Chase Noble always seemed unattainable…until one night with him at the Players Club changed everything.
I’ve wanted Chase for years, but much to my frustration, he’s always considered me off limits. When I walk into the Players Club with one goal in mind, to find a man who will give me what I need, it’s the maddeningly dominant, possessive (and I soon discover, pierced) Chase who refuses to allow any other man to touch me. He gives me a night I’ll never forget, a taste of what is possible, and I want more. With him.
But Chase is a man with a dark past and secrets, and even though we come to an agreement, where I’m the student and he’s the teacher, he insists this is all it could ever be. That he’s not capable of anything more.
Just as things begin to heat up between us, someone starts leaving me cryptic messages and watching my every move. Chase insists I move in with him so he can protect me, and the moment I do, our undeniable chemistry ignites into something deeper than either of us expected.
Soon, his protection isn’t enough. I want all of him—his body, his heart, and his trust. And this time, I’m not letting him go without a fight.
Playing with Forever is a steamy romance with high stakes tension, a possessive alpha hero, and a love worth fighting for.
This is my first novel by this author and I can tell you right now, that I will be heading back to read her backlog.
Playing With Forever is book 1 in the Players Club Sinners series, and what a way to start off the series. This novel has a lot of BDSM, so if that is not your Jam, this book may not be for you.
Chase- This beautifully broken alpha-male has kept everyone at arms length since he got out of the navy. His traumatic experices while in the navy have left him to believe that he is not the forever type of guy. That is until he meets Andrea( for the first time) and that instant connection he felt with her on that day forced him to do everything in his power to keep is distance, that is until she walks back into his life in the most unexpected way, and this time there is no refusing her.
Andrea- She is sunshine, even if she is just out of a long term relationship, in which she was left feelin unsatisfactory in the bedroom. To help her explore for deepest desired, Andrea's sister gifts her an invitation to the Player's Club, in which she can explore her deepest wants and desires in a safe way. What she doesn't expect is how that one evening will change everything, because Chase Noble has decided to take her under his wing.
The chemistry between these two is immediate and sinks its claws into you from the first moment they lay eyes on each other. The dom/sub development was written beautifully. I loved Chase's protective nature of her both in and outside of the bedroom. His need to assure her that she was in fact safe with him and he wouldn't take more than she was willing to give. Their communication throughout all of the scenes was top tier( um, hello tattoo parlor scene, I'm lookin' at you). While Chase has the big brutish exterior the man literally turns to mush in her presence( well, as much mush as a dom and turn into).
The fact that Andrea seemed to know what Chase's needed from her and she let him have it at times. She made him feel safe too, and less broken. One of my favorite moments happened right after and intense scene when they were in the "Aftercare" phase and she turned the tables so to speak and told him to let her take care of him, I think it spoke to her depth of understanding of him without know all of his deepest darkest secrets.
This novel is an example of when soul recognized soul and there is no amount of pushing away or denying that will stop them from coming together.
I cannot wait to see what comes next in this series!
Thank you Erika Wilde and The Author Agency for the ARC in return for an honest review.
Playing with Forever is Book 1 of the Players Club Sinners series. It's a steamy, kinky, BDSM, Dom-sub romance with some stalker and protector elements...and it is hot!!! Chase is an ex-marine with baggage, convinced he is too damaged for a relationship. Andrea is a young woman out of a recent breakup after her ex thought she was perverted for wanting to spice things up in the bedroom. She and Chase met years ago, but he felt she was off limits and had pushed her away. Her sister has gifted her with a night at the kink club to explore her desires. She never expects to see Chase. He tries to scare her off, but she is only more excited. He doesn't want anyone else near her when she tries to go around him, so he ends up agreeing to give her lessons. But the connection is all too real. She is a natural sub and the way she submits to him helps heal him too. Throw in a stalker and Chase goes all alpha to protect her. I loved it!!! The chemistry was pure fire and the ending was so happy after a bit of danger and angst. It was so good! I can't wait for book 2!!.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Playing With Forever if the first book in the Players Club Sinners series. This was a spicy erotic romance, featuring a lot of BDSM.
Andrea got an invitation to the Players Club to finally explore her BDSM fantasies. She has had a thing for Chase for a while, but he pushed her away due to his PTSD issues from his time in the military. Now, he decides to go for what he wants, and they have a hot night together. They can't stay away from each other, so they decide to enter into a Dom/Sub relationship.
Chase is trying to keep things sexual, but emotions quickly come into play. Especially when Andrea gets a stalker and his protective mode kicks into gear. The chemistry between them was amazing, and I loved how serious they took the BDSM dynamic. They both offered after care to each other and really opened up emotionally through each BDSM scene.
