Outlaw Ridge Series Book Two
Nico Salvetti is the son of the Rattler, a former kingpin who is now on the up and up. He’s also the brother to Jemma—her story is in book one, Hayes. Nico looks like a bad boy following his father’s previous footsteps but is one of the good guys undercover. He’s back in town to find a killer who has killed before and isn’t done.
Deputy Callie Brandon came upon a crime scene and…her former boyfriend. She hoped he wasn’t the killer, but all evidence points to him. And even after twelve years, he can still set her heart to beating faster and…more. She’s the good cop, though, and he’s the bad boy.
Great storyline that kept me intrigued throughout the book. Plenty of “could-be” villains that kept me guessing, as they were all suspicious characters. Good series.

Nico’s story
Nico is the son of the mafia father in Outlaw Ridge. He could have ended up as the bad guy but instead went to work as an FBI agent doing undercover work. Callie is now a police officer in Outlaw Ridge and she and Nico were former lovers. She arrests Nico for murder and the story kept hopping from there. I don’t know how many bad guys were killed in this book but it was a lot.

Intriguing From Start To Finish!
Wow! Nico undercover FBI agent, Callie a cop, they had a history together. She thought he was a killer, until he told her he wasn’t. Strike Force owner Owen had got involved as well. They had a lot of people dying and to find out why, this story grabs you from the first page and doesn’t let go until the end!!

This entertaining book includes police officers, an undercover FBI agent, and several bad guys. There is a good mystery with lots of suspense and action and some romance. It is a fast read, which I enjoy. The crime solving and the romance have a happy ending.

Thoroughly enjoyed
Fast paced action, lots of viable suspects, twists and turns and a believable romance with a HEA. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
