I LOVE the way Lara weaves a story! This duet was delicious and I devoured them both. She has such a unique way of writing that makes her work feel unique. Also the kinks in this duet were up my alley 100%. I can tell by reading a novella if Lara’s written it and it she NEVER misses. Grab this duet. You’ll fall in love with the chemistry and the spice factor. The setting was charged with chemistry - I love the fact that this originates in the corporate workplace as someone who works in that world.

Skylar is a graphic design consultant who works for 3 incredibly hot bosses: Paul, Hunter and Mark. They are the co-founders and co-owners of EcoStarTech. Paul is the gruff and grumpy CEO, Hunter is the hunky tech genius, and Mark is the former fitness model turned COO. The men have each secretly possessed strong feelings towards Skylar for 4 years, since the day she first interviewed. They've shared women in the past, although none for more than one night. Can they manage to get Skylar to take a chance on them? They want forever but lured her in with the promise of one night. They shot their shot, now will they win the ultimate prize of forever?

I knew going into this book that it ended with a cliffhanger. I knew it! Yet as I'm finishing the book I found myself thinking, "it's a cliffhanger???" I was so wrapped up in the story that I completely forgot. I just wish that "Out With a Bang" was released now because I NEED these four to get together forever!!!! I wish patient was a word that has been used to describe me throughout my life. Instead I was always referred to as "impulsive" and "impatient". Grrrrrr. I guess I'll have to dig deep and wait it out.

This book is pure addiction. Each man is swoon worthy. Skylar is relatable and sweet, yet also daring and fearless. Knowing it's only for one night, she lays it on the line exactly what she wants from each man. This book is hot, hot, hot and 1000% worth the read.

WOW! I think that’s a good way to start this review!

I love anything that Lara writes, but this is something else! Something super steamy! Something that I am a HUGE fan of!

Sklyar has worked as a consultant for Paul, Hunter and Mark for four years, while lusting from afar. When she turns in her notice, the men want to give her a special year-end bonus! (I want one too!)

When she arrives at the location they sent her, there’s not a lot of waiting for the “bonus.” Things heat up fast!

Hunter is first. I like to call him “the preparer.” Next is Mark. He’s the first to ‘test the product’ and he keeps her lingerie! For some reason, Paul is saying “no,” but as soon as he sees the others giving her pleasure and Skylar totally enjoying what is going on, he’s all in!

They continue the evening in bang-up fashion but when they wake up, she’s gone. Where did she go? Was it something they said? They all thought she was loving what they were all doing.

If you’re like this reader, you are going to want to read the next book immediately. Alas, you’ll have to wait to find out what happens!

I’ve read a ton of Lara London’s books, but none exactly like this. The reverse harem-why choose trope is picking up in intensity, and I’m happy to see my favorite author hopping on the train! Can’t wait for Book 2!

This book gets going from the beginning and I could not put it down! A huge 10-Star win for the fabulous Lara London!.

The Complications of One Memorable Night -
Paul, Hunter and Mark had been lusting after Skylar in the four years she had worked for them, but they only watched her from afar. However, the moment Skylar handed in her notice, all bets were off and they made her an offer based on their knowledge of her, which she gladly accepted. The plan for the night had been set, but it didn’t go a# planned, as one of the three decided to only watch. Nevertheless, Skylar got to have her fantasies fulfilled by all of them before they fell asleep.

Unfortunately, Paul, Hunter and Mark’s plans to make Skylar aware of their true intensions were dashed when they woke up to find out she had left and only left a cryptic note, that sent them into a spiral. I usually don’t like reading books that end with a cliffhanger, but I am really glad I made an exception with this book, as the story quickly drew me in from the beginning and kept me intensely turning the pages, but left me eagerly the waiting to read the next book in the series.

Skylar ready for something new puts in her notice and plans a trip to Europe. Her bosses are quite sad about this because the three of them don’t want her to leave. This though meant she was no longer an employee that they couldn’t date. They decided to invite her to their Christmas party even though she was no longer employed to give her a great Christmas bonus. They planned a role playing event around her exit interview. Hunter and Mark both obsessed with her planned the event without telling Paul. This upset Paul and he locked himself away to avoid them. But Paul has been secretly in love with Skyler couldn’t hold out for long and joined in the play. When they woke Skylar was gone leaving a note. Family emergency she said. Can they use their skills to find her and make her theirs permanently. Because they each have fallen for her over the past four years.