Side Note: That tattoo parlor scene with warming was so hot!
AUDIOBOOK REVIEW 🎤Dual narration by Sean Masters & Rose Dioro
Sean Masters did a great job showcasing the dominant and protective Sean Masters. This is a spicy audio, so be careful where you are listening to it. I flew through this book and would recommend it if you are a fan of BDSM.
Thank you to Must Love Audio for providing the ALC.
Playing with Forever is the first book in the Players Club Sinners. I loved reading The Players Club series my first time and it has some spice to it and if you like BDSM then this is for u .So this is Chase Noble and Andrea Corbin’s story.
Madison gave Andrea an invitation to the Player’s Club where Chase is already a member and a Dom. Andrea has had her eye on Chase for a while. Chase didn’t let any of the women ever get attached.
From the beginning Chase was protective of Andrea but did he have any rights. Probably his mistake in letting her get close but what you get is a hot and spicy romance between the two I’m ready for the next book
This is a great story of chasing that person that makes your heart skip a beat. Andrea and Chase have chemistry but he doesn't do forever. When someone starts harassing her, Chase insists that she move in with him. Will they find forever together?.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Playing with Forever is the first book in the Players Club Sinner series by Erika and follows the second generation of the OG characters. I will admit I’ve never read the OG series but I will now🙌
Chase and Andrea’s chemistry is off the charts amazing but what made the story so much better was their background and past experiences which made them both the way they are, and how they eventually worked together to heal from their pasts😍 I will say, I knew immediately who the person stalking Andrea was but good to confirm my brain juices are flowing and I’m still capable of solving complex puzzles🤔
I’m excited to read Ford’s story next. I received an advanced copy via Booksprout and willingly leave my honest review❤️
Now is the time for Andrea to explore everything she's always wanted - at the club. In her heart, she's always wanted Chase, but he's kept her at a distance as long as she's known him. So she's going to go around him and find someone else to help her explore. She didn't expect that he'd react with such...possessiveness? Jealousy? Now she's entered into a sort of arrangement with him. She just has to remember this isn't a committed relationship, that it's only lessons without feelings. Even when he goes all alpha protective when someone starts following her and leaving scary notes, she has to remember she's just his student and nothing more.
Chase has trauma from his time in the military, and it's caused him to keep everyone at a distance, especially the gorgeous woman he's thought of as off-limits. But when she walks into his club with a defiant attitude, it sets off his possessive tendencies, and he decides no one's going to help her explore but him. But can he really keep feelings out of this little arrangement they've got going? All that close proximity, plus his protective and possessive tendencies flaring up are wreaking havoc on his determination to keep her at an emotional distance. The only thing that might blow that wall away though is when he thinks he might truly lose her. Now he has to decide if keeping his heart from more pain is more important than keeping Andrea in his life.
Second generation series are always so fun to read, this time it's Chase who's the second generation, being the son of one of the original couples who own the clubs (Dean & Jillian from The Marriage Diaries). Chase takes after his dad in so many alpha ways. And like his dad, Chase pushes people away. Thank God Andrea is strong and makes him work for her heart, tests his restraint, and gets him to finally work through his fears of getting close to someone. Their sizzling chemistry, the suspense, and the emotional connection they forged, had me riveted. Now I'm impatiently waiting for her sister Violet's story with the yummy Ford, Chase's friend, when Playing with Trouble is published.
ARC provided by The Author Agency for an honest review.
