these books were everything for me when i was young! never put the book down. i remember trying to do different accents in my head when i was reading each character
This book was very different than I thought it would be. I watched the movie before I read this book and they are completely different. Especially how it begins, with the two beggars who are professional pickpockets and they use their skills to survive. This was a good series of books that I would only recommend as long as you have not seen the Titanic movie.
Title: Titanic Book Two Collision Course Pages 163 Author: Gordon Korman Publisher Scholastic Inc. Genre: Historical ISBN 9780545123327 Price $5.99
The story starts on April 15, 1912, when the "unsinkable" ship hits the iceberg and starts to fill with water. Fourteen-year-old Paddy Burns is a criminal from Ireland, but he's on the Titanic to deliver papers to the ship's designer. He needs to stay out of trouble and out of sight. He's a stowaway on board, and he can't get caught. Juliana Glamm is not enjoying the luxuries of first-class because her father's behavior is embarrassing her. His nights of drinking and gambling are uncontrollable. She also finds out the reason her father brought her on this trip was to have her marry the son of a business associate. The secondary plot, involving a passenger with a criminal background, intensifies as Alfie Huggins identifies the man who he believes is Jack the Ripper. Sophie Bronson, who was once humiliated by her mom, the famous suffragist, begins to admire and feel proud of her mom's views. Sophie works with her mom to help Juliana confront her father about the plans he has for her marriage. I enjoyed this book I rated my book this way because it was not a very interesting book. Although the book had a lot of twists and turns it was not my favorite book but it was not the worst. Who would you recommend this book to and why? I would recommend this book to Emerson. I would recommend this book to Emerson because she loves mystery and loves the movie Titanic, which is exactly what this book is. The book is a perfect mixture of the history of the Titanic and misery which I feel she would like. If you like... Book one Unsinkable Book three S.O.S Titanic Illustrated History ...then you might like this book, too!
Loved this series with my heart. (Although it took me quite a while to finish it.)
I was expecting so much different because of what I heard from the movie Titanic, but it’s very different. I think I like this version better than what I’ve heard of the movie.
All the books were very short—which I loved—but it was paced perfectly for the story.
IMO, the first book was pretty boring. But after that, everyone else is perfect. I really do recommend this to people trying to branch out from classics!
I loved this book because the ship hit an iceberg. I would recommend this book for 6th-8th because it has the word hell in it. If you like books with ships you will like this because there is a ship. The ship is sailing. Some guy yells " iceberg right ahead !" A few minutes later BOOM the ship hits the iceberg. On the ship one of the boilers exploded. G deck was flooding it was bad.

This book series was amazing! It covered the historical era so well! It showed an amazing possible outcome for Jack The Ripper, it showed the different people in the titanic and how they were treated and showed the fear in people during the last moments of the Titanic. Amazing series to read if you are a history freak like myself.
I think the Titanic Trilogy: S.O.S was a good book because it talked about the story about the Titanic with good details. But that is the 3rd book there are three books so that was only a part of the story.
I Alex Beard, read The Titanic Book Two the Collision Course. I have read the previous book The Titanic Book One the Unsinkable. The first book was a bit slower paced and seemed to take for stinking ever to get to really good part the book seemed to never end. That was a good thing at times but most of the book was boring. I say that it was boring because the entire book up to chapter 22 was just stating the stories plot. I hoped that the other two books of the Titanic series will eventually get a lot better and so far the second book was pretty good. I am more into an action packed kind of book which The Titanic Book Two was. The first book of the titanic series was unfortunately the opposite. It was mainly suspenseful. Book two’s main cast of characters include a kid named paddy who is a stowaway escaping his deadly past and a kid named Sophie and her mom that were delivered to the ship by the police right after they were arrested, a kid named Juliana and her father who is an eccentric, and a boy named Alfie that is hiding a secret that could easily get him kicked off of the ship immediately if he isn’t careful. The secret that Alfie is hiding is about paddy being a stowaway on the titanic and Alfie helping paddy survive the trip. I was very satisfied with book two. Now if you will excuse me I have got book 3 to read. See you next review.
The book Crossover is a good book and My favorite character is Jordan because He plays basketball and we have that in common because I like a lot of sports and Basketball is my 2nd favorite sport. He is also a good player and I like to watch good players. He loves basketball and he played basketball when he was young and now he is around 13 or 14 years old and I played basketball when I was that young. He Shows good sportsmanship to his teammates. He also has a twin brother on his team And they work together and help each other out and they are good brothers to each other.
There are two main characters and they are twins one’s name is Josh and the other brothers name is Jordan. They love basketball and they are on the same team and they show good sportsmanship to others and the whole team works together and helps each other out when they need help.
These two brothers are twins and they are on the same basketball team they work together and they and they are good brothers to each other and they take basketball very seriously. They have good sportsmanship and they help people out.
They are at the championship game and were down a lot.
I think Jordan and Josh are really good brothers and players. I think that they have good sportsmanship.
I would recommend this book to people that play sports and basketball because it is lik a basketball story.
This is book one of a three-part series. The story takes place as the Titanic sets sail from Southampton, England on its first voyage in April 1912, among the passengers on board are four young teenagers with very difficult lives. Each character’s story is told separately as their trip unfolds, and ultimately their paths cross. I was originally drawn to this book because of the title. I enjoy reading non-fiction, specifically books that focus on historical events. While the stories told within the book are fiction, the author uses enough details it feels as though the characters were real. I also appreciate that the author told their story using a very steady pace, as it is hard to stay immersed in a story that moves too slowly. Obviously the event itself, the sinking of the Titanic, was a true event. The sinking of the ship resulted in the death of over 2,200 people. In this story the four main characters are able to survive, as they were all under the age of 18 and therefore the first to board lifeboats. The author does include a story twist, as it is revealed there is a murderer aboard. Overall it was a good book, but not one of my favorites. I probably won’t read the subsequent books from this trilogy.
I'm reading the 2nd book of the Titanic series and I think that one of the major reasons why it sunk was because of overconfidence by most of the characters in this book. I also think that another reason why it sunk was that the ship was going too hasty. I also think that most of the characters in this book work well with each other.
I enjoyed it what a surprise twist and the stowaways were fun. Ill definitely have to get the other two. It was a fun little adventure read. I am obsessed with informational books on the titanic. I loved the first book in the series even though this is fictional. i enjoyed it.
