It isn’t a big surprise Katie Knight ended up writing romances about the stellar, studdly men of the Navy SEALs; after all, she was a K-9 trainer for the SEALs and met her own Navy SEAL hero husband while preparing one of their K-9 partners for combat. A few years after their marriage, her and hubby decided to retire with their K-9 partner, Sam, to raise their children in the Midwest. It wasn’t long after that before Katie decided to write her own stories featuring the men of the SEAL teams and the women who love them.

When not imagining dangerously romantic scenarios for her heroes and their feisty heroines, Katie enjoys hikes with her husband and Sam, spending time with her children, and long runs (on and off the beach).

The Captain's SEALs

#1 Snowed in with the SEAL 5 ⭐s

Lila Holden was alone in the world after the deaths of her family, but she still kept a great zest for life. Three years ago, she had a job as a waitress at the lodge where Preston was spending his eight weeks of leave. Then she met him and her life would never be the same.

After his parents were killed when he was young, Preston Lawson bounced between foster homes. He went into the Navy planning to make it his career. He doesn't want to get attached to anyone, lest it interfere with his concentration while on a mission.

She's everything he could want in a woman. That's why, in his mind, he must end their relationship. After all, he's being deployed again in a couple of days. The night she tells him, "I love you," and asks him to keep in contact with her is the night he ends it. He does promise to try to come back to her one day, if he can.

Eight weeks later, he was injured while on a mission. His unit had been betrayed. The enemy knew they were coming and laid in wait for their arrival. One of his teammates was killed. He was mistakenly reported as KIA. Rather than have the error corrected, he used his death to join a Black Ops mission to identify and bring to justice whoever betrayed his team. He's the perfect choice since he has nothing and no one to go home to.

Now 3 years later, he returns to the ski lodge where he had met her. He'd been truly happy there once. He's in for a big surprise this trip! But he's still in a black ops job and someone is trying to harm his family. It's do or die time!

#2 The SEAL's Accidental Pregnancy 5 ⭐s

Navy SEAL Demetri Lewis is receiving mysterious death threats, which he's been ignoring. But when his best friend's little sister, Diana Addison, is threatened, that's a whole different ball game. Especially since he discovers that she's pregnant with his baby. He'll stop at nothing to keep her and their baby safe!

Diana had needed a date to a ball after being dumped by her boyfriend. She had already paid for the tickets, and her pride wouldn't allow her to not attend. She'll attend with a smokin' hot date, showing everyone that her ex was no great loss. She hasn't seen Demetri since he and her brother graduated together ten years ago. At that time, she was sixteen with braces, large-framed glasses, blushes, and who was also somewhat geeky. But she'd also been sweet and fun to be around. He'd enjoyed the time he spent with her. She's now tall and curvy with the bluest eyes he's ever seen.

But someone is stalking her and targeting her. Her house was burned to the ground. Luckily for her, Demetri was there and able to rescue her. His military buddy was killed. It's soon obvious to him that he's the actual target, but the killer wants him to suffer. But why kill him when it will be more satisfying to torture him at the loss of those he's close to instead?

#3Protecting His Pretend Family 5 ⭐s

Six years ago, Aurora Sunshine had left a commune where her sister, Helen, and the rest of her family still resided and had ended up working at a law firm. Her coworkers had just finished throwing her a farewell party as she's about to start a new job. Although she likes them and enjoys working with them, they aren't friend material for her. They already have busy lives outside of work, unlike her.

She's been hired as the temporary secretary at Sheppard Security while the woman she's replacing is on a National Guard deployment. She's certain that even after that woman returns, she will have earned her own job as a researcher with the firm.

She's debating if she wants to stay at the hotel bar or leave; the waitress indicates that the six-top table is needed. Spying an empty seat at the bar, she starts to slide onto the stool just as a man attempts the same move from the other side. He agrees to give her the seat if he can stand next to her. Normally she'd never do this, but she tells him she'd like to invite him back to her place, but they'd agreed to keep their personal lives personal. The clever man gets them a room at the hotel.

Jackson Sheppard was instantly attracted to the woman at the bar. Her unwillingness to exchange personal information was a plus for him. She wasn’t shy or inhibited, but she also had a refreshing innocence about her. He didn't stay the night, although he wanted to. Attachments aren't for him, and he had learned that the hard way.

She was shocked to learn the next morning that not only was he her boss but also owned the company. Other than slightly widening his eyes, he gave no indication that he'd ever seen her before, let alone made love to her.