Andrea Corbin has always been forbidden fruit for Chase—untouchable, too soft, too innocent for the shadows he lives in. The attraction was there, raw and undeniable, but he buried it beneath layers of ice and distance. He kept her at arm’s length for years, convinced that if she ever glimpsed his darker urges, it would shatter her delicate innocence. But Chase never realized: Andrea was never as delicate as he believed. Tired of pretending to be someone she’s not, Andrea finally reaches her breaking point when her boyfriend Heath recoils in disgust at her request to explore something spicier in the bedroom, calling her desires “perverted”. She ends the relationship and decides it’s time to take back control of her own fantasies at the Players Club, an exclusive playground for those who crave something more—something real. Thanks to her sister Madison, Andrea receives an invitation to this world she’s longed for… only to walk straight into the past. Of all the places, of all the people—Chase is the last man she expects to find there. And the first one to judge her. The irony is brutal. He claims she doesn’t belong, that she’s in over her head. But Andrea’s done being underestimated. If Chase won’t help her, she’ll find someone who will. What follows is a sizzling, emotionally charged power play. Chase, desperate to drive her away, takes her on a tour of the club’s more extreme scenes—but all it does is ignite something deeper in Andrea. Her hunger, her need is real. And it terrifies him. So, he offers her one night. One. Night. Of course, it’s never just one night. Chase is stunned by Andrea’s trust, her submission, her intoxicating strength beneath the softness. She challenges him, teases him, pushes his buttons and he loves it. Which is perhaps why he agrees to be Andrea’s teacher, though he warns her that’s all he can give. But as her so-called “lessons” continue, Chase finds himself slipping, tethering his control not just to dominance but to a woman who might actually be his forever. And underneath it all simmers a tension that goes beyond their scorching chemistry. The stalker subplot added a pulse-pounding edge that kept you guessing to the bitter end. It was a master stroke to introduce two suspects, which had me switching my “certainty” from one to the other. From Andrea’s weird encounter with her ex at the grocery store to the unsettling advances from her co-worker Brandon, the mystery kept me constantly on edge, never quite sure who to trust. But naturally, when the danger is over Chase does what broken men do best—he pushes Andrea away – for her own good, of course. Still, Andrea doesn’t shatter. She chooses to love him, to support him without sacrificing herself. And it’s that quiet, resolute strength that finally cracks the armor around his heart. This book had everything: heat, heartache, suspense, emotional grit, and characters that made me feel every high and every low. Chase and Andrea’s journey isn’t just erotic—it’s redemptive. Messy. Fierce. And completely unforgettable. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
*An advance reader copy was provided to me in exchange for an honest review.*
Chase Noble and Andrea Corbin met years ago at a social gathering, just as Chase was leaving the Marines. Since Andrea was the younger sister of his friend’s girlfriend, he considered her off-limits. Fast forward a few years later, to Andrea being dumped by her boyfriend by being told she was boring. To knock her out of her comfort zone, her sister Madison gifts her an invitation to the Player’s Club. For this one night, maybe Andrea can figure out who she is as a woman and what she really wants. And that’s where she runs into Chase for the first time in years. Of all the gin joints…
Although, it shouldn’t be so surprising that Chase is there, considering his father Dean (The Marriage Diaries) and his partner Mac (Playing with Her) are the owners of the original Player’s Club and this one in Las Vegas. Chase was there with his brother, Austin, and some friends from their security firm to grab a drink after work. The last thing he expects is to find Andrea there… In his eyes, she is way too innocent for something like The Player’s Club. So, he appoints himself as her official tour guide and brings her through all of the more explicit areas, hoping to freak her out enough that she’ll just leave.
It does the total opposite and just makes her more excited to experiment. But Chase doesn’t trust any of the men with Andrea, so he decides to give her exactly one night with him. That’s all he will allow. It opens up a whole new world to Andrea, which she wants to further explore… with Chase. He finally gives in to being her teacher, but nothing more.
But as they continue to explore this teacher/student role, Andrea starts receiving menacing notes and is being stalked. Chase’s alpha side comes out and he demands Andrea move in with him so he can protect her, as he gets to the bottom of the situation. Now that they are within close proximity of each other the sparks fly and the walls that Chase has built are starting to crumble. Will he be able to figure out who’s stalking Andrea before it’s too late? Will Chase realize that it’s okay to open himself up to a love like his parents have? We already know that Andrea wants a real relationship with Chase and has for years.
I love when an author writes the next generation from one her series. It’s like being invited to a family reunion. And brings with it all the feels. I’m hoping the next book is about Chase’s younger brother, Austin. But then again, I won’t say no to any of their friend group.
I haven’t read the first series, Players Club, so I went into this without knowing Andrea and Chase Noble’s history—but that didn’t stop me from getting completely pulled in. When Andrea gets a chance to explore her deepest desires, she jumps at the opportunity, thanks to a little nudge from her sister Madison. Enter Chase. The moment she sees him, she hopes she’s in for the time of her life.
Chase is convinced he’s not relationship material—or at least that’s the story he keeps telling himself. But when he sees Andrea at the Players Club, something shifts. He wants to pull her out of that world, to protect her. What he doesn’t expect is that Andrea doesn’t need rescuing—she’s here on her own terms. If Chase isn’t up for the challenge of guiding her, she’s perfectly capable of finding someone who is.
What really adds depth to Chase’s character is the trauma he’s carrying from his time in the Navy. It’s not just that he thinks he’s incapable of love—he’s been through things that have left him emotionally guarded, and that fear of vulnerability is what drives so much of his hesitation. He’s not cold; he’s wounded. And as the story unfolds, you can really see how that internal battle is eating away at him.
Andrea doesn’t make it easy for him to hide, though—and I love that about her. She pushes back, calls him out, and refuses to let him retreat into his own fear. The chemistry between them is electric from their very first encounter. But just when things get intense in the best way possible, Chase says something that totally kills the mood in an attempt to push her away.
