Billionaire Romantic is book four in the New York Billionaires series by Julie Capulet. I loved this book as I have the whole series. I’ve been in love with Julie’s writing since the first book, XOXO I Love You. This is escapism at it’s finest. It’s instalove, men that will move heaven and earth to make their women happy. These men are protective, possessive and everything you can dream of in your best fantasies. This book is all of these things. My heart couldn’t be happier.
Lucky Ashton is twenty three years old. She lost her mom when she was only four. Her dad was the CEO for his own company, Ashton Holdings. Only, he has been mismanaging the company. And now that he has passed away, Lucky is left with a huge mountain of debt, a company that is barely hanging on and an apartment she loves but will probably also lose. For a night away from her problems, her roommate signs her up for a new dating app, one that is boasting wonderful results. And when she sees the picture of her first match, there is no way she can say no.
Noah Maddox is the second to the oldest of the four Maddox siblings and is the CFO of the company he and his brothers run, Invested Enterprises. They buy struggling companies and rebuild them. Which is why they are looking at Ashton Holdings. Noah has watched his three brothers find their true love and he so wants that for himself. He wants to find “the one” but is starting to doubt that she’s really out there. His brother convinces him to sign up for a new dating app. When he sees the photo of his first match, he is all in.

All these two had to do was be in the same room together, to look into each other’s eyes, and it was all over. They were gone for each other. One drink went into dinner which went into a weekend together that didn’t require any clothes. When Monday morning rolls around, though, it’s time to get back to reality. Lucky has to meet with the company making a bid on her failing company. Lucky can’t believe when she walks into that meeting that the CFO that is making a very low bid for her company is the man she just spent the weekend in bed with. And Noah can’t believe that the woman he has fallen in love with is the CEO of the company they are trying to buy.
The whole story just made me happy. What girl doesn’t dream of being swept away by a man who lavishes her with jewels, fancy houses, and offers to save the day when your life is falling apart? While I was reading this, I completely shut out the outside world and lived in these pages. And I loved it. I can’t wait to see what Julie Capulet does next.

Noah is the absolute sweetest, obsessed MMC. Such a romantic, with his poetic and flowery internal monologue. He’s a swoony and passionate hero. I’d be remiss not to also mention “His gigantic love wand.” 😜
In all seriousness, Julie literally never disappoints with her stories. I’m a Stan for her brand of instalove and Noah and Lucky are some of my favorites!

This is the 4th book in this series about the 4 Maddox New York billionaire brothers and their path to finding their soul mate.
Noah Maddox and Lucky's story.
Noah is the "romantic" brother, and he wants true love.His 3 brothers have found happiness, and he wants his turn,but he has yet to find his.,that is until one of his brothers signs him up on a dating map.
Lucky is also wanting love,but her inherited job is taking all her time,that is, until her bestie sets her up on a dating app.
They are a perfect match, and the story takes off from there.
This was insta love on steriods,but I just didn't feel it with these characters.
The bonus epilogue I liked as it showed the couple 10 years into their married life with 6 children.

