be a replacement ship’s Captain, and as a result, on-board the Paragon as a security officer in the Presidents Royal Guard as an investigator, learning from their Chief of Security. This is where the action is at, as they have uncovered a major terrorist plot from ‘The Legacy Code’ that could endanger the entire ship and possible the fleet. Again, I don’t want to give away spoilers, but this is a brilliant read that is both engaging and intriguing.
Zephyr is an awesome character in this story, having had a small part in the first book, she now gets a major role in Paragon. She is another trainee Captain, but unlike Tadeo, does not have his calm nature, and her unrestrained temper gets her into plenty of situations. Working in the archivists/records area, she uncovers secrets she should not know, things that could be the end of her, and more importantly, be the end of those she cares for? This is what is so good about this story, there are so many plots and stories, and it is moving so fast, you have to keep reading to find out what is going to happen next!
This is an incredible story built in an utterly amazing universe, with so much depth and detail. Each character seems to be accounted for, have some part to play, be involved, everybody mentioned in the story is linked into the story somehow, making this story incredible.
The Fractured Era just keeps getting better and better, this is outstanding thriller Sci-fi as it should be.

100% recomendada.
When I started reading this book, there was something about it that wouldn't let me move, but I don't know what it was. The narrative was the same, the style was the same, obviously the story was the same, but I felt that the beginning was forced for some reason, and I don't understand why. I walked a little more, with willpower, and still the same.
Annoyingly read, something wasn't right on the front pages, and only now I realize that was the attitude of Tadeo and how he looked everything looked and acted what made me cranky. It seemed an automaton who only wanted to follow orders and repress his human nature, I guess that's the attitude he should have for his work, but just shocked me.
When the story took the standpoint of Zephys and another character whose name I will not rebel, everything became more interesting, and when resumed Tadeo's one, was a spiral rose steadily. The story became more and more interesting until I couldn't stop reading.
I cannot say anything negative about this book, simply the change in point of view was so radical that it cost me a little at first to read, but otherwise is a strong story that grabs you and doesn't let you stop to think about anything but lest in its so human characters. 100% recommended.

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review

After reading Legacy Code, the first book in this series, I was really curious to see how Paragon continued this series. I found paragon to be a little bit slower then Legacy Code, but it was still a good book. It continues some plot lines from the first book and introduces a few new ones. There are some surprised and it ended with a bang!

This series has me intrigued, it feels realistic, real and frightening at the same time. Humanity is alone in space in their fleet of ships and they have nowhere to go, they try to find a better earth, a new home. I want to know if they ever find it. The book felt a bit depressing at times, due to the heavy themes. And sometimes I had trouble continuing, but I was invested and I wanted to know what would happen next. The pace really speeds up towards the end and I have to say that was one of my favourite parts of the book.

I had some trouble adjusting to the new main character in this book and how it switched to a multiple point of view. The beginning was good and then it slowed down a bit for me. I didn't connect with Tadeo as much as with Era. Tadeo isn't a bad person, but he has done some bad things and he was struggling with himself. He isn't a really likeable person, although he did make a good main character. There also is a side plot about a side character that I felt didn't really tied into the rest of the storyline, although the ending hints that he might be more important in the next book. I wasn't a fan of his point of view, because while I was routing for him, I also felt like it slowed down the pace and I rather go back to the other pov's.

There isn't as much world building in this book as in the first book, some bits and pieces are added and we learn more about the president and the board thanks to Tadeo his higher position. I also liked what we learned about the other ships in the fleet, this book focussed a bit more on the fleet as a whole then only on the Paragon, although the focus was on the events on the Paragon, it felt like the other ships were involved as well.

To conclude: Paragon was a good book and a great sequel. It was a bit slow at times and I had trouble adapting to the new point of view, but I did like the book. It can be a bit dark and depressing at times. The ending was fast paced and leaves me with so many questions that I wish I had the next book already.

I received a free ARC of the book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Let me start off saying, that if a second book can be better then the first, this is a prime example.

I don't want to give away anything, so I can only be vague. But this book far surpasses the first one (and I loved that one).

The characters are so real and complex, it's such a pleasure to read about them. Even the side characters are real, feel fully fleshed out, and contribute something to the story. Even if they do make you want to punch them! (For me, that's a mark of good writing. Its easy to make a likeable character, but not nearly easy to make one that is so good at being such a horrible person. I love to hate characters like this. Strange, I know. LOL!)