Still, Andrea stands her ground, and I admire that about her. She knows what she wants and doesn’t back down. She deserves real love—and maybe even a great guy to go with it. And let’s talk about those piercings. Yes, please. I’ve noticed more stories are incorporating them lately, and I’m here for it. The scene in the tattoo parlour? Red-hot. Seriously, it was both steamy and emotional.
The moment when Chase finally breaks down, overwhelmed by everything he’s been suppressing—it broke me. His emotional crash was raw and real, and it made his journey feel that much more authentic. Andrea’s strength really shines as she fights for him, refusing to walk away.
I’m definitely excited to see what’s next with Ford and Andrea’s sister Violet. If their story has even half the emotional depth and tension of this one, it’s going to be another fantastic ride.
Erika Wilde's PLAYING WITH FOREVER is the first book in the second-generation series Players Club Sinners. This is a forced proximity, dominant alpha, feisty heroine, second chance romance including BDSM and sex club heat. This was an entertaining read which had intense chemistry, terrific banter, volcanic spice, deep emotions, and a touch of suspense. I was hooked from the first chapter and couldn't put it down.
Andrea Corbin and Chase Noble first met when Chase had just left the Navy, he was instantly attracted to her yet felt he didn't deserve her to have her in his life, so he let her go. Several years later Andre is getting over a breakup and feels something is missing from her life. She wants to broaden her sexual horizons, and when her sister gifts her a night at The Players Club the last person she expects to see there is Chase, the man who lives in her fantasies. From the moment they see each other their chemistry is intense, and Chase is not happy to see Andrea at the club, he still desires her and there is no way any other man is going to get near her. They enter into an agreement, one which Chase hopes will scare her off, but instead it only ignites Andrea's deepest desires. The Dom/sub dynamics between them were sublime, Erika Wilde writes these scenes so beautifully with passion and sensuality. It doesn't take long for the emotional lines between Chase and Andrea to blur, and when Chase discovers Andrea has a stalker their relationship takes a direction neither expected and his protective mode comes out in full force.
Chase's trauma is heartbreaking, and when he finally breaks down to Andrea my heart bled for him, the pain and anguish he was suffering was debilitating. For all her feistiness and stubbornness, Andrea was a pillar of strength when it came to supporting Chase through his pain. I adored them together, they balanced each other.
Erika Wilde has delivered a strong, sensual, emotional story which was raw, gritty, and extremely hot. I can't wait for the next book. Playing For Trouble, Violet and Ford's book, especially if it's as good as this one was.
Chase Noble always seemed unattainable…until one night with him at the Players Club changed everything.
I’ve wanted Chase for years, but much to my frustration, he’s always considered me off-limits.
That’s he’s not capable of anything more.
This contemporary enemies-to-lovers second chance off-limits romance is page-turning with exceptional world-building and characters that are an alpha hero, protector, dominant, possessive, pierced, fierce heroine, captivating, and realistic. Their journey is enthralling with playing with forever, mature, explicit romance that is consumed by steamy, sizzling passion, lust, desire, and spice with all the feelings to leave readers breathless and begging for more, BDSM, close proximity, light suspense, drama, heartfelt emotions, steamy with high stakes tension, a love worth fighting for, action, adventure, and more. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers' hearts and attention with playing with forever and an explicit enemies-to-lovers romance that is sure to transport readers into a world that is wildly lustful and unforgettable.

*ARC REVIEW* Thank you Erika and The Author Agency for this opportunity.
Chase and Andrea
Ok Ms. Wilde, let me just say WOW. If anything just go read Chapter 17, you're welcome.
This was a really good story. You do get a lot BDSM, so if that is not your thing then move on. Erika does really well with how BDSM actually works. Quote: "The only way I could breathe was by maintaining control of something, and BDSM gave me that. But it's not just about power. It's about trust. Structure. Safety and rules. For my partner, yeah, but for me too."
Chase and Andrea met when he just got out of the Navy at a family/friend get together. Chase new that she was an endgame type of girl and he could not have that in his life. Yeah, he was pulled to her but he thought he was broken so keeping his distance was the best option for him.
Years have past since they first met. Andrea is just getting over a breakup. But is it really getting over someone when you weren't even sad about it? Andrea always knew she needed something more in the bedroom. She was gifted a night at The Players Club to let those ambitions come to life. Andrea was the last person Chase expected to see at the club that he was a member too. Chase did everything he could to persuade her to go and leave the club. In the end, he refused to allow any man to touch her. Andrea has always wanted to be dominated and Chase is that guy that can show her how it is done. Lines start to blur with teaching her how to be sub. What he wasn't expecting is for Andrea to be stalked. As a bodyguard for a company, he forces her to move in with him. How bad can the be? Emotions and feelings are blurring together. Chase is trying to tame his demons but also protecting the one person that tames them.