Oh goodness, this was a tasty treat that I couldn’t put down, leading to me finishing it in just a couple hours 🤣
This was my first read by Julie Capulet and I’m a diehard fan now!! While this was book 4 in the New York Billionaires series, it definitely was able to be read as a standalone.
What I loved:
1. I freaking love this family of brothers! They all have their individual personalities and roles, but they all appear to be these hot, alpha titans of the investing world (yummmm), and I really want to go back and read the rest of the books in the series to spend more time with this family!
2. Speaking of family, while it was sad, I did love that Noah and Lucky were able to connect over shared experiences of being “orphans”, both having lost their mothers with similar (non-rich) backgrounds at young ages and their fathers from heart attacks just a few years before the story takes place. I felt from a family standpoint they both had experienced very similar traumas which helped them bond immediately on a deeper level.
3. I loved the idea of an app that was so invasive (hahaha cue “big brother is always watching” jargon), that it was able to match them so well on so many different levels. I love an app-based meet cute, but especially when it’s backed in sciences and algorithms and a bunch of other nerd stuff this nerd loves 🤣
4. I loved that Lucky was a feminist, but one who wanted a more traditional lifestyle (being a mom and wife above everything else). The book touched on this, but as a diehard feminist, feminism is about equality and choice, which INCLUDES the role of a SAHM. I think a lot of people think that someone who takes on the role of a wife and SAHM automatically is not a feminist, but that could not be further from the truth. Lucky is not the type of woman who is going to let a man trample all over her and make her subservient to him, no matter what their roles both within and outside the “domestic sphere” may be; that right there is the crux of feminism and I love how it was explored.
5. Can we freaking appreciate that Noah was a walking green flag?!?! He was a teddy bear with a dirty mouth who could have a fierce streak for those closest to him, and that was perfect!! He took control, but did not control; he was dirty, but affectionate; he was fierce, but patient. In other words, he was the total package. Didn’t hurt that he could also grovel with the best of them 😉
6. Ok y’all, this thing was deliciously spicy but also heartwarmingly swoony. Noah’s mouth had me dripping and his “hopeless” romantic streak had me melting. I loved that both of them were truly romantics, always wanting to find “the one” but feeling like they were wasting their time…until they found each other 😊 We got so much intimacy in this one and I loved every second of it!

Utmost Magical. Swoon on high. Fantasy Material. I'm in dream land, after this utterly mesmerizing ride.
I don't know what Ms. Capulet has put in this series, that EVERY BROTHER HAS MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM HARD. And I mean want to elope with him kind of mad love.
And every book makes me think that our amazing author, how can she ever top the deliciousness that is our current hero... BUT SHE'S DONE THAT.. AND NOW with this book... I'm so feeling conflicted but have to say THAT NOAH MADDOX IS THE MOST ROMANTIC OF THEM ALL.
I can't tell you how madly ABSOLUTELY MADLY I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS MAN. It's like somehow Ms. Capulet plucked the man of my dreams, in terms of how he is a grizzly bear in business but a soft teddy (who's sizzling in 🛏️😉) only for her.
I was screaming with delight, throughout reading this book. I really felt like Noah Maddox was romanticizing me and not Lucky Ashton.
I'm sorry Ms. Capulet, I love Lucky so much and I'm ofcourse jealous of her.. BUT I'M THE REAL MRS. NOAH MADDOX. And yes, that's the truth. That man is so freaking mine. Ahhh..... I'M OBSESSED and besotted and in dream land.

Ms. Capulet somehow knows how to evoke those powerful emotions in you and I don't know how, but these books have made me feel so freaking strongly that I just couldn't get enough.
I have devoured this book, wanting to both savour it slowly and gorge this deliciousness the fastest I could.
I don't want to get much in the story because it's ALL ABOUT THE FREAKING FEELS & I BET YOU WILL FALL FLAT IN LOVE WITH THE BEAUTY THAT IS THIS BOOK.
If you're a fan of romance that makes your heart sing, with feels that will leave you a melted mess of emotions, a love story that is ROMANCE IN IT'S TRUEST FORM, one that can make you go cray-cray..... Then just freaking read this one.
I feel like I'm still floating in the cloud of sweet romance that Ms. Capulet took me on in this book and I'm already having a book hangover. Ahhh.... NOAH MADDOX IS ALL MINE. THAT'S IT. 😁😍💋💋

And every book makes me think that our amazing author, how can she ever top the deliciousness that is our current hero... BUT SHE'S DONE THAT.. AND NOW with this book... I'm so feeling conflicted but have to say THAT NOAH MADDOX IS THE MOST ROMANTIC OF THEM ALL.
I can't tell you how madly ABSOLUTELY MADLY I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS MAN. It's like somehow Ms. Capulet plucked the man of my dreams, in terms of how he is a grizzly bear in business but a soft teddy (who's sizzling in 🛏️😉) only for her.
I was screaming with delight, throughout reading this book. I really felt like Noah Maddox was romanticizing me and not Lucky Ashton.

