เนื้อเรื่องต่อจาก Volume 2 ซึ่งตอนนี้น่าจะไปรวมเล่มอยู่ใน Volume 3 โน่นแน่ะ...
คัตสึยะวางแผนกับกรมตำรวจโดยมีชิโนะฮาระหนุนหลังว่า การที่ปล่อยข้อมูลผิดๆต่อสื่อมวลชนอาจจะทำให้ฆาตกรรายนี้ที่ต้องการเรียกร้องความสนใจอยู่แล้วเผยจุดผิดพลาดออกมาที่จะนำไปสู่การระบุตัวตนที่แท้จริงได้สำเร็จ

After the last two sweet and romantic chapters, building up Katsu and Shino’s relationship, chapter 12 deals more with the murder case, and the profiling of the murderer.

It is slowly getting clear exactly why Katsu is the one who got taken by the psycho killer, and the chapter left me with chills. Knowing what will happen didn't make it less thrilling…

I also wonder if Katsu has already planned for the possibility that the murderer might want to take revenge of the one responsible for the „incorrect“ profiling. As I understand it from earlier chapters, Katsu was the one suggesting Shino to act as the murderer so that Katsu would remember again. However, maybe Katsu suggested that solution after he had been found by the police.
I can’t wait to read what will happen next:-).

Meeting Mr. Crazy up and personal in this chapter was also, ahem, interesting. He is not a very nice guy, sure likes to play with knives and flesh…The scene with his victim was nasty, really nasty. "Someone else caught my interest". Run Katsu, run!
But I must confess I’m slightly anticipating Katsu’s dreams/memories turning into the real thing. That will be kind of hard core, poor guy;-). And it’s good to have a „real“ bad guy back!

It was great to see a glimpse of Katsu and Shino's work relationship, and how Shino stepped up in support of Katsu's suggestion of the need to antagonize the murderer, and the inevitability of "collateral damage" (haha, I wonder how often Shino will regret that later on, considering who will be the collateral!)

As for the romance, I just felt like crying, knowing what is to come. The sex was hot, urgent and desperate (aggressive Katsu is s-e-x-y…) but also so tender. *sniff sniff*

Oh poor Shino, what he will have to go through soon :-(. ♥︎♥︎♥︎

This chapter deals mostly with the case and the details which are about to go down. The profiling of the criminal is complete and a daring plan of action is about to be enacted. This chapter is where all plot lines cross and we finally get back to the mystery: Why was Katsuya taken, who is the identity of the killer, and how did Shinohara end up pretending to be him?

What did Katsuya want to forget so badly that he let his mind erase Shinohara Kenji's very existence?

So many questions! So little answers!



The romance was heavy in this one. The wall sex superb. But what I loved the most was how Asano came onto Shinohara this time. The way he sought him out. It was a good sign that their relationship was progressing.

The "MAN" makes his appearance. This man is incredibly significant in the ITW and prequels universe because if it not for him, this series wouldn't be as good as it is. He's sliced up one of his unwittingly victims in mad glee.

He's a monster. A real fucked up, sociopathtic cold-blooded monster.I'm so sad because I know that Asano will fall into his depraved hands soon. I know Shinohara will suffer for it, and I don't want him in more pain than he's already experienced in Maybe Someday Kichiku Neko

This series is definitely my Guilty Pleasure. The art is beautiful, the story a total mind-fuck. So many little twists and turns, always taking me by surprise. The only 'bad' thing about these books is that they always leave me wanting more.

A while back when I read ITW volume 1 and 2 I wanted to read more so I went online and ordered the following chapters. This chapter is still a prequel. It shows Asano Katsuya brainstorming ideas to find the serial killer. It also reveals a secret relationship between him and Shinohara back when they were working together in the case.