Just as she's about to submit her resignation because it's just too painful to be reminded of what could have been, a former employee comes in with a baby. Finneas, or Finn, has been hired to protect the baby from a crime syndicate kidnapping him; an attempt has already been made. The parents claim the police are dirty. But the job is just too much for Finn, and Jackson owes him a favor... Finn is also a former SEAL teammate of Jackson's, and Jackson owes him a favor, so he must pay up. She immediately sees all sorts of holes in his story. He doesn't know the baby's first name. All the better to protect him, was his reply. No extra bottles, diapers, clothes, or any other supplies were sent. They had to flee quickly. His story just doesn't make sense. But when both men almost faint when the baby has a gassy burp, she knows she must help Jackson. After all, she's the second of seven children and has several nieces and nephews. It's obvious that if the two men can't handle one baby, Jackson certainly can't do it by himself.

But what's the real story?

#4The SEAL's Unexpected Triplets 5 ⭐s

Cora Caspian has been the nanny for the adorable triplet Lawrence girls from the day they were born. Her employers, Bob and Jeanie Lawrence, had recently died in a restaurant fire. The fire had been ruled as accidental. Only after their deaths did she learn she'd been appointed as their guardian. This made sense to her, as she'd been with them since day one. Mr. Boswell, head of Alert Security, has just informed her that Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence had appointed another guardian to be their protector. This made no sense whatsoever to her, but his appointment was an added codicil to their will.

William is an orphan who was raised knowing nothing about how to be part of a family. This guardianship is his worst nightmare. Realization that someone is targeting "his" girls brings out every protective instinct he never knew he had. Cora is every bit as important to him as the triplets are.

Cora was raised as a military brat. Her father, a Marine Colonel, always placed his duty to serve above all else; feelings were the least important part of his life.
XWilliam is a new hiree at Alert Security. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence felt a protector was necessary. They interviewed him personally, and although he was a new hiree, he's the man they selected for the live-in position. He's much different than what Cora expected: he gets along with Paige, Melody, and Haley very well while still taking his job very seriously. And time alone with him makes her burn in such a delightful way.

But who would target the girls? The why is easy: the girls inherit a huge fortune on their eighteenth birthdays.

#5 The Protective SEAL 5 ⭐s

Fifteen months ago, Franklin Harris' SEAL team had been sent to Costa Rica to extract Samantha "Sam" Engel, the daughter of the ruthless mob boss, Stefan Engel, and deliver her to the witness protection team. She was in Costa Rica to study plankton for her PhD in marine biology. She had agreed to testify for the government against her father.

She'd been raised in the south side of Chicago. Her mother died of cancer when Sam was twelve. After that her grandparents cared for her, but she often had to fend for herself as they were tied up with their theme park.

Franklin was raised by his mother in Rally, a small Nebraska town. His father had served during the first Gulf War. He died a hero after sacrificing his life to save his entire team by throwing himself on top of a live grenade. When Franklin was eighteen, he left for the US Naval Academy and then SEAL training. As a result, he rarely returns to Rally to visit his mother.

Tonight is her last night being herself. Tomorrow she'll lose her identity and become a person created by the government. She'll lose all of her friends, all hopes of earning her PhD, and her dream of becoming a marine biologist. Is there any wonder as to why she'd like to spend her last night of freedom with the man who put his life on the line to save her? Too bad they both forgot that actions can have consequences...

She's being moved again. Sam's family hasn't given up on killing her to silence her testimony against them. They won’t allow Glory, her baby daughter, to live either. Too bad for Sam that her family found a corrupt agent to be one of her escorts. After he kills the other agent, it's sheer good luck that the second agent, a newbie, left the keys in the car. Sam is able to drive away. When she first spots a sign displaying Rally is 10 miles away, it takes her time to remember why that town sounds familiar. Memories of Franklin resurface. Could the town be a safe haven for her and Glory? There's only one way to find out...

Franklin has returned home after his stint in the SEALs. On his last mission, he'd hurt his knee badly enough that he could no longer pass the physical to remain in the Navy, let alone the SEALs. He wanted to put his teaching degree that he earned while in the military to use but will need his Master's degree to get a full-time job. While he's working on that, he's also trying to get his organic farm up and running.

He always thought he'd marry and have a family someday. But no other woman had come close to the perfect woman he'd rescued in Costa Rica. He's so lonely that he's considering getting a dog just to have another heartbeat near him.

