中也沒多久就發現這棟沒有鏡子的漆黑館中充滿著奇人異事：美麗卻畸形的連體姐妹、患了早衰症的少年、上不了樓的階梯、困惑者的囚籠……而在玄兒的堅持下，中也參加了館中每年一度例行舉辦的『妲莉亞之宴』，並被迫吃下難以下嚥的奇怪食物。
種種詭異的氣氛籠罩著全館，沒想到這時又發生了兩件命案，傭人宍戶和玄兒的阿姨先後慘遭勒斃！而據玄兒說，十八年前也曾發生過命案，他還親眼目睹兇手平空消失！至此，中也決定要一探暗黑館的所有秘密──就從命案的現場開始……

He is also one of the writers that demands restoration of the classic rules of detective fiction and the use of more self reflective elements. He is married to Fuyumi Ono, author of The Twelve Kingdoms and creator of Ghost Hunt, Juuni Kokuki, and the author for a few other manga.

What is in store for you in Ayatsuji's Murder At the Mansion of Darkness:
A pair of beautiful conjoined twin sisters stood in the red and black Mansion of Darkness and requested the Main Character to "Stay here with us, forever and ever."
OMG The Shining vibe!!!!
Here I am, revisiting Murder At the Mansion of Darkness, by Yukito Ayatsuji, again. I can't stress this enough but, Mansion of Darkness and Murder At the Mansion of Clocks are Mr. Ayatsuji's grandest masterpieces up to these days!
The setup is perfect, the mystery is intriguing, the Gothic horror atmosphere is masterfully set (if you love Gothic horror please read this one!!!) What more can I ask for?

Here I am, revisiting Murder At the Mansion of Darkness, by Yukito Ayatsuji, again. I can't stress this enough but, Mansion of Darkness and Murder At the Mansion of Clocks are Mr. Ayatsuji's grandest masterpieces up to these days!

買了好久終於下定決心讀 很喜歡正統的本格派 雖然有點奇幻的成分 但推理部分還是遵著本格
作者藉由特殊技巧帶領讀者穿梭在故事內容 雖然一開始就開始有些懷疑誰是兇手 但作者的解釋把每個環節都解釋清楚
踏入殺人案黑館的世界 就真的要一直讀 想要瞭解真相

Có thể coi quyển 1 là dẫn nhập (hơi dài dòng) để sang quyển 2 các vấn đề được vạch trần và suy luận rốt ráo. Hơi mất kiên nhẫn và cách viết úp mở các chi tiết của Ám Hắc Quán khiến toy thấy râm ran bứt rứt như bị kiến cắn, cố mà đọc nhanh xem sau tấm màn có gì :))