I love that this one takes the story from the first one at a different angle. You get to further the plot along and get different perspectives from characters in different aspects of the society created in this world. I think this changing of main perspectives in each book keeps the plot fresh and adds more options to the story line.

Again, don't want to give too much away but I was floored by the twists in this one. One right off the bat in chapter 3 that I did not see coming. Also, there's an air of mystery here that I enjoyed. ho's really a traitor, what's really going on, why are certain people being so vague and what are they hiding? It'd be maddening if you didn't know these were all going to slowly unravel as the books come out.

I will say this one does have more up in the air plot twists at its end. So you will not get a clean ending (the first one had less open ended questions and did seem to give more closure). Honestly I liked that the first one wasn't as much of a cliff hanger, and love that this one is (crazy as it sounds). I feel like you could read the first and be satisfied at the end and if the series didn't grip you, you could still have had a pleasant experience and not feel like you were left wondering. Now, after being hooked, the plot thickens and the ends are left untied and its a beautiful kind of crazy that you'll be driven to waiting for the third book and wondering "WHAT HAPPENS?!!"

I personally love when a book makes me want to scream out loud at the end BC I can't wait for answers. LOL.
Overall I highly recommend this book, the series, and its prequel series Defect.

Paragon picks up right where Legacy Code ended. This book was very interesting as it was in the point of view of Tadeo Raines. The man who air locked Era! I hated him in Legacy Code. I started to like him more in this one. I does make a difference when you see all the politics going on and what is inside his head. There was so much more then Era ever knew. This whole situation goes way higher up in the ranks then she knew. I wish Tadeo would have been able to talk to Era before she died though It think they would have made a good team in figuring out all this stuff. We also get Zephyr's point of view and she is crushed after she finds out Era "killed herself". She simply can't believe it and I don't blame her. She gets into a little trouble when she is so emotional and it actually puts her into a position to figure out something else is going on. There is also a surprise character we get to hear from but, I'm not going to ruin it so I won't say anything!! This book is full of twists and turns and I loved every minute of it. Will Zephyr exonerate her friend? Will Tadeo figure out what's going on in time?

Ok, despite my dislike for Tadeo, I kind of hope he ends up with Zephyr. I think they'd be cute together although I don't know if Zephyr could get over Tadeo and Era. That may be the only thing that could truly keep them apart. There is nothing to suggest they are going to get together I just kind of hope they do. Zephyr may be able to save Tadeo from himself if he lets her. As much as they butt heads I think they would make a good team. Tadeo is a smart man and he does figure out a lot but, in a world where they are so closely monitored I'm not sure if he can keep all his secrets. It will be very interesting to see what happens next.

I really enjoyed this book. It was very fast pace. It was just over a few days after Era's death and so much happened! So many surprises! Ugh! I need to know what is going to happen to these three characters!!

I have received a digital ARC of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. The following review is, in no way, biased or altered; whether paid or free. Thanks to Autumn Kalquist for kindly providing me with an e-ARC of her book.
Contains safe spoilers.

Overall rating: 5 stars.
(or codes!) [Amazing!]

What I liked: This book was definitely better than Legacy Code. Where Legacy Code had told us the story in Era’s POV only, this book had multiple POVs and managed to give a better outlook on the tale. Oh my, this book had a lot of action; and by ‘a lot’, I mean enough action to keep my hands busy in flicking to the next page. Paragon was also lengthier than Legacy Code (which means more, yay!). And the song? Beautiful. Autumn Kalquist is like the real-life Zephyr. (Except maybe that she lives in the 21st century on earth rather than 300 years into the future on a spaceship like the fictional Zephyr.)

What I didn’t like: I can’t help but say I was completely satisfied with this book. Of course, cliffhangers are a special factor in these books, and this book is no exception. But this cliffhanger did not annoy me, but is keeping me eager for knowing what will happen. For instance,

Quotes: My favorite quotes are always from the song. Can’t help it, you know.
Need hope the dead religions give me,
Want a reason, not a chaos theory.
”-- Better World.
You’re not taking me today, Soren.”--Dritan Corinth, Chapter 16.

I hope book 3 will be even better!
P.S. I am extremely sorry for the late review :(

Thank you to Autumn for providing me with an eARC of this book for review.

After such a heart wrenching ending to Legacy Code (see my review here) I was eager to get to read Paragon.
I wanted to see where the story was going to go.
Would the secrets Era discovered be told to the whole fleet?
So many questions!