As he's nearing Rally, he sees a familiar sight near the hairpin curve. It looks as if another speeding semi using the shortcut road has run another car off the road. Since the car is locked and the driver is nowhere in sight, he decides to see if he can find the driver. If he'd been the driver, he'd appreciate someone trying to find him. Only the driver is Samantha Maria Engel, his dream woman from Costa Rica.

Stefan Engel has always told his children that he brought them into this world, and he can easily take them out of it, too. But Samantha somehow manages to escape from any plan he's had to remove from testifying against him. It's her life or his, and he's not about to forfeit his...

#6 Coming to Her Rescue 5 ⭐s

SEAL Peter Addison has been roped into attending a charity bachelor/bachelorette auction. He's surprised to find that one of the women being auctioned is his squadmate’s gorgeous sister, Hanna Masterson.

After overhearing remarks being made about her by other bidders, he's determined to be the winner of the date with her. Never bet against him!

Peter is on a forced leave. He's accumulated about forty days of leave that he must use or forfeit. A favor owed to his friend, Brody, has brought him to tonight's auction, something he'd rather not be attending! In his mind, if you have to buy or pay for a date, there's something wrong with you.

He and Brody met while in basic training and became best friends. Later, Brody married Natalie, a proper Georgia Southern Belle from a very wealthy family. From a very early age, she'd been raised with the belief that money talked but wealth whispered. She's opened several charities since she'd come into her money.

Peter acknowledges that she's started many worthwhile charities, and he even donates to several. He'd just rather not be trapped at one of these functions that he deems a waste of his time. But every so often, like tonight, he's forced to attend.

Hanna is a licensed therapist with a master’s in psychology. She was disappointed to find that her date will be with Peter. Her brother, Tyler, had gone through BUD/S with Peter and Brody. Being a fellow car enthusiast, Tyler and Peter had become good friends.

When she met Peter five years ago, he made it quite obvious that he had no interest in her when she tried to kiss him, and he rebuffed her. At the auction, she was hoping to make a connection with her date at tonight's auction. She's ready to settle down, but she doubts that Peter is. However, he has blocked her from meeting someone who might want to settle down, possibly with her. Since Tyler is currently deployed, she's certain he didn't know about the auction and also hasn't talked to Peter recently.

Suddenly Hanna's life is turned upside down. While at a conference in Tokyo, she realizes that she might be pregnant. Unfortunately, she couldn't find a pregnancy test with English translations. Back in the States, a pregnancy test reveals that she is pregnant.

She also learns that something is going on with one of her clients. Gordon is an international fine arts dealer. He's left her some cryptic voice mails. He refers to not telling her the truth at their last session; she'd told him to speak to the police about some problem. He tells her that everything should be fine, but in case something should happen to him, he left her a clue. She just has to remember where he had his first date with his now ex-wife. She learns that Gordon is dead, and his clue leads her to a flash drive. The bad guys are now after her.

She's in love with Peter, and she thinks he may love her. However, Peter believes SEALS shouldn't be married, and they certainly should never be parents.

This boxset contains six full length stories filled with danger and romance, as love comes calling in the most unexpected manner.

Snowed in with the SEAL
Navy SEAL Preston Lawson has the chance to join an elite BlackOps team after he is reported as KIA, in error. On holiday from his new role, he goes to the last place he was happy, only to come across the woman who stole his heart years ago. Lila Holden met Preston some three years ago and they spent the summer together before he was deployed again with his SEAL team, and he had decided that she deserved more than he could give her in commitment to a future together. She had declared her love for him on their last night together in the wilderness cabin. But the feelings he was having for her, were confusing the life he had planned for himself, joining the Navy as soon as he left high school and his last foster home. All she asked was that he keep in touch with her, having lost her parents and then her only brother in Iraq, she just wanted to know he was okay. He doesn’t want to but does promise to come back one day if he can. Being injured eight weeks into his deployment and losing one member of their team, is gut wrenching for Preston, especially when the enemy somehow knew they were coming! When his CO comes to see him after he is discharged, he shows him a memo from the Pentagon, which shows he was killed in action and is supposed to be dead! His captain tells him this could be the perfect opportunity for him to find out how the enemy knew they were coming and still serve his country as a ghost. That way he could figure out who is betraying his unit and take down terrorist units at the same time.

