You’re not behind. You’re not too much. You’re not too late. You are here. You are real. You are rising. And that…is enough. 😭

I highly recommend this book if you are in a journey of self-healing.

I’ve never felt more understood by a self-help book. I’m not usually someone who reads these kinds of books but man, did it help. This book is a treasure that burrows its way into the deepest crevices of your trauma and heals you bit by bit.

Another bed time self help book.

The cover of the book itself made me feel funky and the way it was written I didn’t love, felt too broken up for my liking. But some lovely messages within and a self care book is never a loss <3

I don’t usually lean towards self-help books, but I heard many great things about this one and I’m so glad I picked it up! I truly think every woman needs to read this and anyone going through heartbreak as well. Here’s one of my favorite quotes in the book:

"Your healing will heal others. You're not invisible. When you're healing in silence, it's easy to feel unseen. You cry quietly, break down in bathroom stalls, and still show up smiling. No one claps for the courage it takes to just keep going.
But hear this — you are not invisible. Your quiet healing is still radiating outwards. The way you speak softer, pause longer, choose love when anger feels easier. That changes the room. Maybe no one says it out loud, but your healing is felt. By the child you didn't yell at, by the friend who finally opened up, by the stranger you smiled at when they were about to give up.
Healing isn't just for you — it reshapes how you show up. How you listen. How you love.
People may not say it, but they breathe easier around you. Their nervous systems relaxes. Their guard softens.
You became what you always needed — a place where pain isn't punished and mess isn't rejected. You became home — for you, and for others."

3 - this took me so long to read because sometimes it low-key made me like emotional especially fresh into the healing start. it definitely was good and I liked some parts of it and made me think about things a little differently. But also it was kind of basic and repetitive and I feel like there are better self healing books out there, but it was a good start for the gist of it. not sure why it took me months to read though like I started this in October and the chapters are so short but for some reason I just like never wanted to read it, but also again it did kind of make me emotional in some parts so that was some of the reason too lol. Overall it was okay, if you want something quick and simple. It was a low effort self help book that required no brain power.

This book is great for people not in therapy, and it's an added bonus for those who are. While this isn't life altering information in the book, it does help you feel less alone in your healing journey regardless of what you're healing from. It's little reminders of hope, to not give up, and even if you feel like you've taken huge steps back, that even an inch of progress, is still progress. It's great for a quick-ish listen/read.

This book felt like a gentle but honest conversation for anyone who’s been holding it together for a long time.

Rowen stripped away fake positivity and offered raw reflections and comfort, reminding her readers that healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but about coming back home to who you already are.

“You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need to come home to yourself.” -Rowen

“Blame or change? Collapse or courage? Rewriting the script . . . You’re the writer now!” -Rowen 💌

Very clearly ai. Even the “narrator” on audible is narrated by virtual voice. Dont waste your time reading this. There are far better books by real authors out there.

This book doesn’t give any advice for healing , it just talks about feelings. Like someone posted in chat gpt all the things they were struggling with and had it make chapters on each.

This book screams AI. This book……the fact that it does not have anything of substance or groundbreaking information, or anything personable = not for me.