The story was told through 3 different point of views, Tadeo, Zephyr, and another character which I won't name because it would be a spoiler.

The opening of Paragon was hard to read. I wanted to hate Tadeo. He had the opportunity to save Era but he knew he would not be able to without sacrificing himself as well. So I understood and wanted to understand him. Throughout the entire book I had a love/hate relationship with him. He is completely loyal and that has to be admired. I guess...

Zephyr annoyed me at first when she came into the book. She was, of course, distraught after hearing about what happened with Era. I felt like she should have tried to do something more urgently. However, near the end of the book she did become badass, standing up for herself and her friend. I can't wait to see what happens with her in the next book and see what she does with the information Era left behind.

The 3rd POV through in an interesting perspective to see what that character was going through while everything was happening on the Paragon.

Full of questions, traitors galore, secrets & suspicions.
You can't even trust your own family in this world!

Can't wait for more Autumn! <3

I read The Legacy Code and Paragon in one sitting, the both taking less than 4 hours. First, it was a relief to read a book by a new author that was well written and edited, with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

The first book was free through Bookpub and I purchased the 2nd as it was sale at Amazon this week, based on the reviews already published. The first book is very short. The second is more lengthy.

I found the characters, the ship, and the politics interesting. The plot is slow in moving forward. I would have preferred the author spending more time on the relationships and interaction between the characters rather than the search details.

The story is about a young couple and their friend in a dystopian future where the solution to having messed up earth is for a fleet of ships to find a new earth. The solution has resulted in a depressing worn out fleet which is just as much a dystopia. Maybe that is because the leaders are still human and politicians are same throughout thinking more about maintaining their own supremacy and not how best to serve the people. You can ignore these heavier thoughts if thsat isbyour preference, and just enjoy the story and the mystery. Are Era and her husband dead? What secret did Era discover and does the defect exist? Is the fleet moving on and will they find a new earth? Is the guard and future captain a lost cause or will he be a good guy? What role does the medic play? Will Zephyr find Era's secret recording?

A decent read as the mysteries unfold. But, I felt like I was eating a salad, albeit a nice one, when I was expecting a main course.

Part 2 kicks the story up several notches.

I received a free copy of the book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This book starts immediately after the action of book one, Legacy Code.

Good news! The depressing events of book one were not all reported accurately. One of the (apparently) dead characters managed to survive, barely. The struggles of this character to continue residing in the land of the living is one of the two main foci of the book.

The other is the royal-blooded security officer, Tadeo Raines, the boyfriend of Era Corinth's BFF Zephyr Kerrigan, and his relentless mission to get to the bottom of the treasonous sabotage of the ship Paragon. In the process, he learns a lot of things he wishes he hadn't, including how entwined his own family is in the plot against the Paragon. And just how much damage the saboteurs plotted to inflict on the Paragon before they were all rounded up and terminated.

Part one was an impressive dystopian novel. Part two is even more so. Its plot comes to a definite conclusion, but the story will go on in part three. The Infinitek fleet is still a long way from reaching a planet which can become New Earth. I'll be along for the ride! I hope you will, too.

eARC received from the author.

I felt like Paragon suffered from Second Book Syndrome. I don't know, even though there were a lot of revelations, I still liked Legacy Code better.

I guess Tadeo being a very stubborn character contributed to my dislike of this book. I really liked Era's narration and was completely immersed in the story because The Legacy Code was full of suspense and thrill. Tadeo was so annoying. So were all of the other characters; the Chief, the president, the board members, they were all annoying. Even Zephyr, Era's best friend. I liked her spirit though even if it was late when she took some actions. Seriously, I was waiting for her move since the start of Paragon but I was disappointed when it finally happened near the ending.

Because of that surprise in the second chapter (I think?), I got very excited. But I knew it! I knew that would happen! Ah, I'm so happy.

Obviously, the series still has a lot of secrets to reveal and mysteries to solve so I'm looking forward to the third installment of this series, which I don't know the title yet.

Have you ever read a book series that had a wonderful setting that drew you in, only to find the characters so loathsome and vile that you wanting nothing good to happen to them? Well, here is such a series. Kalquist's world is engaging, interesting, and immersive. You can feel the harsh life these people lead on these old derelict ships as they look for a New Earth. However, when the main characters enter into the mix, you want nothing good to happen to them. They are all flawed in some way, which in and of itself is not the problem. The problem is that the characters are so flawed and the never grow out of it, or they grow deeper into their flaws to the point where you can't wait for them to have something bad happen to them. And guess what? When that happens, they don't learn from the experience. Rather, they slide deeper into the pit of their flaws and make you hate them more.