The only person he has left behind is Lila, but he had already told her they were finished weeks before. Only he doesn’t realise he left her pregnant and alone, and when she tried to contact him, she got the news that he was dead! She had struggled to start with, until she received an unexpected inheritance and was finally able to give her son Parker, a holiday at the same Cedar Lodge, where she used to work. She has hired a cabin, and it seems Preston had exactly the same idea and has his own cabin booked there, both returning to a place that had great memories. She has the cabin they were in for that special summer together, and his is right next door. When she spots him unpacking, she immediately recognises him, but he has to deny it. His life is different now, but he can’t sleep, as his mind and body have never forgotten her, and it seems he has a child he never even knew about, with her! Life isn’t going to be simple going forward and this time, it isn’t Preston’s life that is in danger, and he feels helpless as he realises just what he might lose. He has the chance to get closer to his son, Parker, and now a second chance with Lila, while he awaits word from his CO about what to do about his identity being compromised. Someone is after Lila and he should have listened to his instincts when he first thought something was wrong, but he will do everything in his power to ensure she is kept safe.

The SEAL’s Accidental Pregnancy
Navy SEAL Demetri Lewis is used to being threatened, but when his best friend’s sister Diana Addison is threatened as well, his protective side is forced into action. He first met Diana as a sixteen-year-old, when he and her brother Peter were celebrating their graduation from the naval academy. She was then his little sister, until he was asked to help be her blind date to a ball, to show she was better off without her ex-Brad Davis, who constantly put her down. They both end up drinking a little more than expected and end up agreeing to have a one-night stand. Now, some four months later, after returning from a mission that went badly, he is racing to Diana, after returning to a home with multiple threatening letters awaiting him, all blaming him for the failure of his last mission and that they would also go after the people he loved! First his aunt, then his first squadron leader in the SEALs, who had thought he could deal with it himself and ended up dead in an alley after being shot execution style. He managed to get his aunt somewhere safe, but now he has to get to Diana’s new place out in the countryside. He doesn’t know that their one-night stand left her pregnant with his child, but soon does as he explains the same person has also been stalking her and knows where she lives. Having a madman stalking her is not what she really wanted, and she is glad to reconnect with Demetri and have him there to protect her and their unborn child. He is a little shocked at the news of a baby but a sudden attack soon reprioritises his thoughts and actions. He has to get her somewhere safe and she has no time to even pack!

He calls a SEAL buddy who owned a security company, Sheppard Security in Norfolk, for some help with his next moves. He won’t accept their immediate help, feeling he has to be the one to protect Diana and their baby. At least Jackson and his team can help to identity the shadowy figure he saw walking along a road near her house, shortly after it was attacked. When he finds out the result, he will be completely shocked! Somehow the stalker has followed them to Norfolk and he will need to figure out how this person seems to know exactly where they are, even when they end up in some rundown motel at random. More surprises follow as another player comes into the front running as their stalker and brings another round of guilt to Demetri. It seems that the stalker Demetri and his buddies identified, is not the real danger to Diana and their baby, and they will need to come up with a more drastic plan to stop them. Demetri and Diana have gotten closer as they jumped from motel to motel in an attempt to lose their stalker, but when a direct attack leaves him jumping in to take a bullet meant for her, a sudden decision made by him could tear them apart. She has already given him her heart, but he may well break it, as he decides a path that pushes them apart for her safety and what he believes he should actually do. A hard lesson to be learnt for Demetri when he feels the pain of all he has lost through his own actions, something only he can and has to fix!

Protecting His Pretend Family
A young woman celebrating a new job opportunity with her former workmates, ends up having a one-night stand with a gorgeous man. Only Aurora Sunshine soon finds out that this man is her new boss at the security firm she was hired by, former Navy SEAL Jackson Sheppard. She was supposed to be working as a temporary secretary with Sheppard Security and was hoping in six months to have worked her way into a research spot with the company, after being told at her interview that they would be looking for a researcher in a few months. Sheppard had nicknamed her Sunflower because of her sleeve tattoo of flowers, including sunflowers and in return she called him Captain Sexy. Not having exchanged names, neither knew who the other really was, until she came across him on her first day at her new job. They decide to be professional and ignore the chemistry still between them, making no mention of even knowing each other to anyone, but it leaves Aurora feeling awkward and not enjoying her job like she hoped. Her sister Helen even tries to persuade her to come home to the commune for the holidays, but that would be a backward step after all she has done to progress on the outside. Her steps to help research one of the company’s open cases backfires and has the wrong kind of result and she is told to stay in her lane and do the job she was hired for! That left her stomach churning yet again and her determination to write her resignation when she got home. Before that, Sheppard finally decides he needs to clear the air with Sunshine, as even he is being affected by their silence and avoidance, and when the truth comes out it could be messy.