I have devoured this book, wanting to both savour it slowly and gorge this deliciousness the fastest I could.
I don't want to get much in the story because it's ALL ABOUT THE FREAKING FEELS & I BET YOU WILL FALL FLAT IN LOVE WITH THE BEAUTY THAT IS THIS BOOK.
If you're a fan of romance that makes your heart sing, with feels that will leave you a melted mess of emotions, a love story that is ROMANCE IN IT'S TRUEST FORM, one that can make you go cray-cray..... Then just freaking read this one.

Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review voluntarily. Noah and Lucky's story is an insta-attraction that very quickly turns to love, mixed with billionaire romance with little to zero angst. Story is fast paced and steamy but it focuses more on the physical relationship, and the progress of their relationship outside of the bedroom is told to the reader, so you don't get to experience how their relationship grows and develops, which is a missed opportunity to be a great book. But if you're looking for a quick, easy to read steamy romance that focuses more on the physical and less on the other aspects, then this one ticks the box.

When real life hits, they realize that their weekend in bed did not prepare them for reality.

This was my first read of Julie’s and I definitely wasn’t disappointed in the outcome, though now I guess I need to go back and read the rest of the series!!
I really enjoyed how Noah and Lucky’s family histories created such an instant depth between them. Both characters had gone through similar losses and trauma, and that common ground made their connection feel meaningful. On top of that, Lucky’s character stood out to me—she’s written as a feminist while also wanting a more traditional role as a wife and mom when she meets “the one”, and I really appreciated how the book handled that balance.
Noah, though? He was the perfect mix of soft and protective, dirty talker but with so much patience and heart. The chemistry between him and Lucky strong, and I found myself smiling through so many of their moments together.
If I had one complaint, it’s that the romance leaned too hard into instalove. Their connection was strong, but it developed so fast that it sometimes felt rushed and a little unrealistic. I wish we had more time for their relationship to breathe and actually get to know them as a couple dating before they went full force ahead.
Still, even with that, this was a romantic and fun read. I flew through it and loved spending time with these characters!

Another beautiful romance. But, this author doesn’t write anything less than a fabulous story. You will fall in love with this couple- Noah and Lucky. Two ‘star crossed’ people meant to be together, but not knowing this before they meet. Very steamy, so keep that in mind! A wonderful finish to the four Maddox brothers. Definitely recommend.

let's get the bad out of the way first, I was disappointed the first half of the book dragged, the first date was later through the book, then was necessary and would have liked to seen more of their life together.