I loved the relationship. It was raw. The emotions behind it were oh so good. Chase has so many demons running in his mind from the military days. Andrea trying to let him know that he is not broken like he thinks he is. I loved their relationship. Andrea did not back down at all. I cannot wait for the next book.
With a gentle nudge from her sister Madison, Andrea takes the opportunity to chase her greatest dreams. Now let's discuss Chase. She expects to experience the time of her life the instant she lays eyes on him.
Andrea craves excitement in her life following her recent breakup. When she attempts to communicate her desires to her ex, he dismisses her and accuses her of being selfish for wanting what she wants, leading her to seek fulfillment elsewhere.
Following his departure from the seals, Chase, a former Navy personnel with parents who operate sex clubs throughout the United States, seeks to regain control over his life. He must be a master in the bedroom, so when Andrea explores the club, he needs to remove her because she is the only one he genuinely desires.
From their initial encounter, there was an intense chemistry between them. Chase attempts to distance her by uttering something that utterly ruins the mood right when things are getting intensely passionate.
Nevertheless, I admire Andrea's capacity to remain firm. She stands her ground because she understands her desires. She is worthy of genuine love, and maybe an amazing man too. Let’s talk about those piercings, too. Of course, please. Lately, I've noticed an increase in the number of stories incorporating them, and I fully support that. What do you think of the tattoo shop scene? extremely intense. Truly, it was intense and passionate.
They enter a pleasure-exclusive agreement when he attempts to scare her off, but instead, he sparks her interest. At that moment, he discovers that she is being followed, so he must work to protect her and restrict their sexual encounters to Dom and Sub dynamics.
It shattered me when Chase ultimately loses everything, consumed by all he's been suppressing. His journey seemed more authentic due to his emotional collapse, which was sincere and raw. Andrea's strength genuinely shines as she supports him and refuses to back down.
I'm eager to find out what happens next with Ford and Andrea's sister, Violet.
This is book one in The Player’s Club Sinner’s series and it is Chase and Andrea’s story and what a great start to a new series and definitely a must read. Chase and Andrea have history because they met years ago and even though he was attracted to her she was off limits and now he is back from the military but he is not the same man as he used to be because of his demons and nightmares. Years later and Andrea is now single and had been given a invitation to The Player’s Club where she can let herself be exactly who she wants to be and explore the side of herself that she couldn’t do before only to find out that Chase who is the man that she always wanted but kept her at arm’s length is also there and that meeting starts a chain reaction that neither saw coming. Chase is shocked to see Andrea at the club and determined to somehow make her leave but when that doesn’t work he finds himself offering to give her one explosive night that she will never forget. When Andra realised that she had a stalker Chase decides to get her to move into his place so that he can keep her safe and find out who and why she is being stalked and eliminated the threat so that she can go back to her life but unfortunately everything changed as they can’t seem to keep their hands off each other which is causing it’s own type of situation and complications especially as Chase never did relationships or commitments so now the stakes have just become higher than they both expected. Wow I loved Chase and Andrea’s story and how it brought so many emotions along with trust issues, vulnerability, trying to move forward, trauma, demons, nightmares and finally the walls crumbling down while allowing love to come in. I read this book in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down as it pulled you in and kept your attention throughout and I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series.
This is the first book in the Player's Club Sinners series, and it can be read as a standalone book. It does involve characters from another series that aren't needed to read this book but make this book a fun look into those lives.
Andrea's sister works for Chase's Mom at an Interior Design shop and that is how they first met. They both feel an instant attraction but Chase has a bad history from his time in the military and so he pushes Andrea away, feeling she deserves a forever kind of guy and that can never be him. Of course, he never communicates his reasons, so through the years they become somewhat hostile rather than friendly.
Now Andrea is out of a longer relationship and wants to explore her interest in BDSM in a safe environment. So, she gets a single day pass to the Player's Club from her sister, who is a member in California. She goes to the Vegas BDSM club ready to learn if her desires mesh with this world, when she sees Chase who is also a member of the Player's Club. They have a confrontation. It leads to a sexy "one time" night that neither of them can forget.
Next Andrea wants a Dom to teach her more and her limits. Chase isn't willing to stand by and let her be with another man. He is also very clear that this is a teacher/student thing, and he will not be around long term for her.
Then some plot twists and threats start happening that wake-up Chase's history and innate fears. Can Andrea learn to be with him as he feels the need for more and more control? Can Chase learn to have any peace with the fact life has no guarantees for longevity or happiness? This sometimes fun and sometimes very serious book has great characters and a lot of sexy fun by the hero and heroine. Enjoy!!