Once their discussion is over, Paul Wilson, his second in command, notices a former member of his and Sheppard’s SEAL team drive up, Finneas Leary, and he brings a baby carrier out of his car with him! The baby boy isn’t Finn’s, he is just a middleman for a wealthy couple who are being targeted by a drug cartel. Finn wants Sheppard to take care of the baby, keep moving so it doesn’t get found and he will be in touch when it’s safe. He owes Finn a favour for saving his life, so he reluctantly takes the case and ends up asking Sunshine to help him, as she clearly has a lot more knowledge about babies than him! He is exceptionally closed emotionally and spent a childhood without a real parent figure and passed from pillar to post. His first real home was in the Naval Academy and he has never considered having a home with a family of his own, which was why he made it clear to Sunflower that he didn’t do relationships. Being stuck together with baby ‘Buster’, has brought temptation calling and he is beginning to wonder about what is between them. They get found a couple of times and end up having to go somewhere they don’t expect anyone would know of, but even there may not be as safe as they wanted. Jackson has made plain he doesn’t want a relationship and has always been a loner, and always will be! A surprise for Sunshine makes his attitude all the worse and it seems that their time together is at an end. It will be up to Jackson to realise what he is missing and that his own happiness is tied to Sunshine’s, and he will need to produce a huge apology and make things right with her, ignoring his fear of rejection he has carried from his childhood and finally take a chance on love for a chance at a HEA ending!

SEAL’s Unexpected Triplets
William Royce has interviewed for a new job at Alert Security after being forced to retire from the Navy SEALs after an injury on his last mission. His first job during his probationary period will be to provide security for Cora Caspian and the Lawrence triplets she has just become the guardian of, after the death of their parents. Cora initially refuses to have any security for the triplets, believing their parents died in a restaurant fire, but there had been something going on that led to the Lawrence’s arranging protection in the months just before they died! Finding out that the security firm have an ex-military man in mind for the role of in-house security with her and the girls, just reminds her of her out of reach father, who put his job before family, even as his wife died and left their teen to cope all alone. Before he can take up the role, William has to been assessed by a social worker for his interactions with the three girls, all of whom have distinct personalities. Paige as the firstborn, was wilful and independent, as well as stubborn; Melody had a great capacity for joy and was nearly always happy, but didn’t like being bossed about; while the youngest Hayley was the quietest and quite shy especially with strangers, and had withdrawn the most since losing their parents. William has no experience at all with children, but manages to handle the girls surprising well during his alone time with them, getting approval for the job.

As he moves his meagre belongings into the Lawrence house, Cora was busy trying to make breakfast. When he comes down, he asks her a few questions and she reveals she had a routine visit from a gas engineer. Just as she was about to light the stove, he could smell gas and rushes them all outside, before calling his boss and getting a real engineer out. It seems the girls are definitely in danger, not withstanding the fact he had already found someone was following her, before he took up the role. Numerous other attempts are made on the girls, whether that is to kill them or to kidnap them is unclear, and William’s job is made ever more difficult as he falls for Cora and starts to involve himself in the girls’ care, having noticed how worn-out Cora has become trying to do everything herself. She initially refuses to adhere to any kind of structure or timetable, but eventually begins to see the reasoning behind a regular schedule for each day, which lets the girls learn a routine and for William to be able to protect them knowing what they are up to at any time. He falls behind checking on the video footage each day and has to ask his new boss for more help, thinking it will make him look bad, but his boss tells him they are a family and help each other out. He feels guilty when one of the girls is hurt after he missed something on the video and has to refocus on their protection and doing his job. He needs to check into any and all possible culprits and find who is behind all the attacks and threats. One obvious candidate pops up, but evidence needs to be found to ensure they can’t get back out and hurt the girls again. He can’t afford to get distracted again and blocks his feelings until the job is done, reminding Cora more of her father and not in a positive way.

Once they are safe, his protective duties should be over. Cora can’t wait for him to go, but they will both grow to regret words said and those left unsaid, as the true depth of their feelings for each other and even his effect on the girls, cannot be ignored. They withstood a load of danger all together, and have bonded as a family, something William never saw himself having with his own past experiences. Having to choose duty over family is soon something he regrets and the demands of three stubborn little girls leads to a phone call and final realisation of what they all desire.