BILLIONAIRE ROMANTIC from author Julie Capulet is the definition of pure and unadulterated romance. If you love low-angst, a sweet plot and on-fire 🔥🔥🔥 bedroom scenes, then this is the book for you. It's the fourth book in the BILLIONAIRES OF NEW YORK series, and each stands-a-lone, so like all series with interconnected characters, maybe you will appreciate this book more if you've already read the preceding three. I haven't, and I didn't feel I’d missed any inside jokes, but I might find that I have to check out the journey the now love-blinded brothers undertook to gain the women they obsessively love.
Noah Maddox, financial whizz and CFO of their family company was the most romantic of the four brothers and unashamedly owned it. He'd not been into a myriad of casual one-nighters like his brothers, holding out instead for ‘the one' whom he expected to recognise on sight. Ms Capulet beautifully crafted his character making sure her readers appreciated just how desperate he was to find that special woman, marry her and build a family. Noah had depth of feeling, lived and breathed romance, and concentrated on the business acumen side of himself instead of throwing his sexual favours around like confetti. Hell's teeth, even I began to get desperate for him to meet the woman he'd love!!!
We met him at a watershed moment in his life where he ironically acknowledged that he was the brother most wanting a forever love, yet was the only one to not have found that special woman. And those love-blinded brothers I mentioned? Well they just wanted Noah to have a forever love in his life like they had, so they signed him up to a high tech dating app.
My heart broke for Lucky Emerson O’Callahan Ashton who had recently lost her father and found that his financial business was a fast sinking ship that was going to take her home along with it. She'd had a lot going on in her life and had barely even dated, let alone ‘been' with a man. Her best friend had found success in matching with someone and wanted Lucky to have what she had, so she signed her up to the same high tech dating app.
From the moment they matched on the app and sighting the others photo, Ms Capulet exponentially built the chemistry between them to an almost combustible level. The whole scene when they finally met could only be described as match + tinder = 💣💥kaboom. Cue the insta-love trope here, it really was beautifully and heatedly well done.
Of course the path of true love never runs smoothly and Noah was badly tripped up when they both discovered their life paths were going to intersect anyway! Whoa, I could literally feel his consternation for myself!
Now I've heard of this grovelling trope, and if you're into grovelling, then go no further than BILLIONAIRE ROMANTIC because there is a scene dedicated to the gift of the grovel and it was quite epic! The blurb mentioned that he was “obsessively trying to prove to me that he's the most devoted, head over heels billionaire in New York” and I'm pretty sure he might've got the message across! Read it and see for yourself 🙏
I did find that in the last quarter of the book, the heavy romance gave way to sweet and predictable. I appreciate BILLIONAIRE ROMANTIC being a romance will provide the HEA that I expect, so I put it down to this being the last book in the series where everything was pulled together tidily and the brothers along with their wives all got together making everything good in their world. The journey for Noah and Lucky in getting there though made this a book I hit in one sitting. 4.5-super-heavy-romantic-Stars 🖤💛✦

I did find that in the last quarter of the book, the heavy romance gave way to sweet and predictable. I appreciate BILLIONAIRE ROMANTIC being a romance will provide the HEA that I expect, so I put it down to this being the last book in the series where everything was pulled together tidily and the brothers along with their wives all got together making everything good in their world. The journey for Noah and Lucky in getting there though made this a book I hit in one sitting. 4.5-super-heavy-romantic-Stars 🖤💛✦

The fourth and final book in Julie Capulet's New York Billionaires series is Noah's, CFO and the last single man standing in the financial wiz Maddox brothers family. The books in this series are filled with all the romance I could ask for, but as much as I loved them all, Billionaire Romantic stands out even more to me with its own easy way, swoon inducing and dreamy perfection. I just couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

The bro's hilarious back and forth teasing cracks me up every time and the whole Maddox family dynamic, in all its glory, is the crazy glue that keeps them bonded together.
This book is just a delightful, delicious story with the most sigh-worthy ending in town. I loved this one to the moon and back!