Playing with Forever by Erika Wilde ✨ ARC Review 😍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️
This was the first book of Erika’s that I’ve read and I devoured it! I will definitely be going through her backlog to find more books 😍 Playing with Forever is a steamy romance with a heavy focus on BD$M and the Dom/Sub relationship. If that has peaked your interest, I suggest you check it out.
Chase has always liked Andrea, but he thought he didn’t deserve her so he kept his distance and acted uninterested. Only got Andrea to show up at The Players Club and turn his world upside down. Turns out Andrea isn’t as delicate/innocent as he once thought. And she might be just what he needs to help get over his traumatic past. His protective instincts are triggered when he realises that Andrea is being stalked and he stops at nothing to protect her.
Andrea just got out of a long term relationship which constantly left her feeling unsatisfied (who else can relate?). And to step outside of her comfort zone and embrace her deepest and darkest desires she goes to The Players Club. Only who does she run into… Chase Noble. The man he has had a crush on since they first meet but he was always so cold and unattainable. But now he is going to teach her how to ask for what she wants in the bedroom. She just has to remember not to fall for him.

“But I want you to feel every caress. Every intention behind it. This isn’t just about control and punishment tonight, Andrea. It’s about claiming what’s mine in a way you don’t forget.” Chase Noble
Playing with Forever is the first book in the second generation series Players Club Sinners and is the story of Andrea and Chase. This is a second chance, forced proximity romance with elements of BDSM in a sex club setting.
Andrea has known Chase since they were younger and has always had a thing for him, however as the younger sister of his friend's girlfriend and has deemed her off limits. When Andrea is dumped by her boyfriend and accused of being boring, her sister gifts her a ticket to the Player's Club. Joining his brother and friends at the Players Club, Chase never expected to see Andrea there, she is far too innocent to be in a sex club. To prove his point, he takes it upon himself to be her guide and takes her through the most salacious areas of the club. What he did not expect was for Andrea be even more insistent on experimenting at the club. Chase cannot trust any other man to touch Andrea so he agrees to one night together but is one night all he is capable of having?
Chase attempts to keep the student/teacher dynamic intact but when danger finds Andrea, Chase insists on her moving with him so he can protect her but the closeness they experience starts to change things between them. Is Chase willing to open himself up to Andrea and to the idea of love like his parents share?
Erika has delivered a well written book with an emotional storyline, strong characters that are also allowed to be vulnerable and face the trauma from their pasts. This book hooked you from the start and kept you until the very end. I recommend this book to lovers of romance with a great storyline in addition to spicy moments.
This story was sizzling hot throughout the pages with a dash of suspense and a lot of protectiveness from the hero in the story.
This is my first book by this author and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed the intense chemistry between Chase and Andrea and the way they completely were perfect for each other.
Andrea is ready to explore her deepest desires and after getting an invitation to The Players Club from her sister Madison, she is more than ready to embrace this new journey. Her only obstacle is Chase, the man who she has crush on for a long time but knows he has no interest in her, or at list that's what she thought.
From the moment Chase sees Andrea in the club he knows he is not going to let another man have her. He knows he is not built for love or a relationships but he can her Dom. Together they start an arrangement where love is out of the picture and only Dom/Sub sensual connections are permitted but when Andrea's life becomes a target of a stalker Chase sees no other solution but to keep Andrea close to him and what better way that by making Andrea move in with him.
The more Andrea and Chase spend together the more their attraction on connection grows but Chase has demons lurking in his head from the time he served in the navy and feels he is incapable of deserving love. Andrea only shows him understanding and support and makes him see a better future with her in his life.
I just loved this couple so much. This was an emotional and sensual romance that I couldn't start reading once I started.
It has been a long time since I read a book by Erika Wilde and I am happy I started with Playing with Forever. I look forward to Playing with Trouble as well as going back to read about the OG players. ~~~~~ Why you will love this book: 🩷Alpha Hero 🔥Second Chance Romance 🩷Forced Proximity 🔥Protector Romance
That’s he’s not capable of anything more.
Playing with Forever is another amazing story my this very talented author. I have been reading her stories for a while now. I loved the original Players Club series so it's good to have a spin off series.
Andrea met Chase before and had a crush on him. He didn't reciprocate her feelings so she has decided to move on. Her sister gives her an invitation to the Players Club so she can explore and find someone to have fun with. Chase and his brother as well as their friends are at the club. Chase tries to make her go home and she refuses. She wants to learn what she likes. He refuses to let anyone else teach her. He becomes possessive and wants to be the person she needs.
Chase has been in the military where he has suffered trauma. He doesn't want to get close to someone else and have them be taken from him. He has always been attracted to Andrea but she has no idea since he has always pushed her away.