The Protective SEAL
Franklin Harris was on a mission in Costa Rica some fifteen months ago and was separated from his team, ending up with their target Samantha Engel, the daughter of a notorious gangster, who they were to help move into protective custody. Franklin ends up in a safehouse alone with her and she needs his comfort that night, before he hands her over to WitSec. They spend their time talking about each other and finding out about their dreams and wishes, never thinking they would meet again. Present day, Sam and her six-month-old daughter Glory, are being transported to yet another new location in Nebraska, by two Marshalls, when they make an unexpected stop at a gas station and her life is placed in danger yet again. She was due to testify at her father’s second trial and hopefully he would be put away for life this time! Escaping with her daughter in the Marshall’s car, she ends up near Franklin’s hometown of Rally, before she ends up in a ditch after being forced off the road by a truck. Shortly afterwards, Franklin happened to drive past and checked on the wrecked car and call in the sheriff, then carried on along the road until he came across Sam and her baby. Both are shocked to see the other and each remember that one night they spent together, as Franklin realises that Glory must be his daughter and he knows they are supposed to be in WitSec. He pretends Sam, now known as Mary Smith, is his fiancée, delaying her being questioned further by the sheriff and having to provide insurance documents for the government car, which would raise a lot of questions! He had been forced to retire from the SEALs after an injury and looked for a teaching position back home, only to find out he was no longer as qualified as he had hoped. He works on his organic farm part time and has a substitute teaching job, while he works out his options for the future. That has just all changed in an instant.

Now he has a daughter, he never knew of, he will do everything he can to protect both Glory and Sam. It may not be safe to stay at his farmhouse, as too many clues would lead her father and his men straight to his door. He knows he isn’t as fit and action ready as he used to be, so he will have to use other skills learnt on the job, to keep them all safe from danger, and reclaim his warrior side. He hasn’t been able to find another woman to make him happy since he was with Sam, with no one quite comparing to his memories of her. It seems it has been the same for her. Staying alive and caring for her daughter has been her main purpose. Somehow her father’s men keep finding them and if his fellow former SEAL Zeke can’t pull through at the Marshall’s office, then they will end up with nowhere else to go. As soon as he can get her safely into Zeke’s hands, he will have to leave her and Glory behind and that thought is not one that sits well with him. Sam is likewise conflicted, knowing they had rekindled that night of the past, has only made it harder to part from him, but she has already placed enough hurt and danger in his lap and he deserves to have a carefree life, away from the drama of her father’s vengeance. She will be back into Witness Protection, with yet another new name and a new location, so he won’t know where she or his daughter are! Only Zeke’s thoughts of the trial’s result will give the two of them a chance, a slim one, but still a chance of a HEA together.

Navy SEAL Peter Addison attends a charity auction and ends up bidding for Hanna Masterson, his squad mate’s sister, to keep her from being bought by the other guests, who aren’t being very nice or polite about the women on stage, with a few drinks in them. He wins the auction for her and they end up on a great date and a steamy night together, which leaves her pregnant. He had left after their night together and she had to presume it was just a fling for him! Before she can even tell him of her pregnancy, one of her high-profile clients is murdered and she believes she is next on the killer’s list! All she knew of Gordon, was that he was a high-end art dealer and that he had been quite worried about something a few weeks before she left to travel to Japan on business. She had advised him to go to the police if he needed to, but the last appointment with him, he was much happier and said everything was okay. She was in Japan for three weeks and had started feeling a bit off and tired and after speaking to her brother, he had called Peter to ask him to pick her up from the airport on her return. As soon as they got to his car, a van pulled up and masked men jumped out with guns and started shooting at her side of his car! He realises it isn’t safe to go to her place and so takes her to his, but they will have noted his number plate and even there won’t be safe for long.

Hanna had received a voicemail from Gordon and seems he knew he was in danger and that he has left something behind for her. The first recording on the drive she was left, gives a bit of a clue, but he arranges to pass it on to a former SEAL, who has his own security firm, to decrypt.

Snowed in with the Seal

On a break from a BlackOps mission, Preston thinks there’s no better place to escape but the place where he has the happiest memories. Three years ago, Lila spent the most memorable short months with Preston at a beautiful resort. She knew their time would be limited, but what she didn’t know what that the time would result in a child and heartbreak when she learned Preston died. Fast forward to her trip back to the resort with her son to start over. She doesn’t expect to learn that Preston really isn’t dead and neither does she expect the trouble that follows.