Ah, all of these hot billionaires…..😍🔥 Julie Capulet writes these beautiful stories, that take you on this journey of adventure and love, but also allows you to escape reality for just a little while 🩷 Who wouldn’t want to meet the “perfect” billionaire who’s just crazy in love with you 🥰 I also love the actual settings of Julie’s stories. I feel like the places her characters live, and travel to, are so easy to envision in your mind because she describes them in such beautiful detail. I’m all in!! I really enjoyed Noah and Lucky’s characters. The journey of their love story really pulled me in!! I loved their amazing chemistry ♥️ Plus, I love the fact that there’s a time jumping BONUS EPILOGUE!! Julie usually includes one for all of her books. I think this is my favorite Maddox brother to boot! Book #4 in the series gives us Noah Maddox who is the final brother holding out for love. He is not a serial dater and wants to meet his soul mate; he is holding out for the one and when he meets her, he feels he will know it. Noah is the CFO of his family’s business and is a real whiz kid, it seems whatever he touches makes money. The only thing missing is getting his love life in order. It’s been a while since he has been on a date and his brother’s notice he is a little “edgy” and decide they need to intervene and help him out by signing him up on a new dating app that has a high success rate.
Lucky recently lost her father and lost her mother when she was 4 years old, she remembers her vividly and remembers how beautiful she was and how she was such a great mother to her only child. When her mother passed, her father had a hard time being around Luck because she reminded him so much of her mother, the love of his life. Lucky took over her father’s company and lives in the apartment that her mother loved so much, but she is going to lose it all if she doesn’t turn the company around, or get someone to buy her out, but will also allow her to have enough left over to keep her apartment. All Lucky wants is to be a mother to a lot of kids. But to have the family she wants, she would need to date, and she doesn’t have time for that with everything she has going on at her father’s company, so her roommate signs her up on the new dating app as well.
These two don’t want to go on a date with the other from the app, until they both are shown the other’s picture and are more than curious. I read all 4 of the books in this series and when I say once you’ve read one, you’ve read all of them, it’s absolutely true for these books. So this review applies to this book, but it also applies to all 4 books.
To recap, billionaire (MMC - not going to distinguish between any of them because they’re basically the same guy) meets a 23 year old virgin (which is like, soooo rare, even though all 4 of the brothers did it), who’s unlike any other woman he’s ever slept with before. And they have women throwing themselves at the brothers all of the time because they’re good looking, rich, hung, and obviously the best sex that any woman has ever had, ever. So naturally, (3 out of the 4) brothers raw dog it with the virgins, that means that even though the FMC promises she’s on the pill, she forgets to take it during their time together, panics (but it’s actually something she really, really wants), and then ends up pregnant. (Don’t worry, by the 4th book, all 4 FMCs are pregnant.) Which, despite the fact that the longest any of them spend time with each other is like a week, the brothers are all thrilled about. Two out of four of the brothers shut down Tiffany’s and tells their FMC to pick out her engagement ring à la Sweet Home Alabama. The spicy scenes are pretty good, if not a little corny. It’s repeated over and over again just how well-endowed each of the brothers are. I think all of the brothers end up marrying their FMCs within a year of meeting them. With the exception of the second book, I think all of the FMCs depend on the brothers for their successes in their careers. They’re all in their 20’s but the MMC have achieved astronomical success while the FMCs are still trying to find a modicum of success in their own industries. Which, of course, only happens after the brothers intervene and help them in some way.
Overall, not bad if you’re looking for predictable stories. Noah (MMC of this book) and Lucky (FMC) kinda stray into trad wife territory. It’s a little weird. These are quick reads and if you like billionaire romances with easy to follow plots, they’re not the worst books you can pick up.

(Don’t worry, by the 4th book, all 4 FMCs are pregnant.) Which, despite the fact that the longest any of them spend time with each other is like a week, the brothers are all thrilled about. Two out of four of the brothers shut down Tiffany’s and tells their FMC to pick out her engagement ring à la Sweet Home Alabama. The spicy scenes are pretty good, if not a little corny. It’s repeated over and over again just how well-endowed each of the brothers are. I think all of the brothers end up marrying their FMCs within a year of meeting them. With the exception of the second book, I think all of the FMCs depend on the brothers for their successes in their careers. They’re all in their 20’s but the MMC have achieved astronomical success while the FMCs are still trying to find a modicum of success in their own industries. Which, of course, only happens after the brothers intervene and help them in some way.
Overall, not bad if you’re looking for predictable stories. Noah (MMC of this book) and Lucky (FMC) kinda stray into trad wife territory. It’s a little weird. These are quick reads and if you like billionaire romances with easy to follow plots, they’re not the worst books you can pick up.