Andrea has a stalker and she is afraid of what may happen. Chase finds out and gets her to move in with him for her safety. When they become roommates Chase begins to tell Andrea some of what he went through in the military. I love how he was emotional and true with his feelings to her. Andrea is strong for him and wants to help him through his trauma.
The stalker situation was very interesting and I couldn't wait to see what happened. I look forward to more from this very talented author.
Thanks to the author for an advanced copy for an honest review.
I haven’t read the first series, “Players Club,” so I don’t know that back story with Andrea and Chase Noble. When Andrea is given a chance to express her deepest desires, she takes her sister Madison up on it. When she sees Chase she can only hope for the best time of her life. Chase isn’t relationship material or that is what he thinks. When he sees Andrea at Players Club, he plans to take her out of there. But Andrea is here to play and learn. If he isn’t willing to teach her, then she will find someone else who will. You have to love that she pushes him at every turn. Chase keeps saying he isn’t good for the long haul but who is he trying to make believe it. When they first scene, it is more then Andrea could ask for than Chase opens his mouth. UGH!!! Could he at least let the euphoria stay just a little while. I love that she stands her ground. Good for her. She deserves a good loved and possibly a wonderful boyfriend. And HELLO, can we say love the piercings. It seems more stories are having them. Always seems so yummy. And the image of what happened at the tattoo parlor. WOW, that was defiantly hot. It broke my heart and brought me to tears when Chase cracked. I love that Andrea fought for her man and didn’t give up. Looking forward to reading about Ford and her sister Violet. This should be good.

Playing with Forever is the first book in the Players Club Sinners series. Hold on tight with this book or you will be dropping it often as you lose your grip from all the hotness it contains. This series is a spin-off from the original The Players Club series and it does also take place as the same club. This story is about Andrea Corbin and Chase Noble. She is the sister of Madison, whose story was in Playing by his Rules (The Players Club Book 7). It all starts when Madison gives Andrea an invitation to the club. She and Chase have known each other since they were children and she has had a crush on him for a long time. Chase is the best friend Rick, who is Madison's boyfriend. He and Rick are both Dom's who belong to the club. When Andrea and Chase cross paths at the club things are about to take a turn for them both. But he is a man who does not do relationships and she has longed to be his. He also thinks she is very innocent and has no business being at the club while she is determined to explore. So he decides to be her guide for the night and that starts their journey to an unexpected HEA. Mix in a stalker, Chase becoming jealous and a lot of sizzling hotness that goes with a lot of exploration at a sex club and you have a very delicious story that you can lick all over.
This is my first book by Erika Wilde, and it did not disappoint.
Andrea has recently broken up with her ex and needs some spice in her life. When she tries to express her wishes to her ex, he dismisses her and tells her she is disgusting for desiring the things she wants, so she is sent elsewhere to obtain what she requires. And that place is the Player's Club; when her older sister extends an invitation, she heads there right away, only to find the one person she was hoping to avoid: Chase Noble.
Chase is former navy and his parents own sex clubs over the US, and after getting out of the seals, he requires control in his life and what he needs is to be a Dom in the bedroom, when Andrea comes sniffing around the club he needs to get her out, he can't have the one person he really wants, is her. Trying to scare her off, he only interests her further, and they end up in a pleasure only contract.
That's when he learns she's in danger from a stalker, so he has to try to keep herself why, trying to keep their sex life constricted to a Dom and Sub relationship. The Spice is excellent! Just what I would want for a book revolved around a sex club. The scene in the tattoo shop was my favourite scene!
I can't wait to read Ford and Violet's story next ;)
Thank you to the Author Agency and Erika Wilde for the opportunity to read and review Playing with Forever.
Andrea breaks up with her boyfriend after he belittles her needs in the bedroom, which is how she find herself at the Players Club, an exclusive sex club in Vegas. She wants to explore the world of BDSM and the Dom/Sub dynamic in a safe place and Chase is the man she wants to explore with but knows she never can. So when he approaches her in the club and agrees to teach her, she can’t believe her luck. Chase doesn’t do relationships and he’s kept Andrea at arms length for six years but when they realise she has a stalker he insists she stay with him until they can work out who it is, to keep her safe. But lines blur and feelings grow. Can Chase keep the distance he believes he has to have or will he give in and embrace a full relationship with the only woman who has gotten under his skin?
I do love a sex club story and when you throw in a broken Dom, a touch of ‘I don’t do relationships’ and a stalker, I’m hooked. I enjoyed every delicious second of this book! Watching Chase break his rules for Andrea and truly fall for her was just perfect. I couldn’t put this one down! And I can’t wait for more from this series!