Oddly enough, I keep reading these books because the setting is incredible and the story that is in play is extremely engaging. I just wish other characters were involved in it. 5 stars for setting and story, 1 star for characters. Average - 3 stars.

Autumn Kalquist continues to surprise me in the continuation of her Legacy Code series. This book was better than the first two, and makes me think I will keep reading as the next books come.

This novel plays out more as a political thriller than a sci-fi story, and that works. The setting is the fleet's command vessel, but the plot is all spies and intrigue. She uses multiple points of view here, which helps her tell the story, although I'm not the biggest fan of two out of three of the main characters.

Kalquist continues to stick to her guns when it comes to tough decisions, and. I like that. She's not afraid to kill someone, or make someone unlikable, and that's something I appreciate.

Her writing is tight and clean, and she has no trouble keeping the reader engaged. I look forward to the next installment!

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Paragon starts right where Legacy Code ends, which was something I really liked.
The book is written in different POV's. That to me is really interesting and a really good way to know more of the main characters. For example, I started loving Zephyr in this book. We see much more of her in Paragon than in Legacy Code and we see how strong she is.
The book is really fast paced, full of surprises and the plot is very interesting.
However I prefer the first book just because I loved Era, I could really relate to her and the things she goes through were more appealing to me.
But that's just me. I think most people will like this book more than the first because there's a lot more action in it.
This is an amazing sequel and I can't wait for the third book to come out!

Holy Moly..this series is GREAT! It's intense, exciting, heartbreaking, it pulls your emotions in so many different directions during the WHOLE book.

Paragon starts right where Legacy Code left off..if you were emotionally invested in Legacy Code, wait til you read Paragon. Paragon is Tadeo's story...I wasn't all that excited about him in Legacy Code but you get to see the whole picture and a different side of him in Paragon. There is more involved in this story but I won't give details, you've got to read it to find out.

Kalquist is an amazing writer..she knows how to capture your attention and NEVER let go. I have fully enjoyed this series and can't wait to see what craziness, excitement, drama...happens next!

I received an ebook from the author in exchange for an honest review

I thought this book was great! It had a great continuation from Legacy Code and it's filled with action packed scenes that makes you want to be inside the book. I clearly enjoyed it and I can't wait for the third book. Readers who love sci-fi or fantasy will have to read this! I can't say any negative comments because I have none. This book has twists and turns all the way that it has you guessing what will happen right till the very end of the book. When I read this book, pages were flying by very quickly. It was a pleasure to read this book. Looking forward to reading more of Autumn Kalquist's books :)

If it wasn't clear enough: 5 Stars
Well Done!

Just as good as the first book Legacy Code

This is a continuation of Legacy Code and is just as well written. Era is dead. But her partner is not. And Tadeo, who had followed orders to kill her, could not keep her out of his thoughts.

Can her partner stay alive long enough to be found on the planet? Is Tadeo's mother a traitor? What did Era hide and where is it? Are the traitors trying to destroy the ship?

This book is the continuation of the story about genetically modified humans searching for a better world so that the human race can survive. However, they seem to want to destroy each other.

This is a YA, dystopian style book that is a quick and easy read. It flows well and keeps you guessing about what will happen next. A fresh storyline and entertaining.

Phenomenal...that's the best word to describe it. Autumn Kalquist manages to weave a tale that is jam packed with suspense and whodunit plots. In Legacy Code we were briefly introduced to Era and learned of her unfortunate demise. Paragon picks up right where Legacy Code left us at, starting with Tadeo having just airlocked her. Everyone now believes that the Paragon deka is safe since all the terrorists were taken care of, but is it? This story will take twists and turns you can't foresee, with unexpected characters rising to the surface. Who is "the good guy"? Who can be trusted? Find out in Paragon! :)

I like the way this book just stepped in and kept going where Legacy Code left off.

Tadeo Raines, one of the main characters, I did not like him in the beginning but he is growing on me. I think he and Era would have made a good team. But now she is dead. There’s more to Tadoe than meets the eye. He is loyal but also sneaky. I think he and Zephyr will end up together, or I hope they do. I am not sure if she can look over he and Era though.

There is so much going on in this face paced book that i get excited reading it. As usual, I hate when this authors books come to an end. I will wonder until the next book how these characters will evolve and what happens. ugh! i hate waiting!!