Noah and Luckys story was so fun to read. They both were forced to go on this dating app but had no expectations of finding a match. When they did and they met they both literally forgot that they were meeting someone and were lost in thoughts of how attractive one another was. They go into details of their lives but they leave out the most important piece. Now Noah isn’t ready to say goodbye and asks she spend the weekend with him in the penthouse of the restaurant they met in and they do and they get to know each other on so many other levels. They both fall fast but Monday morning rolls around and lucky has got to go, she has the most important meeting of her life ahead of her and she’s not sure how it is going to go.
The meeting time had arrived and wouldn’t you guess the shock that load and lucky get that they are now face to face again in the building of his brothers company who is trying in enquire luckys dads company as it is not doing well. But the deal is off after what she walked in on and who is in the room. She walks out but not before Noah runs after her and gets her to listen to him. But she has made her mind up and is ready to write him off too for his actions of what she walked into. She walked into the room of the Noah she never knew existed and she did not like that side of him, but he is willing to do whatever it takes to show her that he is all in, the deal he makes her is true and all for her since he can’t live without her know. They both know that is is a fast moving relationship, but when you know you know, right?
What will lucky do, will she think with her heart or her head. Does Noah have her consciences that this could be their happy ever after even with the quickness of their relationship?
And we can’t forget the found family with Noah’s three brother and their wives that become luckys best friends and true confidons. I loved reading about their growing love and relationship.

I started reading this with some false expectations. Based on the blurb I thought this would have more of an enemies-to-lovers vibe. But their first date ends at 61% or so and up until then it's an over-the-top instalove story. We're talking virgin heroine with multiple orgasms, good girl energies, and they both are thinking about making babies together about five minutes after they met. Ugh, and it's an unprotected sex fest, my least favorite trope. Their conflict is business related but her secret dream is to become a housewife and mother so I guess she had her reasons.
Then their weekend date is over, she walks out sometime after eight Monday morning without waking him up, and although she left her phone number he goes a bit crazy. Here the book turns into more of a stalker romance. I mean, he's already angry-called her a zillion times before their next encounter at ten a.m, and is very upset and thinking about tracing her phone because she does not pick up immediately. Honestly this was a bit of a red flag. It's been less than two hours, dude, take a chill pill. She's got a freaking life, and it's not all about you.
After their meeting, she attempts to walk away but he won't take no for an answer. He decides to keep pushing her forever or until she gives into him (spoiler: it won't take long). And I was probably supposed to think, "oh how sweet, he's so possessive, committed, and all in, because he's so romantic and so much in love with her already". But I thought "huh he's a bit creepy, ain't he?" A guy like this could very easily turn into a jealous, manipulative, extremely toxic ex. She's in a sexual haze and all those orgasms have predisposed her to agree with anything he says. But if she ever wants to leave it won't end prettily.
So it was not my favourite trope and not my favourite hero. But if possessive heroes who fall hard at first sight sound like your thing it could be an easy entertaining read.

I Loved reading Noah and Lucky's story the banter between them is so entertaining and the spice is amazing.This is a Fabulous read and I thoroughly enjoyed it,bravo Julie Capulet on writing another Brilliant book.

Noah was adamant about what he wanted out of life, so it took a lot of convincing for him to agree to his brothers suggestion to John a dating app. Lucky’s life had been solely about her education, then taking over her father’s struggling company after he passed away, so relationships were the last thing on her mind. However, her best friend managed to coax her into signing up for dating app. The connection between Lucky and Noah was evident from the moment they started communicating online, but the sparks between them was more like volcanic HOT, when they met face to face.
Noah knew Lucky was his forever companion the more time they spent together and was prepared to take it slow,but she on the other hand didn’t want to wait, as she felt an inexplicable infatuation towards him. Unfortunately, neither Noah nor Lucky realised they actually linked professionally, which led to a very awkward confrontation when they met a day after their weekend filled with mind blowing sexual encounters and she overheard a conversation she really shouldn’t have.
Whilst Lucky was resolute in her decision to walk away from Noah professionally and personally, he wasn’t going to allow her to get away, so he did everything possible to resolve their professional conflict and double down in his pursuit of a forever with her. I didn't think this book could get better than the other books in the series, but I was wrong, as this book absolutely blew my mind. This book may be close to three hundred pages, but I was still hooked on with story with each page turn. This book deserves its rightful place on your TBR list.