The Seal’s Accidental Pregnancy

Demetri is asked by his friend, Peter, to step in as a date for his sister, Diana, after a traumatic breakup with her ex. A night he is not particularly thrilled about leads to an electric one night stand. Little does he know that the one night stand resulted in a pregnancy. Upon returning from a mission, he finds out that not only is he in danger, but someone is after those close to him. Nothing matters to him more but keeping those he loves safe.

Protecting his Pretend Family

SEALs will do just about anything for fellow SEALs - even pretend to be a family. That’s exactly what Jackson Sheppard does when a friend comes to him for help. Aurora is starting a new job with Sheppard Security as a secretary all the while not knowing that her boss is the same guy she had a one night stand with. As Aurora contemplates what she is going to do moving forward, she’s thrown into assisting with protecting the baby of one of Jackson’s former teammates. Maybe the pretending to be a family part isn’t so hard as they get to know each other.

The Seal’s Unexpected Triplets

Cora is a nanny to triplets who then becomes their guardian when their parents unexpectedly pass away. As she begins to navigate her new reality, she learns that a term of the will was to have a live-in bodyguard for the triplets as well. She believes this is excessive, but soon feels otherwise.

The Protective Seal

Franklin hasn’t been able to find his niche since retiring as a SEAL. During a former mission, he met Sam, the daughter of a mob boss, who he was tasked with rescuing. He never expected to see her again or that the passion they shared after her rescue resulted in a daughter. Now in witness protection and on the run, Sam ends up forced off the road in a small town which just happens to be the small town where Franklin now lives. When Franklin just happens to come upon Sam and her daughter, he can’t help but slip right back into the role of protector.

Coming to Her Rescue

Peter is a Navy Seal attending a charity auction. He wins a date with his teammate’s sister, Hanna. He bids on her to protect her from the other bidders who don’t seem to have very pure intentions. Hanna doesn’t have any expectations from their date, certainly not a surprise pregnancy. When Hanna learns she’s in danger, what else can Peter do but protect her and her baby at all costs?

What is better than six books combined into one? Each of these books was previously published and is an easy read packed full with thrilling, heart pounding events and spicy encounters! There’s nothing hotter than a SEAL protecting people especially when romance is involved. I felt each book was spicier than the one before. The books are not directly connected, but you do see some repeat characters in the stories. I was surprised at how well they all fit together. This combination is great for people who like a series, but also like a variety of scenarios and not worrying about connecting events of previous books. This compilation is perfect for a rainy weekend or sunny days at the beach when you want to relax and lose yourself in multiple different worlds of each of the characters. The stories give you all the feels and leave you with restored faith in the capabilities of the alpha male.

Snowed in with the SEAL
I was pulled into the story from the moment it opened. The connection between Preston and Lila is so clear to see; it hurt my heart to watch as choices and circumstances pulled them apart. Their coming back together was fraught with emotional turmoil and unanticipated danger. The source and reason for the danger was nothing I had been anticipating and was a chilling twist. I loved seeing this little family find its way back to peace and harmony.
The SEAL’s Accidental Pregnancy
I really enjoyed this book. The chemistry between Diana and Demetri was undeniable. And watching them work through all of their personal baggage while trying to evade a madman made even my jaded little heart sigh. I loved Diana’s independence and quiet patience. Demetri is everything I expect from a military hero: noble, brave, and fiercely protective. It was a joy to see him learn to come out from behind the walls guarding his heart.
Protecting His Pretend Family
To say that Jackson and Aurora’s childhoods were unconventional would be understating the case. He learned fast that connections only cause pain, so he’s lived his life as a loner ever since. Instead, Aurora learned love and community from the time she took her first breath and now she practically radiates her namesake sunshine. When the pair are forced on the run to protect an infant in their care, can Aurora teach Jackson how to love and be loved before the evil hunting for their deaths catches up to them? A twisty little mystery wrapped around a core of pure love. I adored watching this pair as they got real and vulnerable with one another, but it broke my heart every time their emotional baggage tripped them up. The ending of this book made me sigh with happiness.
SEAL’s Unexpected Triplets
This book has all the things that make me love reading romantic suspense. There’s blazing chemistry between our leading couple. Even though they’re fighting it, we all know that eventually William and Cora are going to give in to that magnetic pull. There’s a compelling mystery that both brings our hero and heroine together but also makes it more difficult for them to stay that way. Bonus for it being a mystery I couldn’t immediately outthink. There’s pulse-pounding suspense and dramatic action that pull the reader deeper into the story. And there’s sweet, silly family moments that left me alternately giggling and saying “awe!” too many times to count.

