Ummm...OTT...not enough connection between the H/h and also not enough trust built up for the kind of things this whole gang got up to...she was a total newbie!!!

I love this series! This is book 5 in the Delta Heat Series and I admit I didn’t want it to end. Mondo is the last man standing. The only one left without a woman in his life when he helped his friends on the force find the right woman for them and travel down the kinky path of BDSM. Now his friends decide to help him find a woman of his own and they could be more wrong in choosing grade school teacher Sunny. His dark side would eat her alive, or is there more than meets the eye to this timid teacher.
I didn’t want it to end, I loved these characters and although it can be read as a standalone the other are so wonderful you shouldn’t miss out. Wonderful read, a great story, sexy, kinky and a whole lot of fun. A great read at lunch time if you want to be a little naughty. Enjoy!

The final entry in the series and it brings closure to the entire group. The one last member of the crazy intertwined collection of cops, firemen, the women who love them, and the BDSM club where they let is all hang out, finally finds a woman for himself.
Throughout the series, Mondo has been the caretaker, arranging for everyone else to find their way through complex relationships and fetishes. His own match is not what he expected, which is what makes it perfect.
This all comes together much too easily, as there aren't many pages, but it's also low on angst and full of sexy times.

Once Is Never Enough is Delilah Devlin's fifth book in her Delta Heat series. This novella is very erotic so if that is not your thing, be warned. But I happen to love heat in my stories so Once Is Never Enough was perfect for my tastes.
I have been waiting for Mondo's story since reading Five Way's 'Till Sunday back in 2011 and this story was so worth the wait. Technically each story in the Delta Heat series can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend reading each story in order because they feature recurring characters. Delilah mentioned in her blog that this will be the last story in the Delta Heat series. I found Once is Never Enough was a perfect ending for the series. The whole story line was interesting and with the recurring characters playing a major part in this story, I definitely felt like everything came full circle. ***on a side-note Delilah also mentioned that she has several ideas for spin-off's so I'm thinking I've got some hot firefighter stories to look forward to.***

Well Delilah did it again! This book was Hot, Hot, Hot! Lots of sex and BDSM. My only complaint is I wanted to keep reading... this book was too short! Mondo's story is long awaited! I loved his story and he fell hard for Sunny!

This is the last book in the Delta Heat series. I have really enjoyed every book. Mondo has been my favorite character since the first book. He is the "caretaker" of the group. He has helped every one of his friends find their Happily Ever After. He unexpectedly meets Sunny when he goes to visit Pansy. She and Sunny are neighbors. They are attracted to each other right away but, Mondo doesn't think she could possibly be what a man with his tastes needs. She proves him wrong when she meets every challenge he throws at her. Watch the story unfold as Mondo and Sunny finally get the HEA they deserve. Definitely 5 stars. Sorry, no spoilers. I received this ARC and here is my honest review.

In the fifth of the series, Mondo’s the last of the group to get his Smuttily Ever After. And he gets it. Along with some BDSM and plenty o’ sex.
The Good, The Bad and Everything In Between
There’s a reason I keep emphasizing sex. Delilah Devlin has set up a really out there BDSM group of friends where anything goes and everything is explored between them. This is the fifth one in series, and if you read this without the earlier books, well, it may work strictly for smutty sex alone, but it will be confusing because there’s alot of characters from previous books making an appearance.
I believe in being prepared - if I’m reading a sex-centric book, and it’s pretty much sold as such, I’m not expecting deep feels. I’ll know what I’m getting and I’m good with getting just that. In a romance, I believe in the hero not cheating or sharing his woman. However, in erotica, anything goes. Then again, the story isn’t so much about the romance (which is kind of meh) as it is about the sex. That’s fabulously dirty. It involves multiple partners, BDSM, orgies and there is sharing. The only really strong “connection” between the characters involves body parts.
The Bottom Line (2.5 stars)
Story isn’t the strongest, but there is ALOT of smutty, orgiastic sex between friends. If that’s what you’re looking for, look no further than this series. If you’re looking for a deep romance with BDSM elements, I wouldn’t say this is for you.

Mondo Acevedo is an officer with Memphis PD. He spends his free time letting off steam at the local BDSM club. Mondo is the last man left still single out of all his close friends. He has not found the special woman of his dreams. At times, he feels left out while he is with his friends.
Sunny Boudreau is new in the neighborhood and is a grade school teacher. She gives the impression she is sweet and innocent when underneath she is anything but. She is just waiting for the right man to help her unleash her kinky side.
The connection between Mondo and Sunny is scorching. The sex scenes were intense and very kinky. Ms. Devlin pushes boundaries with a f/f kissing scene, ménage scenes and a lot more. I liked how the sex scenes were written into the story so that the book flowed rather than making it seem the characters were always hopping into bed.
At 89 pages long, this book was a quick read. This book is well-written with a clearly defined beginning, middle, and end. The main characters and the secondary characters are appealing and interesting. Overall, this was a great book.

OMG finally Mondo's story! Ok totally in lust with Him!! But then He is The Master of the group, well Sadist. i've wondered how the group would handle His story. sunny is good for the group, i wasn't always sure about her & Mondo seeing that she is a newbie.
i do enjoy a good love story & Ms. Devlin does that very well, with kink, swinging & BDSM all thrown in!! If you haven't read the others, you should. Most, if not all of the boys are in each book.

This is the fifth book in the series, but the first one I have read. While the story itself can certainly stand on its own, some elements of the story would really benefit from having read all of the series. Mondo and his friends have a VERY close relationship and they don't mind meeting new friends such as their new neighbor Sunny. This was a short but hot read, that contains a little bit of everything. And certainly enough to make me want to read the others in the series.