This is an ARC review and all opinions are my own. Thank you to The Author Agency for the ARC copy of this book and for the opportunity to read and review it
What a great start to another sinful series by Erika Wilde! This one had me reading way into the night. It is spicy, suspenseful, plucks at your heart strings, but then soothes it out again with a satisfying ending.
Andrea Corbin just ended a lackluster relationship and she's decided that she's going after what her heart desires. Her decision leads her to The Players Club, and Chase Noble, the man she's been hot after since she met him 6 years ago. A creepy stalker has Chase scooping her into his protection and into his arms.
Chase is still suffering PTSD from a life in the military. Since he came back, nothing has been able to sooth his soul, until Andrea. He knows his desires leans towards kink. Andrea is too kind and innocent for his desires. Or so he thinks.
They discover that one night isn't enough. Their connection is effortless, their chemistry is explosive. She flipped every switch he'd turned off after coming home from military service. They try to figure out what life could be like together. But will her stalker get in the way? Find out how they fight to get their HEA.
Thank you Erika Wilde and The Author Agency for this ARC. The above is my own and personal opinion.
First off, if you’re new to Erika Wilde and/or very sexy books with BDSM elements and it’s not your thing, maybe pick up another book. Or, be brave and read it, don’t blame the author if it doesn’t turn out to be for you. Ms Wilde does a great job of making the reader understand the foundation and reasoning why it’s a lifestyle that is more about trust than anything else. That said, her pairing of Chase, the former Marine with some intense PTSD and the funny and sweet Andrea, who wants to be with a man who takes charge…but just in the bedroom. This spitfire is strong and smart, and not afraid to go after what she wants. And that is Chase. Their relationship starts out as a teaching moment as Andrea visits the Players Club, and Chase volunteers to be her teacher. But as the story progresses and their lessons branch out into feelings as well, Andrea shows Chase that she has things to teach him, as well. I’ve not only read Chase’s parent’s story, but others in the series as well, so getting the next gen books is a great full-circle experience. His chemistry with Andrea is explosive, but the feelings and heart is what gets me every time. Can’t wait until you get brother Austin gets his gal, too!
I had the pleasure of being an ARC reader for this book and man, let me just say the spice in this book was spicing 🔥. This book does contain a lot of BDSM, so if that’s not your thing or offends you in anyway, this book will NOT be for you!
That said, the chemistry between Chase and Andrea was insane and the way she handled everything her threw at her in The Players Club was beyond impressive! Especially for a newbie. I loved the way that he gave her everything she was looking for (and more) while also taking care of her and letting her inside the brick walls he put up after the trauma he endured while in the military. Chase has never let a woman get close to him on an emotional level, but all of that went right out the door with Andrea and he did it while also protecting her from a deranged stalker. The suspense from the stalker situation added a fun twist to the story line that I actually think was vital in Chase & Andrea’s relationship. I truly believe if it weren’t for the stalker and Chase making Andrea stay with him to keep her safe, their relationship wouldn’t have blossomed the way that it did.
We have returned to the Erika Wilde's "Players Club" and we are joined by the next set of sinners. Andrea is looking to attend the Players Club to finally live out her fantasy of being dominated. What she does not count on is Chase being in attendance and offering her one night. These two characters have always been attracted to one another but would never act on it until their encounter at the club. Their chemistry is combustible and beautiful. Chase is intense and when he gets ahold of Andrea there is a possessiveness that takes place that scares him. They start a relationship that is full of lust and intensity. I love them together because Andrea brings out a softer side in him and he brings out something in her that she has been waiting to break free. I love their story and how it unfolds with every chapter you read. I am so glad that the stories continue inside the Players Club and you will too once you pick up this one. Here is your invitation to join us at the Players Club to live out your fantasy inside the pages.

Playing with Forever is a sizzling start to Erika Wilde’s Players Club: Sinners series—and my first read by this author. I’m officially hooked.
Chase is a broody, broken Dom who’s closed himself off since his time in the Navy. Andrea is a good girl ready to reclaim her sexuality after being shamed by an ex. When she walks into the exclusive Players Club to explore her desires, the last person she expects to see is Chase—the one man who’s always kept his distance.
Their chemistry is instant and electric, but what makes this book shine is the emotional connection that builds beneath the heat. Their dom/sub relationship is rooted in trust, consent, and healing. The aftercare scenes? So good.
A stalker subplot adds suspense and tension, though it’s fairly easy to predict. Still, it keeps the pacing tight and stakes high.
Andrea’s quiet strength and Chase’s protective side make them a perfect match. I loved watching them help each other grow, even when things got messy.
This book is more than just spice—it’s about two people learning to be vulnerable and safe with one another. I'm definitely picking up the next book in the series.