This is an amazing set series to have in a single box set. North's characters, as always, are crafted with intelligence, feeling, empathy and a splash of spice (okay, a whole lotta spice😉). Each of these 6 books will draw you into the story and have you flipping the pages, "just one more chapter"ing your way to the end. They are all stand-alone and I didn't find that order really mattered much (I had read a couple previously but reread them in this format).

As noted, the characters are easy to resonate with, being highly relateable even if life circumstances are vastly different. Each book was written in dual POV (my favorite) so readers get some introspection from each MC, and the writing itself was straight forward and easy to follow (no convoluted sentences structures or runaway paragraphs). I can always count on North's books to be solid and provide me with the pure escapism I crave. Thank you!!

I was fortunate to receive a gift copy of this box set abd and voluntarily provided this review. Happy Reading Y'all 📚

This six-book SEAL romance collection by is a thrilling blend of danger, passion, and unexpectedly tender moments. Each story dives into the lives of battle-hardened Navy SEALs who are forced to confront their deepest fears—not on the battlefield, but in matters of the heart.

From surprise pregnancies to second chances and forced proximity, these stories deliver on emotional stakes and high-octane suspense. The characters are strong, loyal, and swoon-worthy, while the heroines bring grit, warmth, and just the right amount of fire. Perfect for fans of military romance with protective heroes and heartwarming family twists.

You'll laugh, you'll swoon, and you might just need a fan nearby. A must-read for lovers of steamy, emotionally rich romantic suspense.

This series is from 2019 and that is when I originally read and reviewed each of the books. I refreshed myself with his box set and the stories and characters still hold up. Plus they are what you you anticipate from author Katie Knight. This box set is a great way to get your hands on some sexy, alpha, and protective SEALs and the women that they fall to their knees over.

Wow – six excellent SEALs’ books. Each book has a SEAL waiting to do their part, which will bring them something they didn’t expect. I love this. Each SEAL has his mission, but the end result is what is most wonderful. Each book is a standalone and has surprises for our SEALS.

Snowed in with the SEAL is about Preston and Lila.
The SEAL’s Accidental Pregnancy is about Demetri and Diana.
Protecting His Pretend Family is about Jackson and Aurora.
SEAL’s Unexpected Triplets is about William and Cora.
The Protective SEAL is about Franklin and Samantha.
Coming to Her Rescue is about Peter and Hanna.

With danger on their heels, attraction in their hearts and innocents to protect, all bets are off. Knight and North turn heartwarming romance into a breathtaking game of intrigue.

Snowed in with the Seal is a dance with danger. Preston and Lila take emotions through the maze of instant attraction, heartbreaking reveals and never-ending twists and turns.

The Seal's Unexpected Triplets has elements of wicked adorableness, but it also throws in a bit of naughty to set off sparks in the heart. A dangerous man and a sweet hearted nanny find themselves guardians of a set of triplet girls.

This boxset has six different stories, and wow. The stories here were pretty good, and kept my attention.

The books are as follows:
Snowed in with the SEAL
The SEAL's Accidental Pregnancy
Protecting His Pretend Family
SEAL's Unexpected Triplets
The Protective SEAL
Coming To Her Rescue

The books were fun reads, although they were a bit predictable. I did like that there were common characters throughout the books, as it made them tie together better. There were a couple of stories that dealt with siblings, which was fun, but it was hard to put some of the timelines together.

I would read more from this author. The books, as I said were cute, and fun reads.

I really enjoyed these stories in this box set.

All books were full of action, danger intensity and suspense that took over the page. Each hot seal was out to save his damsel in distress and protect her with his life and she pretty much did it right back.

The chemistry between the guys and their ladies was explosive in a few of the stories and simmered in others.

My favourite was The Protective Seal between Franklin and Sam. These two struck me and that connection. Phew! But all stories in this set were a pleasure to read.

Wow, this box set is amazing. If you like to read about the journey these men take to find their happy ever after with the women they fall for, then this set of six books is for you. These men are the epitomy of honour and duty, which are tested when they each find themselves in tricky situations with the women that test and captivate them. Jam-packed with drama, action, some spice and suspense, these books certainly don't disappoint and will be so captivating that you won't be able to put them down.

The Captain's Seals: Six Complete Navy Seal Romance Box-set by Katie Knight and Leslie North. These were new authors to me and I have to say I fell in love with each book in this series. Each book was special in its on way, and although each book tended to deal with pregnancy they each were unique in their own way. I read this series in two days. I would certainly recommend it to others.