YEAR-END BONUS is Book 1 of the Ours to Worship Duet... and OMG is it a hot one.  It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, reverse harem why-choose, curvy girl gets her 3 hot bosses holiday romance. Skylar is a curvy, independent graphic designer with a love of reverse-harem romances. She put in her notice a month ago. She has wanted all three of her bosses and they are also in love with her and asked her to come to the holiday part for a special year-end bonus. They hope to win her over forever. Paul is the hunky, grumpy CEO. Hunter is the charming, hunky CTO, and Mark is the sweet and hunky COO. The three have been best friends since they were young and now have their own tech company. Year-End Bonus is a Why Choose short read romance that really delivers. This spicy romance features three bosses, Hunter, Mark, and Paul who have an intense chemistry with their former employee, Skylar. They give Skylar a special invitation for a night of fun and fantasy. Although each boss has more interest in Skylar than they admit, (or that she realizes) they follow through with the feisty, steamy night as planned. This story is full of humor, an unexpected twist or two, spicy-spice, and agreed upon fun by Hunter, Mark, Paul, and Skylar. The story does end in a cliff hanger, which the author notes, which I appreciated. Year-End Bonus is Book 1 of the Ours to Worship Duet series.

Skylar is at home with her brother while thinking about what she has planned for tonight with her former bosses. The men are all different, but equally strong and virile. Her brother’s wife is the only one who knows what her plans are for tonight and has been sworn to secrecy. All Skylar knows is she worked for the company for four years and put in her notice and made plans. Then the offer from the bosses came as a one night only thing.
Year End Bonus is a why choose spicy romance and a great read. The characters are well fleshed out, and they actually make you care about what happens to them. This is a very spicy read and is well done. Grab this book and enjoy.

Lara London writes fantastic smut! I love everything that she writes but this.... a cliffhanger.... I'm not so sure I can wait for the Book 2 to come out. ha ha.

This is a fantastic story about Skylar who recently put in her notice and no longer works for Hunter, Mark, and Paul. They have been consumed by her for the 4 years that she's worked for them. Now that she no longer works for them they invited her to the company Christmas party and a special night to remember, just the 4 of them together. Skylar agreed and this is the story of that night. Tons of fun, spice, and feelings are to be had in that night.

Then just as you wonder how this story is going to end, The Cliffhanger!!! NOOOOO! I want, I need book 2 NOW!

I HATE CLIFFHANGERS!!!! I am well aware that I was warned, but now I have to wait a month to read book two and I am already going out of my mind wanting to know what happens. What happens when your sexy bosses promise you one night to make all of your fantasies come true? Lara has done it again and I have to keep reminding myself to breathe. I want more of Skylar, Hunter, Mark and Paul, and I don’t know if I can wait that long.

SO HOT!

This book is about three guys who have been friends since eighth grade and a gal who worked for them that they all fell for.

They agreed to spend one night together and go from there. They all ended up professing feelings during their escapades but something happened and CLIFFIE lol

However the way the story is written you know how it will end up and this one ends with kind of a happy for now with the guys being content but not at the same time.

I really enjoyed this one and can’t wait for the next one!

If you want a quick, more spice then plot read this one is for you.

The story line is a ok but let’s be real this book is more for the spice than anything and the spice was 🥵. What happens when you quit your job and your 3 very attractive, very wealthy boss, offers you a night of yummy fun for your leaving bonus….well you accept of course.

Note this book does end in a cliffhanger but you do not need to wait to long for book 2.

Lucky Skylar has three bosses who have planned a sexy bonus for her as a leaving gift - a bonus that's supposed to lead to her being theirs forever. The problem? They don't have a chance to explain what they want and Skylar is gone by the time the 'bonus' has been paid.

Very well written, easy to read, full of spice. Short RH novella that ends on a cliff hanger.

The characters were so very appealing and hawt together and complicated. Plot was perfection and world building was excellent and impressive. Cannot wait for more of this RH. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

Feelings getting in the way.
Awesome. THIS IS PART 1 OF 2. She’s not planning on staying even though she’s been in love with ALL THREE of her bosses. The three partners are very good friends and tend to share EVERYTHING. When she submits her resignation and is flying out the next morning the men make her an offer that’s hard to decline.

Hooked from the 1st page. This reverse harem is a quick read, read in one go in less than couple hours. Loved the individuality of each character. Book ends on cliffhanger and can’t wait for book two to be released, will they get there HEA?.

I liked this but I didn't love it. I liked the men and felt they were written well but I wasn't a huge fan of Skylar or the plot. It felt a lot was missing and I didn't feel their connections as much as I would have liked. I do struggle with the why choose trope but this one was definitely easier to read than others within this genre.

This was a quick read and didn’t offer too much in the way of a plot. Skylar accepts an illicit offer from her three former bosses and they all have a passionate night together. She takes off before the men wake, leaving only a note. All three men are determined to find her and let her know they want so much more than one night. The book ends on a cliffhanger. We all know why we pick up these spicy novellas, and this one was better than most. While it is plot-light it’s still well written and we get some very spicy times. As long as you know what to expect you won’t be disappointed with this one.
