This NLT Wide Margin Bible is filament-enabled, meaning you can connect to digital resources. You can use a phone or tablet camera to scan a page number, and it will show you helpful things devotions, videos, music, and more.

The single column format, with notes and references at the bottom, allows wide, lined margins for journaling, notetaking, or word art.

Features at the back of the Bible I appreciate:

• I like how simple and clean this Bible is. Instead of having a page introducing each book, it gives a Visual Overview of the Bible, which is great for visual learners. Important biblical events are shown with colorful, full-page maps and other infographics.
• The Tyndale Verse Finder is an index that helps you find key words and topics.

This Bible includes words of Christ printed in red, an attached ribbon marker, and a presentation page for gift-giving. I must mention the pretty Grace & Bloom LeatherLike® cover! It looks nice on my nightstand and reminds me to spend time in God’s Word each morning.

This beautiful Bible is covered with a cream-colored Leathersoft cover. Upon the cream cover, there are lovely green stems and violet and goldenrod blossoms and the title, "Holy Bible," in golden print. That matches the golden edges of the Bible's pages. (On the back cover, the Bible verse, Psalm 27:8 is in the center of the blossoms.)

Inside, the white pages have Bible verses printed on 2/3 of the width of each page, with the remainder of the space left white (but also containing faint lines for journaling). Readers can use this space for writing, lettering, collaging, or otherwise decorating.

This Bible is also Filament-enabled. The Filament app is available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. You simply scan the QR code in this Bible, which engages the app. The app provides study notes, reflection articles, an audio Bible, and numerous videos.

All of that makes this Bible both a wonderful study Bible and journaling Bible. It's beautiful and just waiting to be filling with art and writing.

This is an excellent study Bible compatible with the free Filament app. I love the pretty leatherlike cover of this edition. The margins are wide and perfect for notetaking. This Bible has great resources in the back, including maps and guides to the Psalms, Jewish festivals, and more. On each page of this red-letter edition, you can scan the icon at the top with your phone to go directly to that portion of the Bible in the Filament app. In the app, you have access to many study materials, videos, devotions, reading plans, and the audio version. This Bible is packed with so much goodness to help you study in a convenient way.

I don't say this lightly, this is one of the most beautiful and thoughtful study Bibles I've ever owned.

The design alone makes you want to open it every day, and the lined space on every page for notes is perfect for journaling and really sitting with Scripture.

But what sets this Bible apart is the Filament feature. Scan any page with the app and it instantly connects you to study notes, videos, maps, devotionals, and even worship music. It doesn't replace your quiet time with God.... it deepens it.

If you're serious about growing in your understanding of Scripture, this one is an absolute must-have.
